Ótima localização e conforto

NOT GOOD. The good reviews are totally misleading and incorrect in our experience. Stay elsewhere!

Staff was friendly and helpful, though didn't always carry through with what they said they would do. Room was clean and water pressure in the showers were good.

SHOCKED by the good reviews of this place. We were so disappointed. The rooms in the front were SO noisy with people coming in and out 24 hours a day and the doors providing no insulation. When we asked to move rooms after our Inca Trail hike, they said they would put us in the quieter part of the hotel, but then assigned us the same rooms as we had had before. After discussing with the front, they did put us in rooms in the back, which were quieter, but had no windows. Wifi was also non-existent in the back rooms. Also, almost all electrical outlets in both rooms didn't work and breakfast was just fine. We have never stayed somewhere with reviews this good and the experience being so bad; by far the worse place we stayed on our 2 week trip to Peru and Chile. We definitely will stay somewhere else next time we visit Cusco.

Все изменилось во 2 день пребывания. Нам дали тот номер, который мы заказывали. Парень на ресепшен с прекрасной улыбкой сгладил неприятное впечатление прошлого дня. Он проявил заботу, внимание и профессионализм. В комнате очень хорошая ванная, хорошие кровати, огромный телевизор. Завтраки в этом отеле очень хорошие. Оценку я повысил только благодаря профессионализму нашего второго администратора.

Первый администратор — это абсолютное отсутствие профессионализма. Во время общения с ним мои часы показали 146 ударов в минуту. Сказывалась еще и высота. Изначально он неправильно принял оплату. Отправил нас в комнату, где было холодно, карало с потолка, мигала всю ночь лампочка — она в отдалении от всех комнат. Я сказал, что мы заказывали ванную в комнате. Он перевел нас— там нет окон. За 150 долларов нет окон! Я стал требовать нормальную комнату, он предложил переехать на следующий день, но мы выселяемся в 10, ждем 2 часа в холодном ходе в кожаных креслах, потом в 12 идем в комнату. После нескольких минут моего эмоционального обсуждения, вопросов о бонусах, на которые был получен отказ, он сказал — возвращаю ваши деньги. 16:30. Мы прилетели в 15:.00. Ланча, обещанного в объявлении, нет. Высота, голод, унижение. И это за 150 евро. Нас хотели выставить на улицу. Сильное ощущение унижения. Из-за непрофессионализма работника. Нам пришлось идти в комнату с душем, где текла крыша в душе. Мы уснули в 20:30 — джетлаг и высота. В 23:00 в нашу комнату зашел мужчина. В темную комнату к спящим людям. Жена ужасно испугалась. Я успокаивал ее около часа. Мы не чувствовали себя защищенными. Утром приняли решение менять отель, пошли на ресепшен, но там был уже мистер «Улыбка», который легко решил наши проблемы.

Estadía agradable en hotel quechua

Me encantó la ubicación, cerca al mercado San Pedro y cerca a la plaza de armas de Cusco, restaurantes y muchos sitios de artesanías. Me encantó el trato del personal del hotel sobre todo de Diego, Robert y la señorita del restaurante ( no supe su nombre)

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. Ah y me tocó habitación a la calle entonces el ruido dificulta dormir con tranquilidad, deberian corregir eso

Easy stay

The Staff at the reception was amazing! Breakfast was good and every day there was a different selection of food and fruits. The Hotel is really nice and 5 minutes by walking to the center.

The rooms were too cold, we only had (as in all the rooms) a heater that wasn’t enough to get warmer the room. The curtains in the bathroom were very old, short to cover the shower and the windows. There was not an hanger to hang the wet towels so I had to leave them on the heater. There weren’t enough hanger in the wardrobe too.

Zeer goed verblijf en vriendelijk personeel

Ligging van het hotel, zeer centraal gelegen, vriendelijk personeel. We hadden 2 keer geboekt met tussenpoze van 3 nachten ivm Salkantaytrek. Hadden dezelfde kamer gevraagd bij terugkomst en dat was geen enkel probleem.

Ontbijt. Had meer variatie gewild met name brood

Es un hotel colonial, muy limpio y tranquilo, con una ubicacion excelente cerca de la plaza de San Pedro. El desayuno muy delicioso. Recomendado.

Buen alojamiento, pero necesita una reforma

Ubicación y atención del personal del hotel, siempre buena cara y dispuestos a ayudar, todos encantadores.

El tamaño de la habitación y baño era un poco pequeño. El hotel en sí es bastante viejo y creo le vendría bien una buena lavada de cara. Las ventanas no cierran bien y el baño acumula mucha humedad. El desayuno es muy básico, tiene poca variedad. Las excursiones ofrecidas por el hotel, por lo general bien, pero hacen paradas excesivas en lugares de compras para turistas, sacrificando tiempo muy valioso en ruinas y monumentos históricos que deberían explicar más a fondo. El tour cusco valle sur incluye imágenes de lugares que no se visitan + no explican bien las paradas que se hacen y tiempo invertido, a veces sientes que te pasean por lugares de compras como un rebaño.

Very old and not well maintained hotel with lovely staff

The staff was great

The hotel is very old and everything is ancient. The room barely had any windows, the toilet at some point just stopped working, the internet was very weak, the breakfast was simply ridiculous - deep fried fish with boiled eggs and olives ?! And all of it in the furniture in plastic, doors that squeak as hell, the spa bath didn’t work and even if it did the stream of water was so weak that it would barely get filled in a week. Also, the room had fitted kitchen for some reason without any utensils, silverware, plates or cups. Absolutely don’t recommend.

Lindo hotel colonial y muy bien ubicado.

El desayuno delicioso y muy completo el buffet. Muy buena ubicación pues desde el Mercado San Pedro se puede uno desplazar a pie por los sitios y plazas mas emblemáticas de la ciudad. En el recorrido hay de todo tipo de servicios y restaurantes. El día que salimos para MachuPichu, nos dieron un refrigerio para llevar pues partimos a las 4 de la mañana.

Un poco de ruido en la noche pues la habitación daba a la calle de acceso. Pero no impidió dormir tranquilos

Chuveiro bom com bastante pressão. No entanto, meus amigos ficaram num quarto em que a água não aquecia bem. Então, dependerá do quarto que você ficar. Café da manhã era bom.

Localização. Embora bem próximo do mercado San Pedro, a região parece bem insegura. Sentimos medo ao andar na rua. Tínhamos nos hospedado anteriormente nos arredores da plaza de Las armas, então pudemos fazer a comparação. Tivemos um problema com o pagamento da acomodação. Eles aceitavam dólar, mas não tinham troco. Queriam que a gente trocasse o dinheiro. Por fim, eles trocaram. Tudo certo. Não tomamos café da manhã no hotel, pois nosso passeio era às 6h da manhã. Então eles forneceram um lanche para levar. Disseram que teria ovo, pão, fruta...porém, para nossa surpresa, ao abrir a embalagem, tinha apenas uma banana, um suco de caixinha, um pacotinho de bolacha e 2 balas. Ou seja, não vale o preço se não forem tomar café da manhã no hotel.

Comfortable and well located

The property is well located and is quite pretty. The room I was given initially was a small attic room that only had a window facing the hallway but when I asked to change staff were accommodating and moved me to a new room (although since I paid extra, they had no reason not to be accommodating). Laundry service was quick and speedy.

Breakfast needs more options. Additionally, the chef didn’t arrive for dinner service which was disappointing. The front desk staff were nice but perhaps still learning the tools of the trade. I initially was only given half of my laundry because the man didn’t look properly - luckily I chased it up.
