Only disappointed with the toilet's glass sliding door. The rest is fine.

1. Strategic location which is exactly at the heart of KK city, which provides us with walkable restaurant e.g Pak haji restaurant for breakfast, souvenir shop, cafe, Malaysia memorial spot and so on. Hotel also near to Pasar Besar Kota Kinabalu (recommended to go during last day of your trip to buy Sabah's junkfoods, blue eyed anchovies, etc) and Filipina night market( nothing much here, maybe if you wanna buy bracelets, rings,etc, then you can pay a visit). 2. Spacious room for 2 people, neat, tidy, functional aircond and heat water.

1. No parking space for hotel's customer so high chance of you to park whenever vacant parking spot is available, be it behind the hotel, next building lot area, or few metres away from the hotel itself. So far, me lucky enough to get quite close to the hotel lor.. 2. Shower room and toilet seems appropriate because there's only one mirrored sliding door to close the two. What if i need to poop and close door, but then my friend also take shower and need to close door? So difficult ler. The glass partition also too poop friendly. I can see my roommate pooping through the glass. ☺️.

Dissapointing. Only good thing is the location is near the airport.

The location was near the airport and convinience stores. Thats all the plus is.

The room was too small, not as the pic advertised. The sheets were not clean and had stains. Overall not as per advertised. Dissapointing.

Dla budżetowych turystów na bardzo krótki pobyt

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, 15 minut spacerem do portu Jessselton Możliwość napełnienia pitnej wody Restauracja na dole, w której jest serwowane śniadanie

Przedzielenie kabiny prysznicowej i sedesu jedną szklaną ścianą, tzn. jedna z części jest otwarta na pokój co w praktyce oznacza, że po skorzystaniu zapachy roznoszą się na pokój.

Tiada sediakan minerel. Tisu cuma dlm tandas tiada dlm bilik. Toiletries langsung tiada kecuali sabun pump dlm bilik mandi.. Should sedia kan, memandangkan hotel sdh cantik betul and bersih…

Suggestion for improvement

water dispenser can refill anytime . free breakfast coupon Water heater very hot and strong water flow. great location within walking distance to nearby shopping mall and gaya street and night market.

suggestion for improvement 1) the Toilet and bathroom separate partition but share same sliding glass door. 2) toilet area too small . big person cannot move easily 3)wash basin outside bathroom no door. 4) family members or friends feel no privacy to use toilet or take bath. tinted glass too low can see through. 5) room too small 6) room no sound proof. can easily hear noise from next room. 7) Door cannot lock from inside. lock latch misalligment 8) plug socket not working.

Best stay in KK for the price so far.

A good stay in a very clean comfy room with good shower heads and window. The location is great for Kota Kinabalu as it is in the middle of town. Though not facing the sea you can walk to the sea view. I have stayed in different accommodation in KK. The best is Le Meridien hands down, but when on a budget this is the best option for a decent stay. The location is not dark at night with a 24 hour Orange shop 2 doors away and a little further away from the red light area. The water dispenser located on every floor is very useful.

Strategic location and clean.

The iron should be change for safety in future and also not functional so well took too long to heat and use it . There's also no any small rack in the shower to put toiletries. No any hook to put towel and clothes.

Clean and modern place. Restaurant next door with breakfast included.

Breakfast is not continental and only local food but it's a Chinese restaurant so cannot argue with that. The toilet sliding door is connected to the shower door so whenever one of them is closed the other is open, it's a bit difficult if you are with somebody you want to have more privacy from.

very good location to Filipino market, Padang Merdeka, Jeselton point. 24 hour laundry service is just about 200m away. Some nice restaurant/cafe is only 200m away, like Little italy…..

tooth brush & toothpaste is not provided. renovation is still in progress, such as waiting lounge at ground floor
