muhteşem

Konumu muhteşemdi, gezilebilecek hemen hemen her yere yürüyerek ulaştık. metro ağına da çok yakındı. son derece temiz ve konforlu bir evdi. etrafında çok iyi restoran ve cafeler vardı. bir kez daha Atina ziyareti yaparsak yine aynı yerde kalmak isteriz.

Despite the proprietaries took care to have everything external factors made stay uncomfortable.

They had taken care of details. They had everything needed.

The bath impossible to use for old people or people with disability. Also old building had two bad issues electricity cut and lift not working had to climb six floors on the stairs.

The location served the purpose of my short visit. It was very clean which was important to me . The host extremely polite and responsive!

I would strongly recommend to change the bathtub to a shower as the barrier is very high and dangerous. Someone older than 60 years old could find the bathtub challenging. One additional thing is to improve the internet as it was slow and my communication failed to reach the recipient.

Amazing apartment and amazing hostess

We chose this apartment as our last leg of our 3 week vacation, and we feel very fortunate to have found this place. Years ago, we stayed at a posh hotel nearby, but I would stay at the Cartier Apartment any day over the other hotel. The apartment is in a very safe part of Athens, close to everything, and we walked everywhere. We landed at the Athens airport and took the train to the apartment. It’s very easy to do. First, Ms Effi is a hostess goddess. As soon as I booked the apartment, I received specific instructions from Effi. I was not able to check in early, but she said she would let us know if we could check in earlier than 3PM. The key pick up - you have to read Effi’s instruction. Because we had an early AM flight, I was tired and I didn’t read the instruction properly, but it’s easy to pick up the key and get to the apartment. We were early, so I connected with Effi, and she said the cleaning person was getting the apartment ready and that we should be able to get in sooner than 3PM. Amazing Effi. The apartment was spotless and lacked nothing. There was a bottle of wine, soap for the washer (the washer is different than what we are used to in the US, but I used a similar one when I was in Florence last year so it was fine and there’s a specific instruction on how to use the machine ), many bottles of water, coffee pods, toiletries galore, etc. The apartment had everything. There is a nice supermarket around the corner and many places to eat, and if you are in the mood to buy luxury items, this is the place to stay in. I didn’t think I would enjoy Athens as much as I did, but I know that it’s because of this amazing apartment and the supersonic speed, professionalism and friendliness of Ms. Effi, the hostess goddess.

Fantastic apartment with plenty of space.

What a fantastic apartment in a great location. Spacious and clean. There a separate lounge room with tv which is a rare find. Lots of nice small touches with chocolates and a bottle of wine on arrival. It’s in the heart of a very nice shopping district and easy walk to the acropolis and many great restaurants.

The apartment is very spacious with large bedroom, lounge and kitchen. Fully equipped and tastefully furnished.is fully equipped. Very comfy bed with extra linen. Location is excellent. Bathroom is a little small but manageable. Would not recommend the apartment for someone with mobility issues as the bathtub is a little high: need to hold on to something to step in and out.

enjoyed Greece and this is a beautiful apartment

very nicely appointed apartment. Has everything you could want or need, with exact directions on how to do everything including turning on hot water heater. everything was well thought out. Very close to Syntagma Square, metro, self serve laundry a nice 10 minute walk

enjoyed everything, the only thing I can see that would be an issue for some is getting in and out of bathtub to shower. you have to be able to bring your leg up and over and for some it will be quite high.

I was travelling alone with my daughter and this flat was absolutely perfect for the two of us! It was spacious, clean, well kept, had great complimentary amenities, and the location would get more than a 5 star! Great location for sightseeing without being in the hustle and bustle, and lots of restaurants, cafes, supermarket. It was perfect!

very comfortable and well equipped apartment in quiet location

this was our second stay in an API Projects Apartment in 7 weeks. they try and think of everything you could need or want and they do a pretty good job. it feels comfortable and relaxing immediately. comfortable and large bed, spacious, functional and very quiet on a dead end pedestrian street. plenty of cafes in the street and pretty much anything you could want supermarket or deli/cake wise within five minutes. 6th floor so two lifts to choose from. it is a very old and solid building and some may want something more modern but it’s a very enjoyable experience. there is no view or balcony but that’s why it’s quiet. there is plenty of natural light. plenty of toiletries, even washing machine stuff and bottled water supplied. would definitely book again next time in Athens. you are messaged with where to pick up key. it’s a smooth process. from getting off the plane (hand carry only) to getting into the apartment is around 45 minutes depending on train. it’s very easy to gat a train into Syntagma (Parliament Square) and a five minute walk from there, especially when you get out at the right exit!

We had a lovely stay in this apartment..very cozy, once we figured out how to get in. 😊

Great location, very clean, well appointed, washing machine (with good directions in English).

The first time, we had difficulty finding the apartment, so better directions would be helpful. Also, we had difficulty opening the apartment door with the two keys. Better directions would be very helpful for this as well.

I wish we had more time to stay here and explore more!

What a little gem this apartment is. We only had a short time in Athens before heading back home the following day, and I am so glad we stayed here. We were a short walk to most of the attractions and had about 100 great restaurant options within walking distance. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, quiet, and well fit out. Great wifi, very clear instructions, straightforward check-in and check-out and the a/c worked well.

Beautifully decorated apt in the chic neighborhood of kolonaki. Very comfortable and equipped. Easy self-checkin/out.

Nothing! as a suggestion, add curtains on the living room doors for privacy when hosting a traveler on the sofa bed.

Great location!

The location was just perfect for what we wanted to do. Quiet but there’s enough to do and walking distance to most interesting tourist places. Perfect for those who don’t want to be in the midst of the sometimes crazy tourist action but also close enough. Loved the “local” feel! We’re only here 3 nights but felt we belonged! Efi was fanrastic to deal with, very helpful and very much on top of things. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. Loved the bottle of wine on arrival.

Didn’t like the feel that we were the only ones staying in the whole building overnight..the rest mostly offices? I’m not sure but we hardly saw anybody else.

Perfect apartment to base yourself for a short weekend break

The flat is superbly appointed, very comfortable, and ideally located close to, rather than in the middle of, the main tourist hubs. We found it an ideal location to stay in for a brief stay in Athens whilst having good connections.

Collecting the keys was very straight forward, however actually locating the flat was more complex than we expected. It is located within a high rise building which is mixed use between offices and flats, and so it was not clearly labelled and took a little time to locate.

Lovely clean apartment in a great area,close to restaurants and cafes and shops

We loved the homely feel of the apartment and the well equipped kitchen. The air conditioners are very efficient and there is everything that you could possibly need.

there are no negatives about this property in my opinion 😀
