Super comfortable but quite far from centre

The host was really friendly and the room was super spacious with almost everything you need

If you not traveling with a car, it is quite hard to get around as the main bus stop (the 615 route) is 1,6km away, about 30 minutes on foot. Under the hot and humid weather, walking that distance was not pleasant. The owner was kind enough to give us a ride down.

Pari studio apartment

The apartment has everything you need and it's in a good location. Close to bars and local restaurants. It has a lovely terrace you can sit on.

The mattress is a bit too hard for our taste and the road just in front of the room is noisy.

Nice location if you have a car

Everything you need for cooking, air condition, terrace

The bed and pillows weren't comfortable, both of us woke up with back ache every day. Not enough toilet paper and shampoo for 2 people for a week, had to find the host and ask for more.

Hidden gem! Our new favourite place in Cyprus!

The apartment was very spacious and spotless clean, nice bathroom, comfy bed, all essentials amenities in the kitchen, TV, aircon, washing machine, and a lovely huge balcony. Tasos, the owner, was very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. The apartment is situated in a nice and quite area with good connection to public transport, (we rented a car so we didn't use the public transport) plus there's plenty of parking space at the property which was great! The Coral bay beach is 12mins drive from the property, the town centre about the same distance, and 20mins drive to the airport. We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely book again when we're back to Cypus! 10 out of 10!

The fridge works loudly at night, it could be a problem if you're a light sleeper, my mum didn't seem to mind and I had earplugs so we had no issues.

Big apartament and good sized bedroom. Very complete.

Well, it didn't bother me because of the weather, but I always choose rooms with AC, in the description seemed that my bedroom had AC, but it didn't only in the living room (don't know about other rooms). Luckily, I didn't need.

Exceptional

Perfect place. Comfortable room with all that might be needed. If you are use car this place is good located and quiet. Definitely will visit again if I have way to Paphos.

The only thing I can mention is that the place is not close to the beach and port. You have to walk about 40 minutes, to reach convenient public transport. But this is not disadvantage if you use a car.

Good

Excellent location, with very good facilities. Beautiful veranda for morning winter sun. Close to amenities and very well located to all sightseeing places in Paphos. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful with very accurate advice about areas to visit and places to eat around Chlorakas. The apartment was very clean and very comfortable. We had an amazing week!

The bed linen were rather tired and smaller than the bed. They did not fit the mattress properly - especially the bottom fitted sheet. Though the mattress was excellent, the sheets were a problem! Additionally, the address at Booking.com is not the actual one, and it is problematic to find the place, even though the owner was extremely helpful and despite our late night arrival, came out to the road to help us out.

Not bad for the money.

Good wi-fi. Sunny studio. The owener is living next property and brings keys.

The big gap under the main door allows cold stream air to enter the studio and reduces the a/c performance and, in general, the temperature. I asked for a cheap paper towels but never came. Noisy works outside of the studio early morning could be avoided. In addition the bed is under a window and the sun say "hi" early. I' sure that the studio will be better in the future.

Best of Cyprus Hospitality and a brilliant apartment.

Was met on arrival by the host who showed me where to park, parking is free at the property, and also showed me to my room. Easy process and it was so lovely to find a bottle of water in the fridge and some tea/coffee essentials for my first night. The apartment was big enough for me, all pretty open plan with the bedroom closed off with a curtain. It was so well stocked, everything you need was there including a washing machine and an iron (the iron unfortunately had something stuck to the plate and burnt through one of my tops which I then had to throw away so be mindful to check the bottom of them before you use them), toaster, microwave, oven & hob etc. In the bathroom there is even a small bottle of shower gel and shampoo if needed, little additions not usually provided in self catering apartments. There was also a really good hairdryer, if only I had known as I could have left mine behind! There is a television and also aircon/heating should you need them. There is a wonderful balcony that I have no doubt in summer I would have used a lot more! The property is near a 24 hr bakery, local shops and also a kebab house. There is a traditional tavern down the road but when I went to eat there despite it being listed as open it was in fact shut despite someone sat at one of the tables etc - probably family. However Kato Pahos and Coral Bay are short drives away and have a number of eateries etc and there is the nearby shopping mall and also plenty of historical sites to visit if you wish. Some within walking distance others better by car/transport. I drove to the beaches to swim, having lived in Cyprus for 2 years I knew where I wanted to go and visit. I would absolutely love to use these apartments again, you will not get better hospitality on the Island - thank you!

My only criticism is that the bedding was old and had pilling - little fuzzballs - all over it and the towels were very rough. Could also hear noise from the room next door when other guests were there.

Very comfy apartment for great price!

We were surprised how spacious the apartment was! We booked one night, but ended up staying for two. It has all you can need for even a long stay. The owner was very nice and even helped us out with some salt for cooking🙂 Overall a very pleasant stay!

The location is not central, but we knew that when we booked it and did not mind. What we did mind were the buzzing noise of the circuit breaker and of the fridge at night - we needed to plug it off. Just as an improvement idea: in the kitchen we missed wine opener, a knife (there is only one for bread), laundry detergent would be great.

Nice stay

The owner was nice and kind. The place is clean and have all you need. I recommend it to any one.

The location is little bit far from the centre. However, if you rent a car/motorcycle it is not an issue at all. The vent of the bathroom was a little bit noisy.

This Studio appartment is a good choice for a couple, or a solo traveller, digital nomad. It can be reached from the harbor by taking bus 615. From the stop it´s about 1.8 km on foot. Tombs of the kings can easily be reached on foot. Coral bay can BE reached by taking bus 615, Neophytos monastry by taking bus 604, which is a small bus. A LiDL can BE found on the the same road you´ll take for going to the Tombs of the kings, the archeological site or to the harbor.

Perfectly clean place with fantastic balcony

Great place, super clean and tidy. We also had an amazing balcony :) All the amenities were there, prepared information what to see in Paphos and with any question can approach host at the reception. Very happy with the stay here.

Exceptional

The apartment is very clean (spotless!) and it has all the necessary utilities (shampoos, towels, toilet paper, tost, diswaser soap, free aircondition etc.). The host is wonderful and made sure our vacation in Phapos was unforgettable. The host even prepared a small info guide for sights in Phapos and around, which shows how thoughtful he is. Would recommend!

Price quality - a pretty ok one

I liked the structure of the location and the facilities I had as well as a bonus for parking nearby

I didn't like the area because some days there was a lot of noise from the neighbors.
