The room was very nice, the hotel was very close to the city centrer and the staff very kind.

The aircontion was smelling, probably it needs cleaning.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The location is ideal, very close to “calle mayor”, and yet very quiet.

Lovely hotel in a lovely town

We have stayed there several times before so we know what to expect. All good.

No fault of the hotel but the local authorities seem to constantly change the road access so best advice is to check google maps just before you get there.

Apart from the parking, a very pleasant hotel in easy reach of all facilities.

Really lovely atmospheric basement/bodega area for breakfast with arched ceiling. Good choice of food and as a coeliac kindly provided gluten-free options. Would stay again.

Advised at booking that there was private parking which we thought we had booked. On arrival no space was available. Not good when travelling with valuables!

Great option when visiting Alcala de Henares

On the edge of the old town, within walking distance of all the sites. Room was comfortable and clean, great shower. The hotel offers parking but we found free parking beside the Bishop's Palace and only 3-4 min walk to the hotel.

Very good

Staff were very nice and rooms tidy and comfortable. The setting was cute and great location. The team was helpful with parking and the place was nice.

No hot water which was a bit of a bummer at 5AM when we were traveling to airport. But team was.

cheap and central

close to city center

there is a private parking but actually it is too small (max 5-6 cars) and very difficult to park there. at the end I had to park in a public parking close to the hotel. there is a nice patio in the middle of the hotel but in winter is very cold and unpleasant to go from the room to the breakfast area.

Good location near Calle Mayor.

Old mansion modernly renovated, welll located on a quiet street near the center.

Room was not big and was a bit noisy due to the fact that it was on the interior courtyard.

Stylish boutique hotel in center

Beautifully renovated historic building in Alcalá’s center. Three minutes walk from the cathedral and famous Calle mayor.

Rooms in interior second floor not well sound proofed - could here every neighbor and cleaner walking by.
