Great service! Arranged airport taxi and when I left my phone in the taxi. They called and arranged for the driver to bring it back to me at the airport.
No lunch offered

Breakfast was perfect! Local made. The view was breathtaking and very nice people
Its on a hill so walk there was a bit dificult with less oxygen but nothing impossible

Charming decor and lovely atmosphere.
Our double room was incredibly small so I would definitely recommend upgrading one’s room to the bigger version. The larger room options were way more preferable.

I love the hotel, I had great breakfast with my lover, the garden is so beautiful and we saw the stars in the night, it’s amazing! I will remember this place, if I have time I will come back!

the breakfast was so good! and the garden area and all of the decorations were really cute.
the room was really cold and the space heater didn’t really do anything.

The breakfast good, you could order anyway eggs and/or pancakes. There was fruits and coffee or tea. They gave you two filter water bottles every day. It was close to the plaza. The staff was excellent, always willing to help you.
The room looked old and was drafty. The bed was a double. I thought I ordered a king size bed on Booking.com. At least I paid more for this room.

view, friendly staff, great restaurant, good bed,
bedroom curtain could be better not to allow so much light in the morning and also room 2 gets a lot of noise from neighbouring house

El Balcon was cozy and welcoming. The courtyard is lovely, and the staff is very welcoming and helpful. Upon arrival, we had cool filtered water and fresh fruit waiting for us in our room.

Wonderful colonial house from 1690s. Atmosphere and charme. Attentive staff, very well priced.
The coffee at breakfast came from an urn where it was continuously boiling. Close to undrinkable. The rest of the breakfast was outstanding as was the dinner

I liked the nice cotton sheets, towels, bathrobes and mattress. breakfast was great, I particularly enjoyed the muesli, the fresh fruit, the homemade yogurt and jam. The staff was very accommodating, and I enjoyed the view from the garden and had an overall great stay.
Well I pretty much liked everything but if I had to pick something to whine about I would say that after hiking and walking and keeping myself very active all day long, the coup de grâce was the hill out front, but I mean - let’s keep this real we are in the Andes.

Good location, friendly staff l, good breakfast and restaurant. I stayed twice in two different rooms. One unit bathroom didn't have ventilation, so you will need to keep the only small window open. But the problem was that mosquitoes/ flies would get in with window constantly open. I was bitten quite hard by mosquito one evening inside bathroom!
Bathroom lack ventilation and there were mold on bathroom titles.

Our room, with the adjoining large bathroom, was perfect for our stay in Cusco. It is close to the city center plaza and shopping. It was so comfortable and had a bench on the balcony to sit and enjoy the view. The fact that the hotel incorporated the Inca ruins into the building is fascinating and beautiful. We had two dinners here and breakfast once - all were delicious!
Some might think that the traffic is loud but we were too tired to notice or be bothered by it!

Facilities and room were lovely
Kitchen staff were rude when we asked for no onion and they put pico de gallo on the breakfast plate and we advised them that we were allergic -they argued it’s not part of the food but presentation

The staff was very accommodating to our early arrival and late check-out needs due to our weird flight schedules. Breakfast was good and always served fast! Room 18, the balcony room, is awesome and has great city views. We hiked the four-day Inca Trail to Machu Picchu and the staff held our luggage in storage for us while we were gone. Everything felt very safe and secure. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very pretty, great location. Staff arranged our taxi to airport, and our breakfasts were made to go very quickly. Hot water at both shower and tap (unusual in Peru to have at tap).
Lower level rooms a little damp in morning - use the provided heater to counter.

Breakfast was tasty and healthy. I loved the fresh fruit and water. Nice bathrobes. Very friendly staff that helped us a lot (was the best part) when we needed transportation, baggage storage and miscellaneous things. Very nice staff!
There could have been better soap and shampoo/conditioner options

The location was fantastic. We were able to walk everywhere our whole stay. They held our bags before and after our stay for our excursions. 10/10 recommend. I hope to be back.

Breakfast was delicious! Staff was very helpful with taking our luggage to our rooms which often involved carrying it up a few flights of stairs.

I reserved a ground floor garden view room with a patio. I received a second floor room with a view of electric lines and rooftops that the staff insisted was still considered “ground floor and garden view”. The “free breakfast” was just hot tea. The walls are extremely thin- we could hear everything from above and to the sides of us. The toilet leaked significantly all over the floor. The hot water was very inconsistent. The electric outlets only worked intermittently. We travel a lot and stay in hostels often but this was the worst. It was so noisy that we ended up canceling our booking as soon as we could. The staff weren’t willing to work with us at all to make up for the fact that our room was not as advertised. I thought the 9/10 rating on booking meant this would be a nice place- don’t be fooled.

staff was nice and accomodating, nice breakfast.
shower was dangerous, sometimes boiling water out of nowhere and also many ants in the bathroom because of the open window.

dinner at their restaurant was very good
everything was fine - l
