Room was clean, bed was comfortable but a little too soft for me. Staff was excellent
Shower could do with a better clean, dirt and mould found

The room was nice and clean, we enjoyed where we were apart from the bathroom.
The bathroom needs a good clean. The shower needs a good scrub, we didn't use the shower because it wasn't clean. It's outdated, we can handle that but not if its dirty and we don't want to use it. In saying that, I'd stay there again if needed

Crisp white sheets, comfortable bed. Air cond. Tavern looked good.
Hard to check in no one on reception. About 8 30pm. Worst thing was the shower was pooling, not draining properly.
The toilet was leaking and water came up out of the pipes and onto the floor yuk.
They should do new photos. The centre area is not ĺush and green, it is covered. in leaf litter

I loved the staff at the Burvale, they were so friendly, helpful and accommodating! When I locked my luggage with a padlock but left the key at home, the manager very kindly gave me options on what to do. He then assisted with breaking the lock by finding me a bolt cutter, which was a lifesaver! In addition, when I called with short notice for a later check out they were very nice about it and didn't charge me a late check out fee. I like that there is a bar and restaurant attached to the hotel and there is a bus stop outside so easy to get into town.
My bed overall was comfortable however they are on wheels so would sometime slide a bit if sat on them too hard. I like that there are wheels so you can hoover underneath but would be great if they could have some sort of wheel stopper. In addition, the back door of the room is locked and I would have loved to have been able to open it to as it overlooks some nice trees. However, you can reach this area from the outside so not the end of the world.

. Extremely cheap, especially considering the location.
. Staff was nice, especially the manager at reception.
. Bistro in the same complex and Dan Murphys on the same block.
. Door was damaged on the bottom corner to the point where you could see the outside.
. Bathroom had been cleaned, but not thoroughly.
. One of the lights was flickering so badly that I didn't end up using the light.

Location suited us, and room was quiet, didn't hear traffic noise.
Grimy areas under ensuite bench.
Strong cigarette odour in ensuite, more noticeable when fan was running, which was every time we switched the light on.
