Horrible stay

Nil.

Stay was bad & not valuable for the rate charged. Facilities were bad not maintained properly.Even the showers were too bad in the toilet with only spray of water.On the whole its was horrible and inhygiene to stay.Swimming pool was horrible at the look.I think it was outdated property.

need some renovations need to ask for everything and looking for stuff (if you want to have a drink, cleaning rooms after 3days I asked for some cleaning and maybe fresh towel) not good WiFi

Really cute place, i have enjoyed my stay. They cook nice watermelon fresh juice. The pool is also nice

nice place but staff could be a bit thoughtful

1) we only had 2 coffees because they were late for the breakfast, then they started chasing us to pay for the coffee. at this level of hotel, if you are late for breakfast and your guests are leaving because of that, you wouldn’t chase them for these 2 ready coffees. 2) the reception called us at 9:15 while we are sleeping to inform us that there will be an electricity outage in few minutes. but why do you call for this ??

Comfortable but wouldn’t rush back.

swimming pool, good reception staff.

Very tired rooms and bathrooms, in need of renovation. No bar, beer only delivered to room at high price.

Really nice place

We liked it here so much we extended by two days. Our room was super clean and spacious with a really comfy bed and pillows. The swimming pool is wonderful, surrounded by a well tended garden with fish swimming in the ponds. So relaxing! The staff were great and spoke good English. We had a great few days.

Good value and decent.

Location close to the beach. Nice staff. p Pretty pool area and grounds.

WIFI was spotty. They should clean the beach in front of their property because it had a lot of litter on it.

Superb kitchen staff, nice pool and general property of the hotel

The Receptionist was extremely unfriendly and additionally organized a way to expensive trip to another city for us. Also, the WiFi didn’t work in the rooms at all and also on the property itself it was super slow. I would have rated the hotel worst but the kitchen and its staff has been just too good.

Exceptional

It was absolutely perfect stay! We've been there during summer-2021 season while tourism was still almost dead due to the covid-19 restrictions. We've been alone in the hotel and on the beach, but whole hotel infrastructure was opened for us. Mr.Bandara was pleasant and helping and super professional host, that helped us even after we moved away from the hotel (we had some problems in Negombo trying to stay in another hotel before our flight home). Hotel is situated in 1 minute from the beach, rooms are clean and spacious, territory of the hotel is green and nice. million thanks to Mr. Bandara and cheif of the restaurant for my perfect vacations.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very supportive Manager. Overall I will recommend it to anyone who would like to have relaxed time at a beach at a reasonable cost. I booked this hotel for my dad who had a great experience and wishes to go there again👌⭐️

Good for the money

The room was very nice, shower worked well Very large pool

The pool turned green while the pool man was away. When we ordered things it didn’t always come. Which is a shame
