Very good

The comfort of the apartment and the location

The initial response of the host when we didn't get any parking at the parking lot suggested and were asked to wait till somebody leaves . Also there was a misunderstanding on the main gate being closed for which we had to jump over the fence since the host could not get in touch with the house help. One thing I did not check was the cleaning schedule so for 3 night of our stay , there was no cleaning done or change of towels offered. Maybe I should have checked that

We would stay here again if we returned to Split

The ground floor apartment was compact and everything you needed was there. The bed is so comfy and I’d say it’s a queen size. Air conditioning unit was useful as some evenings were a little too warm. The apartment was a little dark but there is a lovely little terrace to relax. It’s in a residential area but locals give you a wave and a smile. Just down the street is a little shop where you can pick up your milk, bread etc. The internet didn’t work when we got there but the owner came and sorted it the next day for us 👍🏻 The apartment was impeccably clean and welcoming. Bottle of red wine on table and carton of orange juice in fridge, we stuck to the orange juice.

Everything was good in property but had a little trouble finding it at 11.30pm but locals were helpful.

Definitely recommend it!

The apartment is super cool! It is situated on the last floor of an old well maintained building in the neighborhood next to the old town. The views from the windows are primarily to the sea/harbor and partially to the surrounding stone houses. It is very well equipped and we really felt as we are at home. Coffee and tea have been provided as well. Clean and comfortable! It is very close to the old town, promenade, Marijan hill and you can cover all sights by foot! The area itself is part of the sights of Split - stone houses quite near to each other, small streets... Be aware that this is a pedestrian area and you can't park in front of the house. The parking is approx. 500 m away and it isn't very convenient to search the place with suitcases and luggage. It is advisable to take a rucksack or small luggage in order to find the address first. The parking is public with a charge of 12 EUR for 24 hours in the period of our stay. If the machines don't work (which was our case) you get a fine ticket (for the same price of EUR 12) at the front window that is payable by bank transfer or by card if you install the parking app. It is possible to pay per hour as well.

There was no free space at the parking and we had to wait an hour before a space became available. The contact is only through messages in booking. We called at the provided telephone for support but the person didn't know English, so it is useless.

Split and particularly the surrounding Islands were amazing.

The location was great, close to everything. Bed was hard which we like.

There was no lift to the top floor, lucky we had two strong men. Parking was an issue, but no fault to owners. When you’re hiring a car you need to know it’s safe, as it was in an open car park. It worked out, one machine was broken.

wonderful apartments!!! Want to came back again and again.

it is better to inform the guests more before arrival that you can’t get with the car even close to the place. If you have a lot of luggage it might be difficult. On the other side there is good and cheap parking only 12 min away on foot.

The view was amazing. The apparent was clean, had everything kitchenware, washing machine, dish washer. Amazing flat.

If you want to get lost choose this apartment!

The apartment it self was good, nice and big as it shows in the pictures.

The location is not as described as Excellent, we arrived late night and the airport pick up was instructed to drop us more than 300 meter far from the location itself as it is pedestrian area, google maps couldn't give us the exact location, but the driver was very kind to help us reach the apartment, and he had to call the owner to be instructed on the location which took us more than 45 minutes (with luggage). This was a big frustration after long travelling hours. On top the apartment was located on the third floor.

I would recommend this apartment, best place we could have picked.

Fantastic location 100 yards from the Riva and old town. Beautiful views, absolutely exceptional. Nice beds and furniture, and very clean. Great host, responsive to messages and left a nice bottle of wine and some sweets, nice touch.

Everything was perfect. Maybe not for you if you don't like stairs.

Stunning views and a perfect location

The views from this property are absolutely incredible. The location was also perfect— only a few minutes walk to Diocletian’s palace, the marina, and tons of restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and modern with everything you might need for a very comfortable stay. I wish we had stayed here longer!

We liked absolutely everything about the place, it is a very nice place; we found difficult to locate it in the night when we arrived as there are two possible entrances to the apartment, however Katja was promptly on the phone to help us find it once the taxi left us close by.

beautiful appartment in the old town, ideal for a visit of the city of Split.

beautiful, spacious appartment in the old port of town, only a stroll away from the port and the center. it is a bit of a walk/drive to the beaches though. We spent three nights, and it fully satisfied our needs. We didn’t see the host, and communicated electronically, but was reliable, friendly, and uncomplicated.

There is no parking, although the booking page says so. Furthermore you can't even get close to the apartment by car.

Excellent apartment ,superb view, well equipped kitchen. Highly recommended.

It was as per the photos, on the top floor of a mixed occupant 4 floor building. The view was incredible and the kitchen had all you needed to cook with for a family, the owner also provided plenty of towels. The owner had left some water , wine, tea, coffee tabs, sweets along shower gel , hand soap ( in dispensers) with washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, washing liquid for washing machine and cleaning cloths. The AC and shower were incredible and it was nice to have English TV channels as well as a selection of other channels. The apartment was very clean and the apartment door locks were very secure ( which made up for the outer access door). Overall it was a wonderful experience and only a 5 minute walk down into the Main Street in Old Town. The Lidl was 0.4 miles away ( up the hill ,down then left then right out of old town, google takes you nearly there)and was walkable, we used the car park that you passed to get there which was only 5 kuna per hour also free from 1900 to 0700. A wonderful 5 night stay, highly recommended with two good sized bedrooms.

Our google maps sent us to the wrong street on arrival. Lookout for a blue apartman Silvan sign on the junction of Milceva ul ( main walkway down to old town ) and Periscu ul. The building has a mix of residents and tourists, which was no problem for us, in fact the local gentlemen on the ground floor were visible most mornings enjoying their courtyard and environs , added security, not that we felt we needed it in Split as it appeared safe, we weren’t out at night though so can’t comment on that period. If you are tall you need to watch your head in the kitchen with the beams, not an issue for us though . No AC in second bedroom but the AC was so cold the one from the kitchen was more than enough, in fact it was too cold we had to switch it off during the night.

This place was great! Perfect location and ver quiet, clean, and comfortable. The only draw back was Every time you flush the toilette, the water sprays all over the seat and lid. Maybe try to turn down the pressure some how???

An amazing apartment with perfect location. The apartment has literally everything that one can possibly need during the stay. Everything looks very clean and very new. Great view from the windows. Very friendly hosts and easy check-in.

Lovely apartment.

Location great. Spacious apartment. Lovely views. It was modern and well equipped.

Location great for us as a family but it was tucked away along narrow streets some of which were quite dark at night.
