Reposant et ressourçant

Décoration de l'établissement très travaillée et envoûtant, accueil chaleureux avec un personnel agréable à l'écoute sans oublier les nombreuses spécialités culinaires disponible sur place (tajines, cholba,..) une piscine est aussi présente, je ne regrette absolument pas mon court séjour.

Noicy

It's a nice gem near the medina, but the rooms next to the pool are disappointing, cause the reception is next to it. The closet in between is a big soundbox, it was really terrible they talk and make noise til 23.30 and at 7.00 the waterfilter/fountain gets on. Who makes that up??? One evening the could disable it, but the next morning we woke up again with the waterfall. Them there is also a doorbell which you can hear throughout the whole hotel... nice for late and early arrivals...

Cental location, nice people, clean and comfort

Nice and friendly host and staff who gave a lot of useful information about Fes and places to visit. Nice room and very clean.

Beautifully maintained Riad

Property is beautiful and very well maintained. Our room was lovely with our own bathroom and air conditioning. Staff were very friendly and helpful even with the language barrier. I really appreciated them doing our laundry after our stay in the desert. Having not been to Fes before, I thought I was booking a Riad in the old city. This Riad is in the new centre and is about a 50 minute walk or 15 minute taxi to old Medina.

Our bed was very hard, breakfast was not great (eggs undercooked, breads and cakes very tough) compared to other places we have stayed.

Very traditional place, low value for money

The staff was very friendly and the place much traditional.

The breakfast choice was very limited, only one egg as salty option. We did not have the key for the external door and had to ring the bell anytime we wanted to enter. The location is pretty far from the old town, which we found to be only place to visit during Ramadan.

3 weeks travelling around Morocco. This Riad was the lowest

Nice Riad but not a very good service. Expected to be lectured by the owner and his staff are definitely overworked.

Hidden paradise 🌼

The staff was very kind en helpful, Mehdi really took his time to give us some tips and to answer all our questions at every time of the day. Also the riad is wonderful! It has the prettiest garden and pool so it's perfect to spend a day at the riad itself when the weather is sunny and warm.

I'm quite allergic to dust mites and I always had a really hard time while having breakfast inside in the living room because of all the carpets and pillows.

Quite big room, with a beautiful garden

Wifi was not working Our room was facing the garden, which was great but at night the neighbors were quite loud and we couldnt sleep

Great big old house

Room had a beautiful balcony and was big and had a great bath. Garden and swimmingpool were lovely.

Bed and blanquets were dusty and hadnt been properly washed on 60 degrees for a while to kill all the bedbugs.

No value for money

Friendly and professional stuff, especially Mehdi

Noisy, swimming pool not taken care of with stagnant water, but most importantly insane pricing on food and water (3€ a bottle!!)

Definitely a great shift from the usual hectic life: a host of friendly smiles and nice words.

We really enjoyed the breakfast and the meal that was served one evening. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse, l'écoute de tous les personnels. We would highly recommend it.

great accommodations, beautiful historic house, full of amazing craftsmanship. conveniently located, delicious breakfast, prepared and served with care, friendly staff, very clean rooms. definitely to be recommended

Location was good, staff were friendly and welcoming.

The room was small, did not meet the description, "will include seating area," and wi-fi was poor - 1 bar at the best, but kept disconnecting every few minutes. As travellers reliant on WiFi for local information and further bookings, this was difficult.

WiFi didn’t work. We had to pay cash. Washing didn’t dry and expensive. A bottle of water 3euro. Overall very bad.

The hotel was fab. The location was great. The facilities were great.

A staff member had a bug and continued to serve breakfast, which we thought poor, when my partner and I have health issues. Also the hotels dog barked at night keeping us awake. Housekeeping wasn’t great, we had to ask for toilet rolls, towels were not changed daily and the underneath of the toilet was pretty unclean on arrival. Sadly this let them down, when they have a great hotel

Very hard bed! Very slow service!

The room was nice and big enough for 2 people plus luggage. Everything was clean. Area around quiet. Nice courtyard.

Hardest bed I have ever slept on! Very uncomfortable! This ruined our night completely as we both could not sleep. The service was immensely slow. We sat down for breakfast and waited very long till the first food or drinks arrived. They work very inefficiently, bringing out one item after another for breakfast. After 30 minutes they asked us if we wanted eggs and we said yes. Nothing happened and we were fed up and wanted to leave and only then they told us „they have a problem with the eggs, because they don’t have any“. Payment was also very slow. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

The apartment was very spacious.

The whole house was extremely dusty. They are short staffed and over worked. We had a tour waiting for us and we didn't get to finish breakfast since had to leave.
