arrived on the 3rd Aug weather great the hotel is on a hill but didn’t bother us the pool was the best part of the hotel lovely big pool and very deep so all kids were messing around jumping in floats have been left by previous guests which made it great for the kids and adults to use the room was spacious enough and the air con was great and u don’t have to pay extra for it was even better plenty of sunloungers but not enough umbrellas
manager of the restaurant was great always welcoming and cheerful
location of the hotel was great nice little beach front place close by with shops and restaurants and literally a 5-10 min walk to the wonderful beach and Sandy as well
the big double bed was comfy and decent size pillows!! blankets r in the cupboard if u got cold
the first night we used the bath when we drained the bath it flooded the bathroom so had to report it to reception they gave me towels to mop the floor up had to leave the water in the bath she said someone would b round tomorrow to fix the bath so second night went to have a bath and again it flooded (4 in the room) 3 of us hadn’t had a wash in 2 days I was loosing the will to live went bck to reception and she argued with me when I told her we hadn’t washed for 2 days I demanded to move rooms which they did agree in the end the second bed wasn’t as comfy but least we had a bathroom which didn’t flood shower was terrible and kept falling when the water was running
the AL wasn’t that great tbh snacks were literally just sausage rolls and some pastry the food in the restaurant was okish but did the kids fine I couldn’t stay there for a week

Everything was wonderful. The staff were AMAZING! Nikos was great in checking us in and making sure we were comfortable. I had a small accident and Eva was so helpful. She really made me feel as if I were speaking with my mom and she took care of me as if I were her own.
Sadly the bed was quite uncomfortable. My husband and I woke up every day with a strong backache. Even in the night, at times, it was painful to roll over. 😖😣😩

Michael at the bar and his wife front of restaurant made the place. Monica on reception was lovely. Cleaners were always courteous and things were changed/cleaned regularly. Room was big with 2 balconies and everything worked. Lovely high pressure shower. The place was quiet and winding down but I can't envisage main weeks with 400 guests being a treat.
We knew it was hilly but boy it is really hilly. The biggest issue was the food wasn't even tepid. The food trays had only 1 heat bulb working out of 4/5. The cooks didn't turn up the under heat on the counter for eggs/meat/chips so cooled really quickly. They cannot cook sprouts properly either. The menu didn't really combine and was really limited. I think most kids would only have chips as an option with the odd pizza.

All staff were great
Apparently near the beach, but is a 15/20 min walk to it, freshwater pool which just means it's very cold, with temperatures 28'/30',and nobody in the pool

The food in the hotel was good, not too much choice but everything was tasty. Location wise it's kinda close to everything, but because it's on the wrong side of the busy road you end up having to walk 15-20 mins to the beach, restaurants, shops etc, air-con was very good. The barman in the evenings was the top man!
The room was small, there was a bad smell coming up from the shower at times. The choice and quality of drinks at the bar were rather poor.

quite hillside location (difficult for people with mobility problems) commanding excellent views. close enough to resort center & beach. very friendly & helpful staff. Special mention to Michael the barman, fantastic personality, brought people together & created a great atmosphere for some fun evenings.
Catering is woeful, food was poor at it's best, some weird combinations of poorly cooked & presented foods, warm food kept lukewarm at best , cold food & salads not kept chilled enough at times. kitchen seems to lack any direction or management.
Although the rooms were spotlessly clean, there are very basic & could do with a bit of an upgrade especially the bathrooms.
