Overall great location and staff very accommodating. Breakfast was included with our stay. Eggs to order and typical Col

location was great. a big shopping mall Unicentro located across the street.

The windows were covered in plastic due to Maintenance and painting of exterior walls. Paint and chemical fumes seeped into our room. We asked to be relocated to another room. Staff gave us another room on the second night.

When traveling to Bogota don't think it twice. Stay at Estelar Apartments! what an outstanding staff! the best value

The apartment is comfortable, spacious, and well-located. The area is perfect and quiet, the neighborhood fantastic, surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants. The staff is excellent!

The property is fantastic. Perhaps the traffic around the hotel is the less favorable point.

Not pleasant stay

Breakfast was all ways good and the attention of the staff excellent. Drivers are very polite and helpful.

Bed was uneven The check out time is 1 PM with international check out is 3 pm, international flights most of the time are at night you are force to paid 1/2 of the price per a couple hours(very unfair practice)

Rough start but the basics are nice

I like the location, and the apartments are comfortable and well distributed. The included breakfast is delicious

Upon arrival given we had a reservation, there was a considerable increase of a tax the government is now charging. It was something I was unaware of and I had a budgeted price. The lady at the front desk was condescending and even made a comment that was out of place. She preceded to give us an apartment, that had no power. After waiting 25 min for someone to check what was wrong. I had to come downstairs and see if it was possible for us to get another apartment as we had to settle in and leave for an appointment. After finally getting moved upon request, I found the maintenance guy who said the apartment initially given to us had the heater broken and was disclose to not rent it out. So not only were they rude, they gave us an apartment they weren’t suppose to give, and did not even care. it’s the first time out of 4 times I’ve stayed that I get such disappointing customer service, and the service is gas been a big part of me coming back.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, perfectly located for our plans to spend time with family.

location. easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, etc. Very close to trendy Usaquen neighborhood. However, it depends on what you are planning to do in Bogotá. this location is far from the historic center and traffic is a concern. This location was perfect for us because our family lives in the area. the breakfast that was included was excellent, featuring local food and fruits. The staff was very helpful and cordial. All restaurants on site were really good.

I think the apartments need some renovation. Investing some money in painting the cabinets and updating the furniture. The kitchen appliances were not working properly. The beds were a little hard.

Apartments are old. No kitchen ware in apartments. Water heater failed multiple times. Only provided one toilet paper per call.

It was disappointing after we had a good experience staying there a few days earlier.

Location was good.

There was no hot water and the attempts to fix the problem at late night were momentary. They “fixed” the problem after 2 hours, but again there was no hot water in the morning when we needed to take showers. I made a complain at check out and still waiting for a response.

Disappointing

The location, very convenient there's a mall right across from the hotel.

I was told La Fontana is one of the most prestigious hotels in Bogotá but honestly I was very disappointed and will NOT stay at la Fontana anymore. I stayed at the apartments and sadly the kitchen is falling apart, everything is outdated, looks old, there was mold and mildew in the bathrooms. The service staff not the best. When booked I requested a crib for my daughter we arrived and had to wait 8 hours for the crib to arrive. We stayed 10 days, the 3rd day I called for towels and got them a day before check out. They mix hotels guests and apartment owners and we happen to have as neighbor a owner and he was playing drums and electric guitar at 2 am and had to complain until they finally moved us to another apartment. Overall it didn't meet out expectations, service staff was poor nobody cares. There are better and cheaper hotels in Bogotá.

The employees at the restaurant, are very kind;

I requested toilet paper and had to call three times. When finally the toilet paper arrived, it was just one piece, and the apartment had 2 bathrooms. Also, I had to cancel another reservation because they did not accept registering a minor under my responsibility. After all, the authorization letter I had was not with a notary stamp, which I find very inconvenient for people that is foreign. Also, I found the room kitchen very old.

The food was amazing at all locations... italian and sushi! Awesome.

The room can use an upgrade. Some windows too wide open for little children on the highest floor.
