Not much, quite basic and bare minimum provided (beds etc)
Staff very rude and unhelpful, was woke up multiple times by security threatening and shouting in the middle of the night as he read the sheet wrong and didn’t know whose names were down to stay. Had a guest who wanted to stay but wasn’t down and made her pay £300 for a 6 person apartment at 3am instead of offering a pull out bed for £25-£45 as stated in their policy.

Good location
The apartment was very sterile. It did have everything you need.
The staff did their job but offered nothing else

Nothing at all
The smell of the on suite bathroom was absolutely vile. The mattresses were curled up at all corners and were full of springs. The pain work was very bad. Painted over plug sockets and scratches all over the walls. The sofa was… well very very bad! Need replacing as lumpy and very uneven to sit on and cracked and peeling in places. The work tips were peeling. I left after looking round and have complained as I want my money back!!

Brilliant location, with amazing views!! Very cost effective. So quiet too! Staff very friendly and helpful. Balcony would be fantastic in summer- will be returning.
Sofa had been restuffed and wasn't comfortable.

it was clean
Not quite sure what this apartment is for but it seemed like it was a place to say for youth offenders. There was kids fighting, screaming, running around ALL night

The apparement was nice clean. bed was comfortable, the sofa was to however the tv is every put of place to where the sofa is. Location was good about 20 mintues walk from town center.
The aparment smelt of weed when i arrived.

Location at the centre of Newcastle is very good. 5 Minutes walking to the centre.
Very spacious apartment with good beds. Small supermarket also at appr 5 minutes walking.
Staff is quiet but helpful. Kitchen is well equipped, although kitchen towels are missing.
Maintenance can be better. 1 water tap was dripping and giving very loud noise. Also 2 lamps in the ceiling were flickering. Solution was that they offered me the apartment next door. This one was better, just the cement in the bathroom floor was bad and the shower drain was blocked almost complete.
Minor problems, but still...
Despite this I would go back next week if I should!

It's a good location by the quayside and a 15-20 min walk into town.
There's a public car park close.
2 bathrooms is a plus!
The apartment was an ok size for 4 people.
It's fine for a night if you just need somewhere to sleep whilst doing stuff in Newcastle
The heating worked - although like everything else looked like it was on the brink of breaking
Having seen all the other reviews, especially on google were concerned about what to expect here. We had to pay a £100 deposit at check in - we were aware but this is quite unusual - I guess because of all the stag/hens that stay here (although they are banned). It was returned.
When we arrived we wanted to make tea. All the crockery was in the dishwasher and dirty. The dishwasher was broken, the receptionist sent up maintenance and they said they would go and get a part. They didn't return. We had to wash up all the previous guests dirty stuff. There was no offer from staff to help or find clean stuff, they didn't seem bothered, like they are used to things going wrong.
Other than that the apartment was ok, it's basic and I wouldn't want to cook a meal here. All the equipment and furniture feels like it's about to break.
The photos are obviously of the best apartment - but when you book through booking it would be good to see the one you're getting.

Location being right by the river and only a short walk to heart of Newcastle nightlife. Also having the family all together rather than in separate hotel rooms.
Apartment was great but did need painting as becoming shabby. One of the sofas was broken.

the property was nice but I feel a few more things could make it better. The location was great, a few minutes walk and you are on the Riverside with a good choice of bars as you walk down. City Centre is only a 5 minute walk too.
staff were lovely too with safe & secure parking although very steep to get into the underground parking.
I didn’t like the fact that there was no tea or coffee available.
Kettle, Yes.
Only 1 mug and 1 cup but loads of glasses and no bottle opener either.
This place is meant to sleep 4 so why only 1 mug and cup.
it was a clean property but when I walked into the Kitchen/Living Room there were hair grips on the floor and going around you could see it wasn’t hoovered to a brilliant standard. That’s just me though.
also just a suggestion to put a lamp in the living room area as the down lights where too bright
