Elegante, bonito y buen trato.

Y bien, fueron 2 viajes de 1 semana cada uno. El hotel es bonito, hecho con buen gusto, las habitaciones prácticas y confortables. Buenas camas. Algunas personas que trabajan realmente mostraron excelente atención y sobre todo preocupación por dar soluciones y hacer que tu estadía sea lo más agradable posible. Sobre todo la señorita Noemí (cuando tengas alguna pregunta, es la indicada en encontrar todo tipo de soluciones. No sé cómo no la han ascendido aún). Así como Misael en el turno de la noche. Nos hemos quedado contentos con el trato que hemos recibido por parte de la gerente. Se agradecen numerosos detalles y probablemente regresaremos.

La ubicación es algo ruidosa por el tráfico. El restaurante es bueno en turnos de tardes (encargado Israel), pero no tanto en las mañanas (se nota mucho la diferencia). Si bien la mayoría del personal han tratado de colaborar en lo posible, algunos empleados no han cumplido nuestra expectativas. Sobre todo recepción en turnos de tarde. Exceptuando esos detalles, lo demás ha sido perfecto.

Very good

Meals were well presented, great quality, beautiful scenery and restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere.

client services felt a bit forced; room amenities were provided for one person only when the room was paid for 3 people. Furthermore, they did not provide more after we requested it. Some staff made us feel as if we were asking them for a favor and did not facilitate services well. That being said, cleaning personnel and security were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful, comfortable and quiet hotel with great service.

The hotel is beautiful, quiet, has a great restaurant and helpful staff. The stay was very comfortable.

It is odd that a hotel that gives you every toiletry imaginable does not give more than one cup of coffee in the room.

Lovely old style Mexican hotel but needs an overhaul

The concierge Jaime Castillo was excellent Mexican charm of hotel was lovely Antônio in the bar was great Nice amenities Gym was ok Setting is lovely Food delicious

Cleaning staff made up room very late and forgot to replenish coffee and other things. Had to call several times Water for showers was warm not hot and couldn’t get hot water Pool was terrible ..not even usable. Lots of pigeons and poop Our balcony not usable ..pigeons and poop and never cleaned Outdoor area near restaurant not amenable to sitting in garden - chairs not cleaned and pigeon poop Not really close to much

Superb

Room was amazing...we were given an upgrade as there was an unfortunate situation with a drunk and disorderly guest in the room beside us. The bar and food was great...very clean and quiet in the upgraded room. The pool isn't anything that I would swim in but it creates a very nice environment for reading a book etc... Would definitely stay here again and refer this lovely hotel.

The staff made all the difference

Buffet breakfast was very nice. Rooms were big. Linens were nice, comfy bed. Staff amazing

Smoked salmon area was off to the side and we missed it. Not many waiters understood English. Communicating wasn’t always easy. Hotel location not great. Not much in walking distance in the area

A pleasant stay

the large rooms. I had a suite great helpful staff, very friendly

not all rooms face the courtyard. mine faced the parking lot but it was a corner unit. after 3 days, they charge you for more coffee room was a little musty, carpet needs shampooing not many on staff speak English, and my Spanish is terrible. pool cushions had bird poop all over them. pool not heated.

lovely hotel and staff

Beautiful building and room. Spacious room, well equipped, very friendly staff, good room service,good cleaning service. Beautiful garden outside, lovely fountain. One night a resident was too loud and becoming aggressive verbally towards his companion and was shouting and slamming the door, he was asked to leave. That was an excellent way the management decided to take, as the comfort and safety or the guests are the most important thing.

The bathroom smelled, I think it’s the old pipes.

A great place to stay in Guadalajara

We had a lovely stay at Quinta Real. All staff were lovely and a special shout out to Jaime, the concierge, who was outstanding and helped us organise our local transfers and tours. The rooms are spacious and the garden is really beautiful. The gym is nice, too.

Stayed 4 nights for a wedding event, too tired to request a room change.

Staff was super friendly and prompt.

There's a drain in the toilet area that doesn't have a trap and sewer fumes come up. They must fix this issue, it's like being in a 2 stars hotel. Shower curtain/shower area has a bad design, water spills but not a deal breaker.
