Not clean and no value for money

The central location near lots of eateries and many Indian shops is very nice, but I really can't think of anything else that is positive about this hotel.

The room is small and has no window. It feels depressing and damp. Walls are in bad condition. The bedsheets were not clean, so we had them changed. The new ones were not that much better looking: stains all over and many holes. Overall the room was not clean too. There was a loud noise like from an elevator, we think the neighbours were redecorating. Soundproofing for doors to the hall is non existant, so there is a lot of noise from other guests too. The price is too high for what is it.

they stole money from me, double booked and never refund , DO NOT BOOK OYO on recommendation of themselves

Pillows, mattresses and duvets were in bad condition.

Comfortable Stay for a great price

The location was great, close to all the shopping malls. The hotel was clean and the beds were firm and very comfortable. The staff were very professional and easy to communicate with. The air conditioning was good. The shower was great. There was an electric hot water kettle for drinking and purified water container outside for our floor. There was an elevator in the hotel. There was no smell of smoke in our room. The Hotel is only 7 minutes from the KL Sentral bus station. All in all a great bargain for the price.

The TV worked well but could of had more channels. There was only 4 channels.

Would rather sleep in the street.

There was nothing to like

Staff are conmen, bed sheets where yellow, room smelt like feces, no toilet seat, terrible lift. I left the hotel aftonly 2 hours because it was absolutely disgusting and I have been travelling Asia for a year, worst hotel so far, well done .
