Nice suite just slow service in the breakfast part of the day.

I’m glad the pool area was finally open.

The air conditioning system was hard to get working. I put the fan on instead. I was seated at the buffet area and I just wanted some pancakes, eggs, sausage, and bacon with a glass of orange juice. I wasn’t attended to on time so I left and ordered out to eat instead.

The outside pool made up for any shortcomings.

The fact that they have two pools. 1 indoors and 1 outdoors was awesome. And yes, both were open for us. You just have to ask.

Was not expecting the catholic religious pics right on top of the beds. I don´t remember seeing that on any of the advertisement. If you are not catholic, this may throw you off a bit. It did me.

it is good value for the money and we are going back.

inside the hotel is beautiful with pool and jacuzzi. it only had 4 floors so it was a perfect size for us. Room service was very fast and very good. we have stayed there 5 times and plan to stay again next weekend. A wonderful large shower.

There were small stains on the carpet in the room. the curtain could not be closed all the way. The jacuzzi was disappointing because it was not hot enough and only 1 jet putting out water.

i was disappointed in the jacuzzi. i was really looking forward to it but it was not hot enough and only 1 jet was working. i was also disappointed that there was no coffee in the room.

Overall was OK, but probably won’t stay there again if I have to stay there for more than 1 night due to the mattress.

the property is in good location.

I didn’t like the beds. We stayed for five nights and the first night was a nightmare because the beds were support hard. It literally felt the same to sleep on the floor than on the bed. We asked if something could be done about it and we believe the mattresses were changed. However, they were still hard but not as hard. On that side, I believe they did what they could but then that means their beds could be very old. On the night we were getting ready to attend a wedding, the power went off and o my the halls had the lights on. I believe the power went off in the area not just the hotel, but I would think the hotel should have some generator. Perhaps they had it but didn’t kicked in. We waited for 30 min and we just had to finish getting ready with our phone’s light. We also didn’t like that there were no safe boxes in the room. You have to take your things to lobby and they will save it for you. They will give a key so that they can open the box when you need to. However if you loose the key, you will have to pay 2K pesos.

Great facility to recuperate after having surgery, staff was helpful!

The hotel was clean and very accesible for guests with disabilities. The restaurant had good food and the staff was very helpful.
