My greeting upon arrival was very pleasant but it was a huge key down once I entered my room. It was clean but very out

It seemed to have a lot of facilities , pool, courts etc for families to use, the lady Receptionist was very welcoming

I was surprised to find the room very dated and in need of a renovation . The ceiling fan was very noisy and needed tightening up, window had to be opened but curtain could not be opened as it would have left entire room opened to the shared verandah. I was woken up about 2am with ants crawling all over the bed .

I liked the friendly staff with no hassle got upgraded to a larger room and really enjoyed my stay.the small room

A Great Space To Stay

Loved the space . A great space for children with the activities to do. Room was comfortable. Nice and quiet area

Comfortable, compact and clean for overnight stay . .

It was unexpected in a good way . It felt if I was in Asia . Greeted by owner Te, large animal statues about, wooden board walk to our unit and appealing amenities available, putt Putt, swimming pool and tennis court . Unfortunately, no time to try them.

I didn’t have time to experience the resort in what they had to offer .

Never ever stay here again

Not much at all. Not disabled friendly.

The owner was very rude. Made me pay before. Otherwise, she was going to cancel stay. I had booked a disabled room and chose "pay on stay to motel." She sent a message to my phone asking for payment. When we arrived we were not given the correct keys nor room on ground floor. I am disabled, have a fracture foot also, and she didn't care. She said there are 16 steps up to the room. I had to go up and down twice as she had given us the wrong key. She also said " if you want to you can go on bookings. Com and purchase another room $550 on ground floor "cabin" " she wanted me to buy 2 rooms i already had paid $379. instead of upgrading us or paying the difference between the rooms. She was a very rude and aggressive woman. The air-conditioner was not working, blowing hot air, I called reception from my phone as there was no phone in room, she was so rude to me, made out I was an idiot that couldn't press buttons and blamed me for air-conditioner not working. She then sent her son about half hour later to fix it. The balcony had a table and chairs but had no privacy as the wall Was made out of a lockable door and a glass panel, see through to next room.

Very disappointing. $211 for a very basic single room, with no aircon in summer in Port Macquarie

There was no breakfast, even though there was a sign, "Breakfast Cafe". I went to McDonalds! It was conveniently situated for me. That's the best thing I could say about it.

It was a hot humid night in Port Macquarie, and there was no aircon in the room. Just a ceiling fan. The parking was very cramped, with little room to turn around. Surprising there no collisions.

It was just a quick visit for us this time and we didn’t get a chance to use any of the facilities.

It was a bit cheaper than some others and we only needed a bed for the night.

The bed could have been more comfortable - softer.

A Great Place to Stay

Clean, accessible simple rooms but with some homey touches such as soap, dishwasher detergent, plenty of towels...

One of the best places to stay in. I recommend anyone travelling in that area to try.

The place is well mantained,Clean, very nice gardern.The owner is one of the best human beings I have met. She treats her customerswith great respect. I felt so much comfortable at this place.

Single bed room number 2 was not comfortable No Air-conditioning and I was cold, didn't have a good sleep either and was about to leave in the middle of the night to stay warm in my car

Friendly, good position. Very comfortable.Everything needed for a pleasant stay. Will definately stay there sgain.

Was only for a stop over but a very strange motel with lots of different things thrown together.

The pool area was nice.

Short, pleasant, perfect for our needs

We enjoyed our chat with T she is a friendly character and couldn’t do enough for us. The Resort must be a great family destination with it’s pool, mini golf, play ground & tennis courts in the summertime.
