Easy to see why this hotel has been downgraded to 2 star, won't be staying again.

The receptionist was always hiding / smoking, had to send other members of staff to locate her. When located, she had a surly attitude. All members of staff appear to have mentally checked out, Bed was very hard. Having stayed at this hotel probably 12 times in the past 8 years, appalled to see deterioration in decor, amenaties and staff attitudes.

Decent option for business trip and short stay

Location and cleanliness were fair and probably i wll visit again for bussines reasons.

Poor facilities and stuff were some kind of indifferent behavior.

Great value for bed & breakfast..so much so that we’ve booked another night next month.

We had a corner room, meaning we had 2 sliding balcony doors giving great airflow! Very clean room. Breakfast was buffet style. Lots to choose from & excellent value at €5. Ideal location. Planetarium is just a minutes walk away. Easy drive into central Athens.

Nice hotel near Paleo Faliro sports center

Very welcoming and available staff, clean rooms and spacious bathroom. There are several restaurants nearby and the hotel is walking distance from sports facilities.

Poor acoustic isolation from the nearby Siggrou avenue car traffic.

Good price to stay safe and clean hotel.

Breakfast was great. Room was clean and staff were nice. wi-fi worked perfect.

Bathroom was old. It was clean but very old style

could have been better this time

the location is great for local hospitals and the SNC

I’ve stayed before and was perfectly happy with the room 411? but this time we were given room 302, which was very small for 2 people. There were no bedside lights and only one electric socket to use, on one side of the bed.

Large bed and very comfortable

No kettle in room to make a coffee No hair dryer in room Rooms need upgrading. Wires hanging out of walls. Carpets look tired and dirty.

Good location and no noise at all

The owner (Female) sometimes was arguing with the staff while we where in the room and we heared from our window, also they argued durind the morning in the restaurant. That is no good

Very good

Calm quiet neighborhood, big room with a balcony, nice bathroom, good breakfast with several options, bus stop with direct route to the historic city area nearby

Had several misunderstandings with the hotel staff, but otherwise my stay was ok. The wifi was a little bit weak for Zoom conferences

the staff have been the absolute best part. Due to delays with my flight I ended up spending just about 2 hours in the hotel but they were ready for me when I arrived, very welcoming and warming when checking out in the morning - even let me have a coffee without it being part of my room rate.

the mattress is a bit too hard (though I prefer them form than soft) but that’s just a personal thing

More than a decent stay

Clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Kind staff. Nice breakfast.

The rooms are very close to each other and the doors are old, so they are not so soundproof!

Spacious room and a very good breakfast in an otherwise average hotel.

Big and comfortable room, nice balcony, plenty of hot water. Very fine breakfast - an exceptionally wide range of choices.

I had to eject a cockroach from my room at 2 a.m. and there was someone else's soggy cotton wool on the bathroom floor. I can cope with those but some people would have been really put off.

Friendly staff, comfy beds, good bang for your buck, but.. cockroaches in the bathroom. Never again.

Super friendly staff that really go out of their way to help you out when you need their assistance or advice (their English isn't very good but they make do), okay rooms that have seen better days maintenance wise (nothing fancy or even upscale, but you get what you pay for), very comfy bed, high quality mattress, high quality and clean sheets and towels, powerful airc conditioning, small (and somewhat noisy) fridge in the room, location is a suburb but still easily accessible via public transportation, neighborhood is quiet.

Cockroaches in the bathroom! :( :( :( Multiple cockroaches, multiple times. Every time you turn on the light in the bathroom, you see a few small ones and sometimes a couple of big ones scatter away. Feels uneasy to use the bathroom after seeing that. Honestly, even sleeping after that was a challenge cause every little sound you hear makes you think that it's a cockroach that's going to walk on you when you sleep. Ended up sleeping with the lights on and a sleeping mask to avoid them :( After the second time I saw them, I shot a video of them and went down to reception. Told the the person manning reception at the time that they have a serious cockroach problem. He said they they're "not from here" and that they spray for them every day. How effective could the spraying be if they're there every time you turn on the light in the bathroom?! This made the whole stay almost unbearable.

Good

We chose this hotel as we were attending a conference nearby. It is a budget option, but the staff were friendly, the room extremely clean (and with two balconies) and there's a very decent breakfast. I would recommend staying here if you're travelling on a budget for something in the area. It's about two minutes to the planetarium and very near the brilliant new park and opera house which is a lovely place to visit. Nice leafy streets with a couple of small restaurants/cafes nearby.

It's a little old-fashioned in decor, but great for the price and very comfy.

Excellent, for a 2 star hotel, it is very well kept, spacious room, clean and very decent! Bravo!

The breakfast was a surprise. I did not expect breakfast and there was a wide choice of many food items. The hotel was very clean, big room, very polite and smiling personnel, For the number of stars, it exceeded my expectation. I will definitely use it again!

Small issue that the balcony doors did not lock. The locks I think were broken. But this is a very minor issue which should be looked into and fixed.
