Hotel with lovely staff and facilities.

The property was situated close to the old part of Cusco. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The staff were lovely and the food was delicious. The room was perfect for our family

The water got shut off while having a shower at 3 am.

Publicité trompeuse, je ne recommande pas, des hôtels font mieux dans la ville.

les chambres quoique pour certaines sans fenêtres directes pour certaines sont grandes et confortables, l 'entretien du lieu est très bon. L'emplacement est bien .

La publicité est mensongère, il n' y a pas de spa dans cet hôtel , ce qui était un des critères de choix, aucun geste commercial. le transfert gratuit promis a purement et simplement oublié nous avons attendu une heure un taxi. a part un simple mail d'excuse, rien. établissement pas du tout au niveau concernant les services, passez votre chemin.

Choose wisely 👎🏻

The only thing I have enjoyed here during my stay, is how warm was the room and the hot water bottles brought every day to the room, along with coca tea. Besides this, I had just bad experiences, starting with the airport pickup when the car got out of fuel. Out of fuel, yes, I am not joking. In fact, somebody had to push the car in order to get to the gas station so we can eventually arrive at the hotel. Every night there is a local live singer, from 18:00-20:30, which is very loud. If you are a fan of this, good for you, but when you have to wake up at 04:00 to go to a planned trip and you can’t sleep because of the noise, it is pretty annoying. The towels are very old, I think they were once white, but not so sure by their colour now. When they clean the room, they don’t vacuum or mop the floor, which is unacceptable from my point of view. The breakfast is meh, i read in one review that they have amazing breakfast so I had higher expectations, but I was actually disappointed. The staff can use some improvements, they are kinda moody which doesn’t work in hospitality. Oh, and another matter, I wanted to extend my stay, but they told me they don’t have anything available. Surprise, while looking for another hotel, found an availability in this hotel… so decide for yourself if it’s a good choice or not.

Excellent place

Excellent costumer service. Very proud of their job. The breakfast was amazing. The comfiest bed I have ever been.

Walls too thin, or I was in a room with that can turn into a suite and I could hear the convos of the other residents next to me.

The location and beauty of this hotel is a must stay!

What's not to like about this hotel, this was one of our favorite stays during our 14 day trip. The property is beautiful, the live music 16:30 - 18:30 each night was entertaining, the continental breakfast was amazing and the staff were all polite and helpful. The shower took a few minutes to warm up and had excellent pressure. Mosst everyting is walking distance and the ruins are just a short cab rid away. KiKi the 6mo alpaca was in a pen on the property and was fun to watch him eat and be bottle fed. We even got to ride in a taxi to the ruins with him and Veronica, his caretaker, so he could run around and play. We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub as planned due to our hectic schedule.

If you're someone who goes to bed early, before 18:30, the music may keep you up.

Won’t be back thanks to unkind staff.

Lovely big rooms, a great courtyard area and good finishes on decor. Clean rooms, good linen, breakfast was pretty good.

The noise! stayed in 203 first night and didn’t sleep a wink due to traffic noises which came from the street. The room is directly alongside the street. Things are maybe quiet from 1 - 4am. The room shakes when vehicles drive by. A shame though, as the room is large and comfortable. Second night I was in 114 by the bar. Could hear every footstep from people upstairs. Built quite flimsily I realised. Staff are arrogant! Not all, but most. Men (tall one) at reception - so dismissive! Girl in the breakfast area - should not be working in hospitality! Made me feel very unwelcome! They are only nice to Spanish speaking people it seems. Staff need training in customer service! Building needs to look at its soundproofing.

Windows look onto hallway and noisy in evening.

Staff, cleanliness, location.

The windows looked on to the hallway. I wasn't expecting that in a 3/4 star hotel. The live music was audible in my room. There was also music playing in the laundry.Also. room seemed small. Desk too narrow.

A great looking hotel with good breakfast

A great cosy hotel with a real Llama in it, did feel sorry for it being tied up all day every day… breakfast was good. Bedroom had a very big bed, but as we were below ground floor there was a dampy smell… otherwise all good. Friendly staff.

Amazing place!!!

Although the walls are thin, this hotel has been amazing. The customer service is amazing. The free breakfast was very filling!

The only thing is there is live music until 8:30 which you can hear from some of the rooms. When you are sick from the altitude, you just want sleep.

Location was good, close to restaurants and other attractions. The room we got had squeaky floors and the bathroom windo

It’s close to the main square (about 10mins by walking), market, train station and other attractions.

They have live music from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm and when you’re tired from hiking and just want to sleep, it’s hard to do so when there’s terrible music playing for 2 hours. They also don’t open the restaurant at 6 am on the dot so when you have to leave early to catch a tour, better to eat on the way than wait for the breakfast buffet to open.

Great staff. Well worth the value.

The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was large and included nice toiletries. Although in town, it was quiet. Staff held our bags both before and after checkout so we could do some site seeing. Breakfast was excellent. Proximity to the mercado, plaza de armas, and other sites in town was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

It would have been nice to have an option of an early checkin for less than the cost of what we paid for the room. We arrived early after an overnight flight and probably would have paid half the room rate just to be able to shower and take a nap.

Recommend highly! Great location, clean & warm, friendly staff and lovely facilities. We enjoyed our stay!

We loved this property! After travelling all night & morning they allowed us to check in early. Outside was freezing but rooms were surprisingly warm! Everything was nice and clean and the staff were really helpful. Location was sooo good, only a short walk to the main square & close to the markets. Breakfast buffet was nice too! We also felt very safe here.

We had dinner at the restaurant one night which was not that great compared to other restaurants around town, but not terrible.

Adequate accommodations and super helpful staff.

The staff were super helpful and accommodative, handling several bookings and transportation logistics. Specifically, Graciela, Marilin, Juan, and Erick were fantastic. We had a perfect stay here.

Entering/exiting the shower can be a tricky/dangerous endeavor, although slippery floors seem to be a common occurrence throughout Peru.

Very clean with a touch of luxury- beware of extra charges (jacuzzi and 10% service)

Staff were very friendly, especially cleaning and breakfast staff (Yulissa!). The hotel and rooms are extremely clean and with good service including turn-down service on the first night - a very comfortable touch. Breakfast was varied and corn cakes offered as a bread substitute for my celiac/ gluten free daughter. Take away bag lunches offered for early morning excursions (fruit for GF). The music each night in the lobby was a nice touch, and caring help appreciated to flag a safe taxi to the airport (Juan & Marilin). Breakfast options were well varied and coffee decent. Location is great for exploring San Pedro market and within walking distance to all of the historical district.

We were disappointed to discover on arrival that the advertised jacuzzi is not included in the stay ($10 USD extra per use) and that a 10% service charge is applied over the price listed on booking. This was very hard to find in the property details - be sure to read the very fine print! Beds were firmer than we like but otherwise all was clean and comfortable.
