Superb

Appartment is in top location. 200 m from central market. Its clean beds are comfy. It's all you need.

There are 3 things missing: soap under shower, tea, and maybe umbrella for the beach. But they are not must haves. Just nice additions to the stay.

Superb

Great location, you can't imagine more central location in Valencia, yet quite calm. Cool historical building and apartment contains some atmospheric furniture. All amenities.

There's not very pleasant smell in the bathroom coming from the ventilation, but it was OK for me.

Very good

We had everything we needed. The location was good and the apartment was spacious and cozy. We spent really good time. :)

Check-in process wasn’t the best. We found the office after 30 minutes of wandering. The electrical installation of the apartment is weak and if you plug in more things, the fuse falls out.

Poor

The sliding Bathroom door was broken and did not close, so you could not use it without creating loud noise at night. The mattress was 20cm too wide for the supporting structure and very uncomfortable. The apartment wasn’t cleaned very well when we arrived. All in all we would not chose this place again.

Nice big apartement middle of the old town.

Location was perfect, middle of the oldtown but still silence. Apartement was great, big and clean, there was nice little balcony. Also had everything we needed to make our stay feeling like home. Chek in was easy we picked up the keys from the office that is 2min walk from the apartement.

Long wimdow curtains could be fixed but thats wasnot problem for us. It is only a visual matter.

good central location, quiet and comfortable.

not enough crockery. could not get the job to work. we had a last minute change in where to get keys which took time to locate as we got in after 10pm

Location is very god, BUT: bathroom was smelling very bad! Ther is no parking!!!

Super great location in the center of Valencia

The location of the apartment is amazing, it is in the very center of Valencia. The apartment is super big and well designed. It is located in a neighbor building so it was quiet and relax. There is a lot of space to keep things. Enough chairs and places to sit around.

There are some things that the apartment should change regarding the cleaning.. The silicone in the shower is super dirty and brown/yellow color. The shelf inside the shower also full of lime. The coffee machine didn't work, we bought the ground coffee but we couldn't use it. The mattress is a bit bent due to the use so it should be nice to change it.

Do not choose This appartman if you can’t sleep with loud music and shouting from the rooms next to you

The location was In the center very close to the central market, restaurants, bars.

The communication with staff was difficult and they weren’t helpful. We booked a parking place In advance, however on the day of arrival to my question where to find, they said there was no free parking space. There was no enough bed linen and one of them was used by the previous guests. We stayed 2 nights, so first night we used towels to sleep on and asked them to give another one, we didn't even get an answer. The sofa In the living room was extremely dirty, It was disgusting to sleep on it. It was a party appartman, next door to our room was a big party and guests were listening music very loudly, singing, dancing, shouting until 7 In the morning! It was impossible to sleep. According to the rules of the appartman It was not allowed to organize events, so we were not prepared to this confusion. We asked help to find another place to sleep but we didn’t get answer. It was very smelly in vain we ventilated constantly. I have never had a similar bad experience with any other accommodation I have ever booked on Booking.com. Not recommended for highbrow travelers.

The location was first class. Appartment was Clean and great to stay at.

The bathroom was very very sticky. Was not possible to sleep next to it with an open door. Unfortunately! The WiFi was not workable with. We could not stream anything, no social media usage neither could I do my zoom calls. WiFi was very bad.

Great location

Excellent location. Very nice and quiet, but still in the middle of things. Lots and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Close to the cathedral, market and many bike shops. 10 minute walk from the subway station. Plenty of room in the apartment, also for storage. The AC worked really well. Well-equipped kitchen, but we didn't use it much. The company let us store our luggage on the last day, at their office, very close by.

We had a bit of a struggle trying to find the keys (different location) and couldn't get a hold on the customer service while trying. Pretty frustrating. Also, the apartment smelled of cigarettes. It was very clear previous occupants had been smoking there. The shower was a bit broken, so we had to hold it while showering. Also, not enough hot water for two people taking a nice shower right after each other.

A dark box on 5 floor….

We were told to pick up the key at a place very hard to find (with google maps). The entrance to the building is situated in a narrow, dark alley lined with trash trolleys… The apartment on 5 floor small windows placed along the floor, with 3 meters to the opposite bare wall, which made it impossible to have any notion of what kind of weather it was outside. The furniture is sort of worn down and not very clean. If you want to rent an apartment, the better choice is Airbnb - booking.com hasn’t got the formula for this as of yet.

Pleasant

Staff was more or less friendly and helpful, agreedto change our room even if one day later, than could be. Location of the building is very central and comfortable for exploring the city center.

The entrance to the building is in the narrow backstreet right next to garbage collectors and the exhaust from the kitchen+aircon of the nearby restaurant. So, you have unpleasant powerful hot air flow through the garbage right in your face. If your room windows look to this side - better don't open them. Rooms equipment isvery cheap and run down, a lot of broken things. The rooms are very unequal in size, comfort and equipment... Our was small, smelly, dark, with no dishwasher and partly broken fridge, while our friend had much better from all perspectives room for thesame price.

Good variant for stay some nights in the city center.

Perfect location. Big parking close to apartments. Another one is 7 min walk, but cheaper and more spacios. Spacious living room. All necessary equipment. Even 1.5l bottle of water in the fridge - we were very happy to see it after a long-day road to Valencia.

The extra pillows in the wardrobe were terrible. One looks like someone used it and then put it back. One had strange pink spots. Third was without pillowcase. So, there was some quest to choose one for my son. Spoons were not good for eating because of strange form. There were only 2 standart cups and a lot of small ones. And there were only 1 tea spoon and one more, but even smaller. Info with wi-fi password was not on the door, as mantioned in the letter from agency. We found it only on the router. It's not critical of course, but it was confusing. And there is strange to read info about electricity limit and additional cost for excede.
