Great location. On water. Big place. Would go again for longer.

Good location Massive place.

Little but dirty. We were looking for a remote when we arrived and under the lounge and lounge was a bit dirty. Sheets are not the best. There is no remote for tV in the lounge room, but we figured it out using the back of the TV.

Great value, will be back!

Location was great for teenagers, plenty to do, clean and tidy, comfy beds, great teenage area with own living room.

2022 Feb family holiday

It was comfortable and accommodating. A nice place to stay.

There was no bath for small kids. Didn't have use of the double garage. The blind in the large double bunk bedroom couldn't go completely down to block out early morning light coming in.

Great location but the house is very tired.

The location of the property is fantastic.

The owners have tried to do their best to jazz up the property but it is very old and in dire need of a decent clean. The exterior windows were filthy, there were cobwebs in lots of locations inside the house, the toilets clearly had not been cleaned properly and that made the place feel quite run down. What is not advertised is that you cannot use the garage facilities at the property. This was quite frustrating because there were some bad storms and we had to throw all of our towels on the cars.

A couple of additions to the kitchen facilities would be helpful: - A french press for preparing ground coffee. We brought one & left it behind for future guests to use. - A couple of tupperware containers. - Salt & pepper - Extra tea towels & cloths for cleaning

Terrible experience and Ray White Port Macquarie real estate was very rude and unprofessional.

Enjoyed our stay until the real estate charged an additional fee for a beer smell in the marine room which me and my wife don’t even drink beer and we’re not even able to dispute the charge. Would not stay here again very bad experience and Ray White Port Macquarie real estate was very rude and unprofessional.

Exceptional

We loved everything about this place. It was very clean, spacious for our family of 10, close to the town centre and a few tourist attractions, fishing off the jetty, the list goes on! Our stay here exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend this beautiful property to anyone and everyone. We hope to visit again. Thank you Ray White for making the whole booking process work so smoothly!

Huge house with a homely feel

A little bit out of town, but if you have a car is easy to get around. Nice location looking onto the canal. Heaps of space.

Relaxing, family holiday with great suggestions for activities to do.

Centrally located and very quite neighbourhood. Great playing fields across the road for the children. Loved the board of things to do and see. Family ticketed off most of the activities. thanks

If you’re after a residential stay for a relaxing quiet week away this home is lovey. We had a issue with a door and it

Spacious dinning area and very well equipped kitchen for a weeks stay. There was only 1 tiny kayak and no canoes as advertised but it was still amazing and relaxing to fish out front. this home is in a residential area so it was perfect for early mornings and early nights.

Very good

Lovely home right on the canal and very quite tastefully decorated and plenty of room.

The property needs a good clean outside windows dirty,cobwebs,when we arrived all we could see was weeds in driveway and gardens not a good look,backyard lawn hadn’t been mowed for a long time and garden non existent. BBQ was dirty especially the drip tray under hadn’t been emptied for so long I cleaned and it smelled terrible. Outside needs a goodTLC.

Affordable comfy house with most of your needs met.

The kitchen had a good amount of cooking utensils, the space was good, the location was great for what we needed, the linen and beds were really comfy.

We struggled a bit not having wifi. We could have done with a couple more comfy style chairs in the sun room part of the house

Just stunning

Such an amazing property and the attention to detail in every room was astounding. We felt like we were home from the moment we walked in. The views from the backyard were just beautiful and relaxing and the central location made it easy to enjoy all that Port Macquarie has to offer. Superb

Excellent home for a large family gathering. Plenty of different spaces for time together and time for smaller groups. Access to the jetty was brillant for taking a small tinny and board riding.
