Ontbijt prima, personeel vriendelijk. Nette accommodatie. Goede verbindingen met bus (2 haltes) naar U Bahn.
Let op: er is na 24:00 uur niemand meer aanwezig. Ook geen noodnummer om te bellen !!
Hadden in de nacht dringend een dokter nodig. Zoek maar uit. Enige oplossing: bel 112. In Nederland altijd eerst de huisartsenpost bellen. Hotel gaf aan geen actie op dit punt te ondernemen!

Zimmer sehr geräumig und zeitgemäß, gute Lage, Möglichkeit zu Essen sehr gut
Defekter Duschschlauch im Zimmer 612 wurde am Samstag 04.05.2024 um ca. 9:00 Uhr an der Rezeption gemeldet. Wurde aber leider nicht behoben! Es erfolgte aber auch keine Info, dass dies vielleicht an einem Samstag etwas problematisch mit der Behebung sein könnte.
Vielleicht noch ein Verbesserungsvorschlag: Die Sitzgelegenheiten in der Lobby ( nur die in der Mitte! ) sind unbequem da die Lehnen zu niedrig sind.

Très grande chambre, le petit-déjeuner très varié et vraiment très bon. SDB Moderne et spacieuse. Personnel très gentil
La micro fuite sur le pommeau de douche et si on chipote un frigo ca serait bien

Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Unterkunft. 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur U-Bahn Station.

The character of the hotel was great. The staff were friendly and the breakfast is exceptional.
Although the obligatory welcome guide contained instructions on how to operate the room thermostat - air-conditioning, there wasn't a temperature control in our room. Our room was quite stuffy and when a request was made for a portable fan which other guests had in their room, unfortunately there wasn't any more available.

We loved the breakfast and staff were super nice and friendly. Rooms are nice and clean. Parking spot is a big plus.

The music in the lobby is very nice, the garden/parking lot is nice, all the atmosphere is very good.
There are not refrigerators in every room, but there is one shared one in the common space on the floor.

I book a room but we didnt know it's an apartment outside the hotel !
We had to go up and down to the second floor with heavy luggage without help and no one explain this !
No cleaning and charging on cleanging when leaving

We are happy with the services and help rendered during our stay, the staff are so helpful and friendly. The breakfast varieties are good and the location is near to metro and bus stop. Plenty of parking lot in front of the hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic room with gallery, perfect for the family. Entire hotel is immaculate. Very convenient for public transportation also. Couldn't hear a thing in the room!

really nice location that is well connected, no matter if you use public transportation or car, friendly staff and very good breakfast, which O really enjoyed
the electric car parking is now 25 Euro, so you need to be on low battery to make it count, for this not being for free the price for the room is more on the expensive side. the white sausages (Weißwurst) need to be pre-ordered on advance but nobody tells you that 😞
