it’s was a very beautiful location, quiet, peaceful great getaway…

The main complaint was the pool closes too early at 7/8pm…… as if adults have a curfew your forced to go to the main hall if you want to continue enjoy the evening. They do have music and bar area but some don’t want that and there is nothing else to do other than go to your room. Several of our friends wanted to just relax at the pool late and enjoy the view and weather, all bars outdoors close by 8pm. There was also too much seaweed, we were not able to enjoy the beach the 4 days we were there.

Very nice staff, really nice beach and great room. Fantastic place to relax and feel taken care of.

For the price we paid, the gym was not as equipped as we would have expected and transport to/from airport is not included unless staying over 5 nights. We also prefer firmer beds and the bed was very soft.

In general, we had a great time. Valentin is one of the great Adults only resorts that we had been to in Cancun.

The environment, Nature and how it was set up architecturally, very easy to move around.

We have enjoyed everything, but we definitely have 2 main remarks: the service at some of the restaurants can be still enhanced and secondly the Sea was not accessible for the full duration of our 5 nights’ stay

Needs more attention to restaurants regulations explanation on admission

clean, well organized, good quality food, and good service.

cannot swim in the sea, high waves and tones of sea weeds. the color of the sea water is not Turquoise! Although explained on admission that no need to reserve at the speciality restaurants in the evening, it turned out that you should (especially the Japanese). The waiting time to receive a table was too long.

After 10 visits, the Valentin is still our favorite getaway.....

The staff are amazing! Welcoming, professional, helpful.....cannot complement them enough. Food is great - lots of variety with theme restaurants - Italian, French, Indonesian, Surf/Turf, Mexican and more. The grounds are impeccably maintained and spacious.

they charged me for double occupancy 207$ extra per day for room I already paid close to 700$ per day. On website it was 728$ for double occupancy. I didn’t check in the beginning and resort representatives didn’t give me choice or chance! Overpriced!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A Wonderful and Beautiful Experience that we will treasure!

Lush and Beautiful grounds, we’ve never seen so many different kinds of plants in a landscape. The Coffee shop, Churros cart and food truck by the pool were Awesome! The STAFF went over and above to make our stay memorable. We felt very spoiled!

The hotel is impeccable - our silver suite was recently updated and beautifully appointed, very large and clean! The property is beautifully maintained. We enjoyed the spa, activities and restaurants!

Fantastic getaway.

Loved the lush environs... Butterflies and birds everywhere you look. Friendly and attentive staff. Food was exceptional in almost all cases. There are two different pools with very different vibes and we really appreciated that. Great band at night !

Very little to complain about. More selection on the room service menu might have been appreciated but that's about it.

Amazing! We loved it so much, we were looking at dates to come back before we even left.

The food and amenities were fantastic. Room was clean, loved the turn down service. Always had the refrigerator stocked with what we needed. Restaurants were great! Property is beautiful. REally loved almost everything about this place!

The drinks were not good - the only place we seemed to have a decent drink was a Don Miguel’s. And the pool bars. The bed was a little too hard but still comfortable. We loved the band and DJ at night; only thing is that it seemed the same songs and music repeated every night.

Our stay was wonderful and relaxing.

It was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The resort was beautiful and was very relaxing.

This has nothing to do with the resort but 60 dollars for a cab ride is ridiculous.
