Not recommend

Nice big hotel, with nice restaurants, rooftop pool, amazing view etc

My biggest problem was A/C, After checking in we found out that the AC not working, called reception and the electrician came and fixed it. Then the next morning after breakfast we had the same issue with the AC, also the cleaners broke the hangers with shampoo and shower gel and the sink was leaking…. I went to the reception told them about everything and kindly asked them to fix everything until we came back from the city tour. After we came back they fixed almost everything except the AC…. I complained again and they asked me to stay in the room and wait for someone to come and fix it again. I told them that it was impossible to stay in the room as it was too hot inside… so we waited in the lobby... After 15 minutes I was pissed off and asked to change the room as all these issues caused a lot of inconveniences… then we were for waiting for the manager to approve this, after waiting for some time (he never came) we went back to our room, as it was a birthday of my girlfriend and we had a dinner booked. Long story short, no one ever contact us after about the new room or even apologized, I called maintenance once more and they sent an electrician one more time to fix the AC…. So while the experience was ruined and most disappointing was that no one even apologies or offered something because of all this happened and never came back to us after all these complaints

Karşılama çok kötüydü, bize önce 1.kat yol seviyesinde bir oda verdiler bavullarımızı açmadan resepsiyona geri döndük çıkış yapmak istediğimizi söyledik o sırada otel muduru oradaydı durumu anladı ve odayı değiştirdi. bazı otellerde booking den rezervasyon yaptığınızda ilk önce en kötü odayı vermeye çalışmaları çok üzücü buna bir çözüm bulunması gerekiyor.

Great view ,excellent amenities, sauna and pools are clean , dinning area overlooking spectacular acropolis’s view ,staff nice and helpful ，accommodation were fulfilled upon request

Lifts were too small and take to long ,lack of breakfast selections ，hotel location not convenient to city center

Excelente para familia, transportes a porta. lugar calmo e tranquilo.

O Café da Manhã era perfeito! Realizo muitas viagens internacionais pela Europa, e o melhor café da manhã foi no Gran Hyatt.A simpatia dos funcionários e a Localização do Hotel, Muito próximo ao Centro histórico da para ir a pé.

A cama não é muito confortavel. Os travisseiros são de excelente qualidade, aparentemente são de Penas, mas são muito baixos e não da conforto para dormir.

Hotel 3/4 étoiles ....pour justifier les 5 va falloir monter en qualité globale

Tolles Hotel mit allem erdenklichem Komfort, Wellnessbereich und super Frühstück!

Zimmer, Frühstück inkl. Blick, Pool auf dem Dach und das Personal waren grandios.

Die technische Fahrstuhl-Regelung habe ich so in bislang keinem Hotel erlebt und hat in Stoßzeiten zu erheblichen Wartezeiten geführt. Da sollte die Hotelführung nachbessern.

Fabulous in every way. Best place in Athens to stay

Roof top pools and terrace with views onto Akropolis and the Parthenon. Gorgeous breakfast. Super friendly staff.

Elevators confusing, but who cares at such an amazing place.

Leider waren die 3 außen Pools noch geschlossen! Der Charter Bus fuhr zu selten (3mal) am Tag!

absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel mit äußerst freundlichem Personal und schönem Spa-Bereich

Das Zimmer war groß, sehr groß das sehr bequeme Bett. Die Aufbettung war nicht nötig. Wir haben zu dritt (2 Erwachsene und 12jähriges Kind) in dem Bett geschlafen. Gut gefallen hat uns im Bad die große Dusche. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und absolut makellos, wirklich für jeden etwas dabei. Frühstückszeit von 7 Uhr bis 11 Uhr, hervorragend. Positiv zu nennen ist, dass es zwei Frühstücksrestaurants gibt, so dass sich die Gäste gut verteilen können. Voll war es somit nie. Der Pool mit Liegematratzen auf der Dachterrasse ist phantastisch, ebenso der Ausblick. 24/7 ist das Gym geöffnet - super. Wellness- und Spa-Bereich lädt zum Entspannen ein. Massagen sind auch zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Netter Aufenthalt mit einigen Ärgernissen

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, Der Ausblick auf der Dachterrasse außergewöhnlich.

