Exceptional

The Breakfast with Helena was totaly my Taste! Best I ever had on a tripp! and next to the Hotel there is a Food truck hou should deffinitly try.

The Area is a bit of but there is a Busstop right a side the hotel which was perfect to go to the Citycenter and the Beach

Ideal location. Car parking available but with limited availability.

The price - gain ratio is horrible. Overpriced for the room quality. Could be at least 25% cheaper.

Excellent breakfast and view Great shower facilities Very comfortable bed Perfect location for anyone who has business meetings in the Kallithea area Very close to the center, which is accessible on foot!

Noisy surroundings but nice terrace view

The room was nice and we enjoyed especially the terrace view of Acropolis during breakfast.

The street noise was horrible - we didn’t expect it to be that bad even during night.

Disappointing

Drainflies in room, bathroom would be full of these by the time we came back from sightseeing Had to ask several times for a spare pair of slippers, shower cubilce leaking into the room

Overall, WE enjoyed the stay. A clean room, great location, friendly staff, breakfast was best!

The room was only stocked with towels for 1 person even though I made the reservation for two adults. The soap dispenser was broken (would not dispense soap) but spouse fixed. Netflix was on TV!!!! Since all the other channels were in a language I didn't know. Hot water was actually HOT!!! Refrigerator worked!!! Breakfast was the best we had in all of Athens!! Awesome for the price!! I will be sharing with my clients, co-workers and family!

The location. Noise from the street seemed as if it were in my room!! EVERY motorcycle which came by the hotel --we heard the sound! City buses could be heard, Children and adults could be heard. I didn't bother to ask to be moved since it was for one night. I'm sure the clerk knew this, yet she didn't ask if we were "light sleepers". My spouse can sleep thru anything. Doors on cabinet to refrigerator were stuck. I tore a nail trying to open, so I used the tea spoon.

Convenient, good value for money.

Location: between the Acropolis and the see, with good access to transport. Staff very kind and helpful. Rooms very clean.

Room rather narrow - but this was expected. Needed some paper tissues. Breakfast medium: should improve orange juice, selection of coffee etc.

lovely stay excellent staff

excellent staff, starting from all the receptionist taking very good care of all our needs, Fotini from the cathering was really nice and kind to provvide us everything we requested. Lovely room and view to the Acropoli, defenitely coming back!!

Staff was helpful.

Breakfast was basic. Breakfast area, although had Acropolis view, was not comfortable due to the sun. The position of the hotel is a major issue: 12 minute walk from the Metro station, although there is a bus stop outside the hotel. I have sent them 3 emails before arrival, got no reply.

Good for the money, if I were attending another conference I would book again.

Great for attending a conference. The view from the rooftop cafe was fantastic.

The shower gel and shampoo was empty Some of the shower sealer had come off.

A 3 star hotel advertised as a 4 star hotel on booking

The hotel is not a 4-star hotel. It is barely a 3-star hotel. If you google it you will find that it is only a 3 star hotel. But you pay for much more than you get. I don‘t know how legal this is. As we heard that it was only a 3 star hotel even as we booked a 4 star hotel and payed alot, we wanted to cancel the room at place. The receptionist couldnt do anything and the manager did not even pick up the phone. He never showed his face our whole stay. This is just embarrassing. The wordt part was that it was not even clean. There was hair on the bedsheets and on the floor. There was even hair in the shower. Besides that the walls are very thin and you hear everything outside. We even heard the iphone alarm from another room and thought that it was our own. We will not visit again and recommend everyone to use the money for another hotel. This is very unfortunate.

Very good

Smart hotel about 2km from the center. Nice and cozy.

At night hard to sleep because of the night club at the next building especially microphone noise... If you have a car there is permanent problem with parking.

Nice modern hotel and nice stay. Roof garden has nice views.

Staff very good and friendly. Clean. Very nice walk-in shower. Views of Acropolis from the room very nice. Safe in the room.

Room was very noisy mainly because it’s on a major road. Mirror in the bathroom is wall mounted and behind the blind. Difficult to use at night. Bit of a walk to the nearest metro - which was known - but can feel worse with the heat.

there was a child crying during the night in the hotel and therefore not much sleep since there is space under the door and we hear all the outside noise
