Schöne Zeit in Kyoto

Japanische Stil der Zimmer war sehr schön und die Nutzung des Public Bath ohne zusätzliche Kosten, als auch das Café Blue Books zum Frühstück, Abendessen oder am Nachmittag, sehr schönes Ambiente um einige Zeit zu verweilen. Außerdem war es cool die Stadt von oben von dem Rooftop aus zu betrachten, auch kostenlos für Hotelgäste.

Es gab nichts was mir nicht gefallen hat.

Its a good hotel but it is way to expensive fot what they give you.

Breakfast and decoration of the room.

They dont clean the rooms daily, only every 2 days. Slow internet, smallest rooms I’ve ever had in Japan. Location is good but could be better.

Great place! Worth the spend in service and location!

The property was a wonderful fix of traditional Japan and modern. The staff and facilities were wonderful, very helpful and went above and beyond expectations.

The rooms were a little small but not that important if you’re out and about all the time.

Rigtig gode beliggenhed i rolige omgivelser. Dejlige senge

Meget små værelser med for mange møbler. Morgenmaden er ret kedelig, og det er svært for personalet et nå at fylde op. Der er kun rengøring hver 3. dag. Og på rengøringsdagen kan man af en eller anden grund ikke få vand (hvilket man så får de andre dage). Da vi ankom, kunne vi kun få et nøglekort per værelse. Det virker i det hele taget som om, at der bliver sparet på nogle underlige områder - mens der f.eks. så samtidig er en stor reol i fællesområdet med badeprodukter, som man frit kan tage.

Overall, not worth 800 AUD a night

Nice onsen and lobby - that’s it

A double bed is 2 singles pushed together. They don’t tell you taxes aren’t included in the booking payment you’ve made - they state it’s a Japan rule but no other hotel has charged me this on top of the payment already made. The bathroom in the toilet felt very plastic and smelt.

Comfortable stay for some nights in Kyoto

Ambient, comfortable and clean hotel and rooms. The onsen at the hotel was also very nice. The location was also great close to metro and within walking distance to the Imperial Palace and market.

Great value for seeing Kyoto

We stayed 5 nights and it was a great base in Kyoto. Cute neighborhood, very close to shopping, and lots of good restaurants nearby. The onsen is a great bonus. And the price is extremely reasonable.

Overall, the facilities are great, but the room is a bit cramped. There's no extra floor space and I tripped a couple times. The trash cans are also ridiculously teeny, so request daily cleaning (which isn't automatic). Despite claiming to care for the environmental, the provision of all new towels everyday is also extremely wasteful.

SUCH good value for money, luxury.

Wow, this place exceeded our expectations. Me and a friend stayed here on our first trip to Japan, we stayed only one night at Resol, but regretted not staying longer, such a beautiful modern hotel, friendly staff and a wonderful onsite Onsen. Very spacious comfortable rooms, cafe looked incredible but we sadly didnt eat there.

wonderful stay!

the area was amazing, the staff was very helpful and kind, the room service always provided bottled water, matcha tea and fresh towels. there was a shelf with free goodies and necessaries like tooth and hairbrushes,tee bags, bath salt and much more.

the wifi is (very) bad which made it hard for us to work on remote. the cleaning service is at 10am which was a bit too early for us since we were jet lagged. but it didn’t bother us too much so it was okay.

Great quite place to stay

This was a beautiful hotel in a great location, close to a subway entrance so you don't have to walk too far with your bags. The rooms were a good size and felt very well laid out for being on the smaller side. The food for breakfast was good and they had plenty of options to choose from, as well as English descriptions for the majority of the things offered, most of the other hotels we stayed at on our trip didn't actually have that. Overall it was a very peaceful place to stay and always felt nice to return to after being out in the town all day.