Es war wahrscheinlich vor 10 Jahren mal ein außergewöhnlich schönes Hotel, aber der Zahn der Zeit nagt am Hotel. Die Leitung ist bemüht, es auf dem Stand zu halten. Leider war der Pool auf dem Balkon nicht sauber und die Whirlpoolfunktion hat nicht funktioniert. Ein einfacher Batteriewechsel bei der TV-Fernbedienung war erst nach dem 2ten Besuch des Haustechnikers und 2 Mal 20 Minuten Wartezeit möglich. Und eine zweite Bettdecke erhielten wir auch erst nach der Erinnerung etwa eine Stunde später. Zusätzlich war das Waschbecken nicht festgeschraubt und daher verschiebbar. Die Leitung des Hotels muss ihre Aufgaben besser erfüllen... Der Vergleich mit dem Grand Hyatt Manila hält dieses Hotel nicht Stand.

מלון האייט מאכזב, הייתי בוחר אחר

המלון ברמה גבוהה, הנוף לפנתאון ולכל העיר מהגג ממש יפה. ארוחות הבוקר והמתקנים מותאמים למלון 5 כוכבים

השירות מאכזב ומאוד חובבני, למשל, למרות ש 2 החדרים הוזמנו זמן רב לפני המועד, לא רק שלא היו צמודים אלא היו ממש בצידו השני של המלון. בנוסף במעמד ההזמנה נדרשה מיטה נוספת, המיטה לא היתה שהגענו ואח"כ נאלצנו לחזור ולבקש אותה 3 פעמים. עם הגעתנו, המוקדמת ממועד המסירה, נאמר לנו שנוכל לקבל את החדרים כבר ב 11:00, לא ביקשנו אבל מאחר שהוצע, החלטנו לצאת לטיול קצר ולחזור בצהריים, הגענו ב 13:00 ובפועל חדר אחד נמסר ב 14:00 והשני ב 15:00. שוב, חוסר מקצועיות, לא ביקשנו לכן לא היה צריך להאמר ועוגמת הנפש היתה נמנעת. יש לציין שכמעט בכל אינטראקציה עם הצוות היתה תחושה של חובבנות וחוסר מקצועיות

At the end everything ok. I would come back again. If you want to stay near attractions its not the best.

Hotel Parking - extra charge 18€ ( strange ) Breakfast - extra charge 29€ pp to much even if it was to colorfull and lots of choices. Better a la carte!

Amazing stuff, always friendly and helpful, hotel is well heated in cold winter period, very convenient room and bed, upgrade was free of charge due to big conference in the hotel. Delicious breakfast with perfect view. 10 minutes by car to the center.

El hotel es acogedor y agradable. La decoración y el mobiliario son de calidad.

Elegimos la habitación Deluxe. El baño era muy pequeño y el agua se salía constantemente de la ducha. Era imposible ducharse sin encharcar el suelo. Aunque la ubicación no es mala, está junto a una carretera con bastante tráfico, por lo que no es agradable pasear por los alrededores. Es necesario coger un taxi para llegar a cualquier parte de forma cómoda. Al llegar no nos explicaron los servicios del hotel: piscina, horarios de restaurantes o tipos de comida, etc.

Gutes Hotel wo von man tolle Ausflüge aus planen kann.

Gut gelegen, Zimmer isoliert, Fahrstuhl top, Ausblick phantastisch, freundliche Mitarbeiter im Frühstücksraum.

An der Rezeption wollte man mir Parken in der Parkgarage abrechnen, obwohl das Auto dort nicht stand. Ein ca. 10qm kleineres Zimmer wurde mir als Upgrade verkauft, sie boten mir aber an, in ein Zimmer zu wechseln, welches den gebuchten Anforderungen entspricht.
