The 2 girls staff was friendly and helpful..
Location was perfect .... breakfast was nice and the price was great...
Our bed keeps sliding all over the place.
Even opened up like the red sea and we both fell through...
And the man staff smelled like smoke and keep coughing while making our coffee ....
But can't complain.... we are still alive ..

Location was ok.
They started to drill and jackhammer through an outside wall at 7am. I know that is just legal but come on couldn't they have waited a few hours. It's legal at 7 am NOT compulsory. As for the room. Hadn't been vacuumed for quite a while. We found what looked like toenail clippings on the floor

The bed was comfy, there was a microwave downstairs to heat up food, the staff were pretty friendly, close to takeout if you're ok with McDonalds or Mexican, close to bus stop.
- No hand soap in the bathroom, especially these days after covid, this seemed strange and unhygienic.
- Fridge in room didn't work.
- It's noisy even at night (but that's to be expected as it's on a highway).
- Tap in bathroom poured yellow water each morning until it ran clear.
- Kettle in room poured black flakes so I didnt want to make instant coffee in my own room. I went down one morning and had an instant coffee. The next morning the instant coffee was taken from the dining room and a sign was up "coffee $4" - the only coffee available now was from the coffee machine and had to be made for you by staff.
- I stayed for 3 nights and put the 'Please service my room' door hanger on for 2 days. No one serviced the room although the rubbish bin was full and towels used.
- There was no toilet brush in the room to clean the toilet between uses, and as mentioned, no one serviced the room.
- The second night I stayed, my key card wouldn't unlock the room when I got back to the hotel. I took it to the front desk and they advised it had de-activated with no explanation or apology. When they gave it back to me, it worked after that - not the hugest deal - but does make you not want to stay out too late in case it deactivates again at a time when no staff are there.

Cheap , free parking, staff were friendly
Blinds didn't close and were broken so light from business next door came through window all night making it hard to sleep. Air vent in bathroom had black thick dust , pillows were uncomfortable and window felt like was letting cold air in all night. Even with air con on room was cold and had one smelly blanket.

It is below budget hotel, what can you like here?
Absolutely horrible experience with reception staff, I checked in on 17 APR at 9:30 PM. When I arrived at 9:30Pm door was closed, Checking terminal wasn't working, Some hotel guest opened the door for me and later pop up reception woman that said we are actually closing at 9:30 Pm. The info about check in states 10 PM and when I got confirmation booking, nothing says about 9:30Pm. What if I came closer to 10 pm? Should I stay outside? I called staff 2 hours earlier to inform that I am on the road, NO ONE ANSWERED ! Unprofessional reception staff. Didn't call me to even confirm if I come. Also then instead of say sorry, started to inform me of any damage if occures, we will charge you, we take now deposit, IS IT HOW HOTEL SHOULD WORK?! Other Ibis hotels even call me to know if I m coming. Also in hotel room everything is worn off, all handles in shower shakes, blind on window is not opening but they make sure you should pay for damage!!! Disgusting service in Casula Ibis!!!

My bed was missing a leg. Next day changed to a different room but the aircon decided to start leaking water. Had to put towels underneath to stop the water spreading. Couldn’t change another room as it was fully booked.

The receptionist was very friendly and chatty at sign in. She rang in advance to check our arrival time and let me know that if we were running late to give her a call back and she'd give me a code to the lock box to get our room key out. Beds were clean and comfortable.
Bathroom could do with a deep clean, shower curtain had mould on it and the bathroom vent needed a clean out. Only 1 chair for a 3 bed room.

The bed was comfortable
Dirty and old had blood on the outside of the door and a paper cup holding the vents open in the air-conditioner

Excellent location, welcoming and friendly staff, cosy but functional room. Very pleasant stay
Appeared to be a leak along ensure wall as carpet got quite wet after using the shower
