excellent location

apartment wasn’t well cleaned, AC wasn’t working in 70deg heat (finally fixed 2 days before we left), some light bulbs were out and had to call to have them fixed.

kinda cool but started bad.

views and quietness

No real people were there to tend to the guest. they gave me keys to someone else unit and I walked in on a man and his wife which could have ended dangerous I wasn’t compensated for this matter and I couldn’t reach a team that cared to talk about it the whole trip and still have not to this day. place was quiet I had t change one bed set when I got it because it was poorly washed but it’s a flexible area and man amenities around .

Enjoyed the apartment and host was very responsive

We didn’t have a vacuum to clean up at the end. I was asked to venmo up front and this was not advertised on booking.com

It was great and I can't wait to come back for my next visit.

I cook my own breakfast in that nice kitchen. Plus the location was great.

Nothing I could think of right now. Everything was good.

Too much money and unit did not meet expectations.

Breakfast was not provided free!

The Condo Unit smelled like Marijuana, Toliette was clogged, Coffee Maker was dirty with prior users coffee grains, pots and pans were horrible, to cook with. Food would stick and burn. Tenants above banging at 3:00 A.M. on Christmas Eve. It was starting to get warm and A/C Temperature climate control was regulated and would not cool under 74 Degrees.

Apartment was ok. Great location, not clean

The receptionist already had the keys and book ready for me

The apartment was not clean. There was pet hair everywhere, floors were dirty and dusty, comforter was dirty, bathtub in one of them had black mold around the tub, 1 bathroom toilet seat was broke. They brought us xs twin sheets for a queen bed. And we had to pay $50 to park at the location. To sum it up, we purchased our own towels for the others and end up cleaning when we arrived. Great location just not clean. The host tried to fix some of the problems

The property was in a great location. No complaints.

The apartment itself was excellent, but it was clear that whoever owned it was not doing a decent job of upkeep. The proprietors are said to have cleaners who come by after each visit and clean the place. That is extremely unlikely. It smelt bad as soon as you walked into the apartment. Appliances were damaged, the floor was not swept, the remotes' batteries were dead, and the tubs were filthy. We appeared to have arrived just as the final person had checked out. The unit could have been presented in a far more attractive manner. As previously noted, the flat itself was excellent and in a wonderful location, but the upkeep was lacking. I made a point of stopping by Target so that I could clean properly before settling in.

The location and layout

We had to requests towels, a comforter, tissue, starter kit and you needed a bigger skillet. You should have a checklist because items were missing. I had to call to obtain those items. The host was nice but the process could use some work.

In short, great location but overpriced and poor management!

Location was the best thing about this stay.

Collecting the keys was the worst experience that I have ever encountered! When we first arrived I was told that some unknown person was already in the apartment. My family and I had to wait hours for the property manager to come to the apartment and get the police involved to investigate this unknown person in the apartment before we were allowed to gain access. We traveled over 8 hours with children and the last thing I wanted to do was deal with this nonsense considering the amount of money we paid! The manager agreed to pay for my family to have dinner for the inconvenience. I sent him the receipts and was never reimbursed! The neighbors fought in the middle of the night and the hallways smelled like marijuana!! Stay at your own risk!!