Make sure you put in the correct hotel when navigating there, there are two hotel resol's in Kyoto, so we made the mistake of navigating to the wrong one initially and spent a lot of extra time walking through town with our suitcases! 😅

호텔 너무 아늑하고 이뻐요^^동백꽃도 어찌나 이쁘던지요 조용하고 한적한 숙소 앞 풍경도 좋네요..조금만 걸으면 가모강라인 따라 쭉 산책할 수 있어요 저는 집 구경하고 싶어서 도로 안 쪽으로 걸었네요 구글지도 켜놓고요ㅎㅎ 걷다보면 시장도 구경하며 눈은 많이 즐거워요 호텔 조식도 너무 깔끔하고 맘에 들어요 어머님들도 좋아하셨어요 조식은 꼭 먹고나가세요! 음식들이 입에 안맞아서 힘들어하셨거든요ㅠㅠ저녁엔 대욕탕에서 아픈 다리도 좀 풀고요ㅎㅎ

Very comfortable and clean beds, near tanamachi and antique street.

Bed and room was great! I had a double bed, perfect for a single person. The bed and pillows were very clean and comfortable! I slept very well. Like the entry way where it’s not carpeted so you can put your shoes.

The hotel seemed very busy and staff was stretched. They were very courteous overall. But if there were more staff perhaps it would be even better.

Lovely modern, comfortable hotel with a beautiful onsen and a great vibe.

Lovely hotel - modern and quirky with lots of Japanese influence and features on the ground floor including the courtyard garden. Great onsen. Bar and restaurant was good - well priced and good quality food, wine and drinks. Helpful staff. Lovely room (if a little smaller than it looked in the pictures online) and very comfortable beds. Complimentary pyjamas and nice shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Beautiful bonsai dotted around which make me happy. Very quiet hotel so good for sleeping. A great amenities area where you could help yourself to tea bags, coffee bags, hair brushes etc.

The onsen was shut on our last morning due to electrical issues, which was a real shame as it is one of the joys of the day. It; is a much longer walk than we were expecting to Gion (about 20 minutes). It looked a lot closer on the map! It did us good though to walk out and home each day.

교토의 고즈넉하고, 깔끔한 호텔

대욕장 및 청결함, 엑스트라 배드가 있어서 좋았습니다. 키즈 어매니티도 선물처럼 기분좋게 전달 해주셔서, 만족하고, 다음에도 또 머물고 싶네요~^^ 아이도 일본에 대해 좋은 인상갖고 돌아갈 수 있어서 좋았습니다.

체크인 시, 부킹닷컴에서 결제한 금액 이외에 1200엔 추가로 지급했어요. 오사카랑은 다르게 교토에 있는 호텔에서는 추가 요금(?)이 발생하여, 소통에 어려움이 있는 관계로 그냥 냈어요. 어떤 명목의 요금이었는지 아직도 잘 모르겠네요. 부킹닷컴에 미리 고지가 되어있었더라면, 당황하지 않았을 것 같아, 그부분이 조금 아쉬웠네요.

1.有泡湯池 2.不想泡大眾池的也有浴缸可以泡澡 3.離地鐵站很近

Wonderful stylish hotel

Great location to the train station and nearby attractions. Hotel's interior design looks even better in person - stylishly modern yet traditional. Reception was exceptional in customer service. Very thoughtful of them to provide a matcha kit. Would definitely stay here again!

Note that the Hollywood twin room is considered average sized by Japanese standards so there wouldn't be enough space to have suitcases open. Wasn't an issue for us as we only brought backpacks. Utensils would be useful for customers wanting to eat in but disposable ones were kindly provided by reception.

Excellent hotel, perfect for a few days' stay in Kyoto

This was an excellent hotel for the price that we paid. The room was exceptionally comfortable and all the amenities surpassed our expectations. The location is within walking distance of Nishiki Market and Gion, but is out of the way enough that it is quiet at night. Would highly recommend staying here.

Restaurant closed for dinner without forewarning and fronto unhelpful in finding alternative dinner reservation which made great difficulty for us traveling with my 7 year old granddaughter Would have made earlier plans if we had been informed that restaurant was closed while we stayed there
