I love everything about it!
The only thing I wish that was different was if you all had cookies again!

Gute Lage.

Stayed 7 nights recently.
Rod at the front desk is awesome! Consistently positive and engaging. Katrina was very friendly & professional as well. Loved chatting with them both. The other shorter gentleman in the mornings could care less about the guests and just walked around having personal calls on his phone discussing his religious views.
Good, safe neighborhood, about a 10min walk to the MARTA Buckhead train station.
Outstanding breakfast! Great rotating selections, beautiful presentation. Only thing I recommend is having hot sauce for guests. Also, I know they are working very hard, but it didn’t look good having 3 or 4 staff members each morning, right next to you, filling up plates and bringing them to the back offices. Or allowing street people access to the food.
Strong & reliable wifi at all times.
Very narrow shower. As a larger person, it was difficult to even turn around.
Pool was closed and the fitness centre had zero free weights at all. This was extremely disappointing. Went to LA fitness up the road to exercise. Just because you have a room, basically the size of a closet, with a couple of old treadmills, doesn’t mean you have a “fitness centre”. Misleading.
No convenience stores or fast food outlets close by. A Publix will be opening soon next door. They do have overpriced snacks for sale in the lobby.
Although there is a sign in the room that says they got “you covered” if you forget something, they had no toothpaste at Front desk when I asked, 3 days in a row. They should probably take down the signs in the rooms if they can’t keep promises to guests.
Room was quite hot and stuffy. I spoke to Front Desk and was told a maintenance man would come the next day to inspect. Waited for 4 days and no one came. Asked for a portable fan and was told they don’t have a single fan for guests in the entire building.
Overall a good, semi-comfortable stay. And all the room attendants I met on the 6th FL were absolutely lovely. Still, I feel the price point is definitely too high for what you get here. Hope the management make the necessary changes and the staff can learn a bit more about the brands promises to guests.

Breakfast was awful but typical of hotel breakfasts
The hotel was tired and run down. I've stayed at Hampton Inns before and this was a complete surprise because it was obviously "rehabbed" from some other hotel - in fact there was a new Hampton Inn one block away. The room was clean but worn. Water pressure in the shower was excellent, though.

Location, pool, free parking, and free cookies.
Broken elevator, terrible housekeeping, leaking ice machine, front desk was unsupportive, and pets.

Room was clean. Location was good as well.
Room was small; barely fit the two beds. No fan in the bathroom. No real door to the bathroom, just a sliding (thin) door. Room was dated and mattresses were not comfortable. Breakfast was ok but some things were stale.

The room was fine. Nice and comfy bed. Great breakfast included with a great variety of foods such as turkey and pork sausages, potato hash, eggs, oatmeal, fruit etc. There is a coffee station in the lobby for anyone who wants coffee/tea throughout the day. Overall good value for the price.
For a hotel in Buckhead, it fell short of my expectations. My check-in experience was the worst. There were literally two people working at the desk and they took their time acknowledging me even when I was the only customer. They did not greet me or welcome me. The woman didn't even look up from her computer and just asked for my ID, that was it, she really didn't care at all about checking me in. Then the other gentleman working the desk finally took the initiative to check me in. They didn't tell me about the free breakfast or anything that usually comes with a standard, courteous check-in. From the cold vibe, I dared not to ask where the elevators were and just found it myself. For this to be my first time at this hotel, the check-in was a complete turn-off. When you compare the service to surrounding hotels such as the Westin, this hotel needs a serious lesson in customer service. At check out there was the same chilly vibe, and this time with another set of employees. The staff should be replaced. Although I enjoyed the bed, breakfast and all. I will NOT be returning to this location. First impressions truly are lasting impressions.

beds were very comfy
the power went off after we had been there for 20 minutes and didnt come on for about 3.5 hours. No discount, could not take a shower before we went to our event. Had to climb 5 flights of stairs to go to the room

Gotta love the hot baked cookies!
No indoor pool and because of a regional school contest they had the gym closed.

The staff was helpful and did want to make my stay a bit more pleasant I do appreciate the effort , the breakfast was good and the breakfast area was clean.
The hotel itself is severely outdated the rooms were ridiculously small, the bed sheets looked worn out and the smell of the room was off.
The staff did try to place me in a different room
But all 3 that I saw got even worse that I ended up just settling for the original one I had.

It was clean & very spacious . There was alittle night light built in the light outlet in bathroom but it wasn't 2 bright. The shower was great, good pressure, hot water was hot like it should be. They had full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash & lotion . Check out time is at 12 so that was great. It was in a nice part of city where you could walk to places.
The king size bed was the actual size of a king size bed.but it was really hard, .pillows was squishy but very soft so bring your own or ask for more. There's no fan in bathroom. No safe deposit box in the room.Had to pay $12. some per car per day to park at THEIR hotel. When we left to go eat came back parking lot was full bc of the night club beside hotel uses hotel parking lot. We had handicap vehicles card but instead of using it we had to park in underground garage where very few cars was parked. We didn't fill safe parking r car under there.. I feel like underground parking should be used for the night clubs parking & customers should have next to hotel door if not the DONT charge customers for parking just because we stay there, it should be free
