Nice, clean, comfortable stay.

The place was very clean and right on Istiklal street so accessing the restaurants, metro and shopping was very easy. There is a money exchange right next to the hotel so that was also nice. Over all a nice, comfortable place to stay. AC worked well and running hot water was a big plus! The breakfast was really good and so was the staff.

There is too much noise at night inside the annexe building. So getting peaceful sleep is a problem. The shop keepers on the second and first floor were extremely loud! Also the place has no elevator so taking stairs to the third floor was tiring.

Was a nice stay, would go again if I’m spending a few days in Turkey and need a place to stay not more than that though

Worst management ever

- Clean room - Very super friendly and apologetic front desk staff - Great location

The hotel lobby has no AC although it was very hot inside. When I asked the workers is the AC broken, they said no, but the manager ordered us to turn it off. The electronic room key system did not work so every time I wanted to get into my room, I needed to ask someone from the front desk to open my room for me with the master key. It took them two days to take care of the electronic key system problem. My room was in a separate building yet they did not provide me with the key card of the front door of the building so every time I wanted to go into the building I needed to ring the bell so that the front desk staff opens it for me. In checking out they refused to give me a bill and said that they will send it to booking !!

I highly recommend the family room to everyone!

I just had to share my amazing experience booking family room number 101 for six people. It was simply fantastic! The room was incredibly comfortable, with two sofa beds and a double bed, all wonderfully clean. We couldn't have asked for more. The location was absolutely perfect, right near Taksim Square and facing Istiklal Street. It couldn't have been better situated. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Umut at the reception and Hossein, the breakfast service staff. Umut and his colleague (I'm sorry, I forgot the name) were incredibly helpful, ensuring our check-in went smoothly. They were so professional and friendly, making us feel truly welcome. And a special thank you to Hossein for making our mornings delightful with a delicious breakfast. Despite it being served at a separate building just a 2-minute walk away, it was well worth it, offering a wide variety of tasty options for everyone's palate.

The kitchen service was set up for only two people, however, when we asked for more items, they quickly provided them, so the issue was resolved. Also, the towel dryer in the bathroom wasn't functioning. It was a bit inconvenient, but it didn't have a major impact on our overall experience, especially considering the other positive aspects of our stay.

Everything except the location. Surprise in the bathroom, they put a cup for the water leak lol, see the attachment. That’s never ever had same situation ! They know it’s leak and they just put a cup, you can’t use the bathroom, except if you are ok with showering there. Plus cleaning not good, no elevator , if you want elevator you have to pay more ! Imagine! I just stay one night, thanks god.

Perfect stay. I will not look for another hotel when I return to Taksim.

Being the first time in Taksim I booked the hotel for one night to ensure the hotel îs ok. The hotel has 3 buildings next to eaxh other. I arrived late at arround 11:30 pm and I was given the room on the building opposit reception on the 5th floor. The room was great, the only inconvenience was that there îs no elevator în that building. În the morning I went to the reception and ask to see some other rooms în the next building where the breakfast îs as i was planning to extend for 2 more nights. BIROL the receptionist went over and beyoung to ensure that I get the Best room from what was available. S-o I extended for another 2 night . The hotel îs clean and the rooms are very spatiouse( at least the category I Booked). The bathrooms are renovated. The breakfast room și cute and cozzy and has a beautifful terase. The gentleman there îs very helpfull and the service îs TOP

The only suggestion I Will make îs for breakfast to have some more opțions on internațional offers like salami, ham etc....if you stay for 1 night the breakfast îs perfect but for 3 nights was a bit Less option

The best thing about this hotel is the location near the strategic Taksim Square, as well as the kindness of the staff. In general its good 👍

The worst thing about it is the difficulty of entering the hotel with the belongings, the smallness of the rooms and the distance of some rooms from the reception.

if you want it on taksim then it should be your choice. they have two buildings for same name hotel.

we were 2 adults and 2 kids, so for me the location is 10/10 if you want it on istaklal street. rooms were bigger as i took executive room. so location and the staff were amazing.

if only the windows were sound proof. every single police siren, guys singing, or people fighting. all night i could hear it. and they need to put more curtains to cover the windows during day time as it becomes too light and you cannot sleep. breakfast was in another building and we had to go there with kids in morning. other than that it was all good

Good location not that good hotel

The location of the hotel is really good. It is just next to Istiklal street which is one of the main ones in Istambul full of stores and a great environment. It takes you 25 min walking to reach the Galata Toower and 45-55 min walking to get the main touristic places of the city (Santa Sofia, Gran Bazar, etc).

The pictures shown of the room does not represent the reality. We booked a very nice room as per what was shown in Booking, however, we were given a very small room in another building in front of the hotel entrance. The room was actually a 4th floor without lift and it seems like the owners bought a couple of floors of the building because in the first floors there are some "stores" and it does not make you feel comfortable and safe. Specially during the night, as it is a very crowded place and there are a lot of noises in the building. The breakfast is also in another building, so you have to go out and cross the street. The breakfast is pretty normal and there is no much variety. Also, the staff of the hotel does not speak english at all and it is very difficult to communicate with them. For tourists visiting such a big city the first time it creates an uncomfortable feeling.

After I booked the hotel, I read some terrible reviews, and I instantly regretted it. When I got to the hotel, I was given the annex on the 5th Floor without the elevator. 1) The staff is very kind and sweet. 2) Daily Housekeeping services. And the housekeepers were lovely. 3) Everything was clean. 4) Amazing view from the balcony. 5) Heating system - Perfect 6) If you close the balcony door at night, you can sleep peacefully. 7) It’s literally on Istiklal street, which is fantastic. 8) Room service - Best 9) Yes, I had to climb the stairs, and I’m not a fit person, even though I’m young, but youngsters like me can do it without any problem. In fact, it’s good exercise after eating too much, lol 10) I loved everything, despite all the bad reviews I read. I’m definitely coming back! p.s. sharing the pictures of the view from my room.
