Great staff and very helpful.Location is nice and very close to tram and bus starion .I enjoyed staying here.Initially I had few challenges i but everything was sorted out and staff was helpful.
The checkout time is also late which gives you enough time.

Great location, 7min walk to main bus station, so convenient for people arriving by plane because of the bus the airport transport and just across a direct tram line to the centre.

Very good breakfast and great value for a hotel. Very close to the main bus station and you can easily access Zagreb's main attractions with the tram number 6, which has the stop 1 min walk from the hotel
It was very noisy to sleep. I could hear the cars, people snoring in the room next door and kids jumping and playing in the room above at 3 in the morning! Unfortunately I couldn't sleep from 3am. It's a shame, there's no sound isolation between the walls.

Hotel a bit far from the city centre, room smelled like smoke even though the room was a non-smoking room.

not much except… that on the double bed is only one sheet… i sent my preference to have twin beds and i understand that it wasnt available, but its not very comfortable for two friends to sleep under one duvet/sheet/comforter… even for a couple it is not comfortable…

15-20 minutes walk from the town center and a few minutes walk from the central bus station.
Wifi worked fine.
Breakfast was quite good, had a varied selection of stuff.
The room was small - not the smallest I've been in, but very small. Had a chair and small desk, and a bathroom (small).

A perfect location for a bus traveller: 5 min walk from the bus station. The hotel is small and cozy and clean and the room feels spacious as it is well designed.
