Lovely staff. Couldn't praise them more.

The staff are brilliant. They are so nice and friendly and couldn't do enough to help out. Everyone on the reception desk was genuine and are a credit to the hotel.

Across the road from the hotel is a very sketchy homeless encampment. There was no hassle from them, but it was very stark walking through to get to the hotel so I would recommend walking around it or taxiing.

Good value for money, close to city center and metro

Good value for money, close to metro station and Greek restaurants. They have a nice café downstairs, with good coffee and traditional pastry.

Location is central but not very pleasant due to refugees and drug addicts wandering around. My room also smelled bad because of the cigarette smoke.

A smart choice for touring the beautiful city of Athens!

People: The staff was wonderful and very helpful. They explain the tours available to visitors and are there 24/7 for any questions that arise throughout the day. They will also store your large luggage if you stay at the hotel, travel to another island of Greece, and come back to the hotel again so you don't have to deal with carrying all your luggage around everywhere. Very safe. Breakfast: Dodici Cafe right next door was our favorite way to start off the day and go too for a quick nightcap. There staff is wonderful, Aphrodite and Christiana were both lovely ladies who checked in on us daily and gave us advice on where to go and the metro system. Great food options available for purchase and open until close to midnight Room: The room was perfect and provided ample space, storage, supplies, and lighting. There are also A/C/heating units and TVs available for use. The bathrooms are spacious and everything was very clean. Location: Right on the corner of Karaiskaki Square (almost all tours pick up right from there), also a convenient metro stop there Metaxourghio, plenty of police, and spots to eat.

Nothing much, overall we really liked it. Perhaps their shower curtains could provide a bit more coverage, but their shower, water pressure, and water temperature were all perfect after a long day of touring.

Auf der Booking.com steht, dass für das Parken eine Gebühr von 10 € erhoben werden kann, aber sie brachten uns zum Parkplatz nebenan und verlangten 20 €. Da die Straße voller Obdachloser und Drogenabhängiger ist, ist das Parken eine sehr riskante Gegend. Es ist gefährlich, sich nachts in dieser Gegend spazieren. Mit Kinder sehr gefährlich Gegend.

Was a good place to get settled but I ended up moving to another venue closer to the activities.

Staff were kind and attentive. Price was decent.

The area is pretty rough, the smell of urine is unavoidable. I'm told the area is changing.

Very satisfied, would definitely visit again.

Very nice hotel, clean, big rooms, very kind staff. Definitely a good value for money.

You had to order room service if you wanted breakfast but at least it was cheap. The location is not the best, it is located on a very busy road and close to shady neighborhoods. Although it is safe during the day, it is not advisable to walk there at night.

We checked in after midnight and the reception staff was very warm and kind. He offered us tea and cookies for our comfort. The room is spacious and a great view to see acropolis.

total lack of ambiance of the room in an extremely poor area.

The room was on the 6st floor. It was big but no atmosphere at all. The toilet was half of the wall. the view was in a side street overlooking a very poor buildingcomplex (squatted building?) My earlier experiences where better in the front of the building and I was chocked about al the homeless and addicted people in side streets

Very nice and clean hotel, with friendly staff.

The staff is very polite and friendly. The room was very clean and the hotel's location is close to the intercity train station (stathmo larissis). There are many theaters in the area and also you can find delicious food at lower prices.

If you are a woman, don't go out alone after midnight. Stay in the hotel's safety. There are homeless people around (primarily junkies), but they do not display delinquent behavior.

Friendly staff, overpriced facilities

Staff was very friendly. It was only a few blocks to metro.

There are only a few restaurants in walking distance and none were noteworthy. The facilities were rundown, such as the bathroom fixtures/sink hanging from wall at quite an angle, security box did not work, and the room had many mosquitos.

Great lower price base for exploring Athens

Very friendly and helpful staff with 24 hour reception Wifi reliable Clean 20 minute walk to Acropolis and main attractions or 10-15 minute metro. We used this as a base for exploring Athens for two days - staying out late and coming back early from this hotel was fine Comfortable twin room with nice complimentary toiletries

The neighbourhood was a bit dodgy - fine during day time but wouldn't be good at night. If you want to be right in tourist central, stay in Plaka
