The views and landscapes were beautiful, lovely rooms that were very private and well appointed. The resort layout was well suited to those seeking privacy but also for families with large separations between standalone bure's and apartment style rooms near the family pool. The Adults Pool and Fish Bar were exceptional for location/views/sunsets and enjoyment. Staff were very friendly and focused on meeting guest requests. Buffet breakfast and dinner were of a very high standard and exceeded expectation for quality and variety. Great service.
Some days were a bit short staffed at the Adults pool area, some wait times.
The card system for signing off on the dinner package was a little annoying, sometimes we forgot to use and sometimes the restaurant forgot to signoff. The Marriot needs to move to the QR code ordering based system to overcome these service issues.

People were very friendly and the beach was amazing as well as the swimming pool and the fish in the lagoon
Fridge not cold

Location and 95% of staffs friendly and helpful service. Gardens were beautiful and well kept.
All in food package was generally disappointing- we did have a few flavoursome tastes but did not look forward to eating. Alcohol was pretty pricey and we were charged additional 100 fjd for VAT on final drinks bill! Lagoon was lovely but lots of rubbish in the water- not as well kept as gardens,

One of the best resorts I have stayed in regards to all inclusive, highlights: private lagoon, duplex hut with beach front of lagoon, food was amazing and large variety, infinity adult pool, snorkelling, golf carts to pickup and drop off to rooms.
Need to get all inclusive or can be expensive.

This is a large resort that is so well spaced out. It feels private even on a busy Easter weekend. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Plenty of food options, the fish bar is a must for a sunset meal with beautiful food.

The property was impeccably maintained and well thought out in terms of capturing the best of the natural landscape at each point of the day.
There is nothing we didn’t like.

Staff were amazing.
Beautiful property.
Great food.
Housekeeping was not always up to par, but it was the simple things like not enough towels or replacing t bags and coffee.

The staff was amazing! The food was delicious, I loved the fact they have different choices for restaurants, a wide range of options for breakfast on the buffer, very relaxing, everything in there.
We just picked up the wrong season, so don't book while raining season, you won't get the chance to see the beautiful turquoise color in the lake or the blue ocean shown in photos.

We absolutely loved our stay for our honeymoon! Was a perfect location and resort for our stay
Unfortunately we had $300 cash stolen from our room sometime over our stay there. The security didn’t seem to do much about it and communication was very poor! Left us feeling uncomfortable towards the end of our stay and uneasy leaving things in our room!

Very friendly hotel staff.
We liked the 3 pools , kids club, gym with state of the art equipment, bula bus and the lagoon.
Third visit to Fiji but first time at Marriott. Previously stayed at Sheraton Denauru and Naviti resort.
No welcome drink. ( we arrived late in the evening with 2 kids , all tired and hungry)
Food was very expensive.
Buffet breakfast had a wide selection of food.
Tried Ala Carte at Goji bar and restaurant for dinner but tasteless food, not worth it.
Lagoon house offered high quality Mediterranean food.

The room is amazing, with all the facility and great ocean view. The sevice was great, all staff were kind and enthusiasm
The location is a bit far away from port and town center. If you plan to go outside of the resort quite often, it's not very convenient.
And the breakfirst includes in package starts from 7am, if you leave before 7am, you can only skip it.

It was amazing and surreal! The lagoon is so gorgeous with the view of the bungalows, such a paradise! Would definitely recommend and come back.

The staff were friendly and accomodating made me feel at home. The facilities, pools and kitchen are amazing. The food is good, and the view is marvellous
The room was a bit squashed, the tv only had stations advertising the resort and its services. Would be great to have a digital television

Everything was great, location maybe a bit out of the way but everything else makes up for it

