Preis-Leistung eher schlecht

Das Zimmer mit Bad ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Außerdem gibt es einen großen Balkon mit Liegestühlen. Die Lage war perfekt: 1min bis zum Strand und 1min bis zur Hauptstraße, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war nicht angemessen, da auch kein Frühstück inklusive war. Wir hatten in Sri Lanka bereits Hotels mit derselben Ausstattung für weniger Geld, bei denen Frühstück inklusive war. Außerdem ist das Bad renovierungsbedürftig und es hat dort muffig gerochen... Und einer der Angestellten wollte, dass wir bereits ein Tag vor Abreise bezahlen...Auf Nachfrage warum hat er uns keinen Grund genannt...

Wonderful views, nice staff, clean and functional rooms.

We felt like we were taken advantage on for the price, miscalculated final bill and we were told the rate of the rooms increased when asked to change to accommodate other guest. You can’t do this to your clients must be transparent and honest about price.

don’t stay here.

rooms are spacious and the balcony is nice.

unfortunately all good is overshadowed by the staff. I wish I had read the comments but the manager is truly a con artist and we heard this from others in town too. booking.com charges the first night but the manager claimed he knew nothing about this and made me pay the additional night even though it is THEIR policy. the staff was high almost the entire time, we had a huge hole in our bedsheet and asked for another one. everyone was so high it took them 24 hours to replace it. they do not have parking, they basically let you pull inside their gate at night but you have to move the car to the street everyday when the restaurant opens.

Dissapointing athmosphere, lovely room but way to hot!

The interior was nicely chosen. We had a lovely view over the beach. Main guy who was working there was nice and friendly.

We had upper floor and no aircon, only a fan! It was way to warm. The manager wasn't trustworthy, he asked many times for a good review.

Highly recommended

The place is literally 1’ next to the beach with an amazing view from the balcony and the terrace. Kali is also a great host; he helped us a lot with everything (surfing classes, safari..even with our van’s flat tire !!) They serve a huge and delicious breakfast with a very small fee and there’s also a restaurant menu for lunch or dinner.

Overall fair accommodation. However, the bathroom smelled terribly bad. The owner made us cancel our booking reservation and promised us a cheaper rate but ended up charging us more than the original price on booking.

Superb

Excellent staff and really great food. It was like being at home. Really terrific!

The shower wasn't perfect but aside from that it was a great place to stay. I'll definitely stay there again.

Amazing place to stay. I love it!!!

I stayed at 2 different places in Arugam Bay and preferred Cili Hotel. The room is spacious with a sea view. Cali is super friendly and helpful, he puts 100% effort into the business with kindness. If you read it, don’t hesitate, just book it hahaha. Can’t complain anything with this price. Highly recommend:)

Awesome place to stay

Place is 100 meters from the beach. You can have really good Italian food there. Staff will do Everything that you could have pleasant stay. Rooms are spacy, clean and view is Great. Locations is good, so shops and other restaurant are near.

There was no thinks that We wouldn’t like.

Great and friendly staff with the biggest best breakfast ever!!! Big clean rooms with lovely spacious balcony.. Fantastic hot shower and aircon system.. Thanks for making us feel so at home. Special thanks to Kali and Jazzte!!

Great location and the pizza is outstanding in the restaurant. WiFi is useless.

The pizza in the restaurant is some of the absolutely best pizza I've ever had. Loved it so much I had pizza for 2 dinners and 1 lunch. Beer was available which was great with the pizza. Loved the location and found a wonderful restaurant (Flo's) just 20m north of the hotel entrance that had an excellent Western menu. Bed was very comfortable and very big room.

WiFi did not work in room and was quite slow in the restaurant area, so slow that it would stop trying to communicate with the network. WiFi was useless.

Perfekt place. Super WiFI. Delicious Pizzas and Pasta in the resturant. Very close to the beach. Delicious and varied breakfast. Helpful staff. Ask the owner about anything and he will help you. Also with what you do not even count on. We had some problems with the stomach - he obtained medicine :-) Book the rooms on the 1st floor - those with sea view.
