Nestled in Roses, this lovely condo for $221 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Comfortable and spacious apartment with capacity for 8 people. It is situated in the urban center of Roses, nearby there are all kinds of shops and restaurants where you can enjoy the best fresh fish and seafood from the Roses Bay. The sandy beach is just at 30 meters and it's one with the most crystalline waters of the Girona Coast. Ideal to enjoy in family or with friends of the multiple possibilities that offers la Costa Brava. IMPORTANT : CHECK-IN ONLINE : some days before your arrival, you will receive, through message, a link in order to check in online, register the occupants, pay the remaining, sign the contract and you will receive also information about the keys collection. When you check in online, you give an authorization to our agency in the case of misuse of the accommodation to collect the amount of the damage as a deposit. This amount is always done with a bill for the damage. The TOURIST TAX is not included in the price and must be paid in the check in online. This tax is mandatory in Catalonia and the price is 1.10 Euros per person and per day. PETS : Pets are accepted in our accommodations. The price for this supplement is 25.00 Euros per pet for the whole stay. ACCESS ACCOMMODATION : the access to our accommodation is through an application in your mobile phone. Good location. Great view and big balcony. Wished for better furniture and kitchen equipment. Good value for money. We would love to come back.

Perfect location. Very Spacious, comfortable beds ,good bed linen and towels. We were 3 singles, it would easily accommodate 8 with ample wardrobe facilities. Not 5 star luxury but would not expect that for such a reasonable price. We would happily stay there again. A few suggestions. Out of hours key collection box from a different part of town inconvenient Would have liked information pack containing instructions such as fire evacuation procedures. Replacing the calor gas cylinder Cooker and hot water run off this and it ran out the evening before we left Provision of cleaning materials for bathrooms and kitchens There was good dishwasher, fridge freezer in kitchen. Why is there only a poor quality 2 slice toaster in an apartment for 8? Overall staying in this apartment with its large balcony, fantastic view , on the edge of the historic centre made our week in Roses a lovely experience and was excellent value
