Staff communication before and during the stay was excellent, quick to respond and deal with any queries or concerns. Excellent customer service!
Front door entry a little temperamental on locking, and number of people also staying in the same building kept trying the apartment door to get in, maybe needs clearer signage to direct people to the correct apartment on arrival

Walls were paper thin so was noisy late a night from flat below.

Short Stays couldnt have done any more to make our stay any easier. We were travelling with 2 small boys and we were accommodated with leaving luggage and a late checkout was arranged without any bother at all. The appartment itself was lovely. Comfy beds, good shower, tv in living room and in each bedroom. All mod cons and everything in good nick. Good size large appartment. We will defo stay here again. Thanks Yoko & ShortStays.
Its missing a fish slice in the kitchen! That's about it! Perhaps the duvets in the single beds could be bigger also.

Our family was very much happy with the stay, very well maintained neat and clean.
Car parking available, kitchen had all the utensils and washing machine was handy as we're doing long travel.
Everything is perfect

Perfect location from main town centre, street not busy and great parking locations available upon request. The rooms where clean and enough for self catering.
Everything was perfect I couldn’t fault the property at all.

Sleek and modern design in a great location.
Security of the front door of the building was a concern.

Really lovely appartment for a short stay or a long stay as everything provided. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Really nice and quiet to sleep as bedrooms at the back of the appartment. Fridge/freezer so we could have ice. Microwave and a toaster Host provided tea, coffee, milk, bottle water and a small selection of breakfast items to start you off on first morning so this gives you chance to get to the shops. Local shop just 2 minutes walk for supplies. City centre 10/15 walk. Fabulous pub cog and wheel 2 minutes walk for cocktails or a beer/wine. Restaurant Geisha is an absolute must 2 minutes walk ( next to the cog and wheel) you will need to book in advance and can book online. Also went to Grainger indoor market 15 minutes walk this has numerous small food vendors and a definite go to for lunch. Wetherspoons quayside is a great location to go to for cheaper drinks and food. And lots of other bars and places to eat along quayside. Including Gino decampo restaurant. The metro is a 10 minutes walk ( jesmond) very easy and a day ticket £5.70 we headed out to Tynemouth a lovely seaside resort small and quaint. Lots of places to eat and drink.

Spacious, decent location, clean enough.
Lack of blinds on roof windows. Noisy at night. Paid parking. No staff on hand.

property was clean and easy to find after a night out. 5-10 minute walk either way from apartment to the city centre, very good hot shower.

Beautiful well equipped first floor flat with double and twin bedrooms. Tea, coffee, fresh milk and bottle of wine were provided which was unexpected and a nice touch. Good location with many great destinations within easy walking distance.
On a busy main road so loud traffic noise if living room windows to the front of the property were open. Poor sound insulation between loft apartment above and first floor flat.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and very cosy! My kids didn't want to leave.
I would've appreciated an ironing board, but it wasn't the end of the world.

This is a good self catering option when visiting Newcastle , close enough to walk to town /quayside or a cheap uber .
The apartment has comfortable beds though during our stay the attic rooms were very hot during the day .
Communication with the management is hit and miss. I called to check if I could park the car inside the garage as listed on the information . The person I talked to sounded like a call centre operator and said someone would call me back . I didn’t receive a call or message.
Crockery in the kitchen is chipped and needs replacing.
Unsavoury cooking odours from lower apartments coming through the bathroom vents
Beware there are 3 flights of steep narrow stairs from the car parking area
9.0
Location very handy to walk to town