We loved the beautiful lagoon and peaceful beaches. The adult only facilities were fantastic and helped us relax. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Beautiful modern resort which spreads across hectares and never feels crowded. Bures are beautifully designed. Walking at night in the resort is very pleasing to the eyes thanks to its gorgeous lighting. The resort is very clean and there is staff everywhere to answer your needs.
The adult infinity pool area is magnificent and very relaxing.
- The resort is located 45 minutes drive from Port Denarau where most of the tours depart. This ate up a good chunk of our days.
- There is a 3% credit card surcharge, which is basically a mandatory charge since you cannot use cash at the resort.
- The breakfast buffet has limited choice and everything is low quality, this was extremely disappointing from a five star hotel. The lunch and dinner options didn’t have this problem.
- The fully automated coffee machines (2 of them) were never ready for operation (empty tanks, no milk, no beans, etc), I had to ask the staff to make them operational every morning.
- Our Bure’s bathtub couldn’t fill up (bad seal) and the fly screen was damaged.
- Despite being Marriott Elite Gold tier, we were told we couldn’t have late checkout due to the hotel being fully booked. We later checked online and there was availability for our exact room type for the day…
- The pools are not heated and somehow they are very cold, the sea is warmer.
- Everything is expensive (dinner buffet twice as expensive as the Hilton for instance) and you can’t easily go outside of the resort to find other options.
- The overwater structures concrete pillars are an eye sore.

Very clean, excellent service from all the staff, they were super friendly and made sure we were well taken care of especially the staff who attended us Repeka, Sala and Asinate. The buggy drivers are all friendly and always had the smile on with the greetings Bulla. Also special thanks to our Nanny Annie and all the staff at kids club, our boys enjoyed it so much.
The food was yummy and of good quality so many choices.
Overall we had an excellent stay.

The over-water room was gorgeous. Plentiful vegetarian options. Adult pool was great.
The all-inclusive label is a little misleading - it does not include room service, mini bar, food at the restaurant at the adults only pool, the coffee shop, alcohol after 9 pm...it'll take them about 10 minutes when you check in for them to explain all the rules! You also have to bring around a punch card for them to make sure you don't have more than one lunch or dinner in a day. In my opinion, this isn't all inclusive. Maybe that's on me but I feel I can't be the only one (I saw other people confusing things/with disappointed faces when informed something wasn't included). Service was hit or miss. Fish Bar forgot my order and didn't realize until they came to ask how it was and I told them they never brought it! Another restaurant brought me the completely wrong order. Drinks were badly mixed. The $8 chai latte was disgusting. Someone left their leftover room service tray outside my room...which wouldn't be odd except it was the stand alone over the water bure so someone would have had to proactively make the decision to put it there. I called once to ask them to take it away. Two hours later it was still there. I called again and said "I'm not usually like this but I'm paying a lot for this room and that's really gross." Finally taken away by at least 5 hours later. I know that sounds really type A but if every time you walk up to your very expensive beautiful room someone else's dirty dishes are outside, you'd be annoyed too! The room itself was beautiful but there were parts that were dirty - the bedside table had a THICK layer of dust on the lower level (see attached photo) and the stairs into the water hadn't been cleaned in a good long time (lots of slime and barnacles)! The lock on my sliding glass door didn't work. They keep claiming you're on "island time" but then housekeeping bangs on your door at 9 am.

Beautiful location and lovely beaches. We stayed in a villa facing the bay which gave us access to our own beach which was heaven. Rooms are lovely, bathrooms are nice and clean and it was very comfortable. Fabulous outdoor deck and lounge beds.
Food options are limited. We gravitated towards the Fish bar which was away from the main area as we enjoyed the food more. The buffets at the Goji bar was average at best. It was ok but we didn’t go back after trying it once. I was looking forward to some fresh tropical fruits but there were none. I feel like overall all the restaurants offered very similes varieties do the same options, westernised cuisine which we found boring. Wine list was limited. Everyone is reasonably priced. My other bug bear is that if you don’t eat before 11 you have to wait til after midday when lunch starts

Friendly staff and nice lagoon. Beach houses are spacious and nicely made. Ask for a room near reception. Adults infinity pool and restaurant are ver, nice. Reservation ahead recommended.
Kids club very loud music almost all the time. Pool very crowded. Kids pool super cold. Staff is rather on vacation time.

I loved the welcome I received as well as the resort itself being absolutely stunning! Rooms were very clean. Also room service was quick and efficient.
I had to wait for a long time for laundry to get collected even though I have to check out the next day.

Nice and peaceful place
Air conditioning system seems to be shared with the Bure attached! Staff told us we have too keep the aircon mode unchanged so the neighbor can use the same mode. i.e. If I wanted to set to cool mode, but my neighbor wanted to set on heat mode, the guess who is in the master section (from an aircon point of view) has to match the mode. This seems because the main aircon unit is a double system and is installed one for each Bure that serves two rooms. Which ever room is closer to this unit is considered master according to the service giy feom the resort.

There could be some more vegan options, but overall, the food was very good.
