Unfortunately our experience has not been pleasurable

Location. Right across from the beach and close to a few restaurants, general store & bus stops Apartment size is generous.

I was accused of smoking & charges $250 Furniture sticky and not comfortable. Apartment & aircon has a bad smell Poor water pressure in shower When fully booked it was very loud with inconsiderate guests. For amount of guest that we’re staying at the time of our stay the pool was too small.

Value for Money stay.

Excellent location. Few restraunts near by. Beach right in fron of property. Not much traffic in Port Macquarie making it easy to drive around.

Air Con stopped working Saturday evening, and no one to report or get it sorted.

Very good

Location was great. Great to be able to leave our three cars in the car park. Thanks for the salt and pepper .

Needs a refresh . Painting and curtain have holes in. Could have found a toilet seat that fits surely ?

Superb

Location was across from the beach with nearby cafes and grocery shop. Very spacious and great kitchen with facilities. Only stayed one night so did not use the pool. Wifi worked great and comfortable beds.

Great location for holidays. Nice view if staying in a room with ocean view.

Convenient location. Nice restaurants/cafes withing 1-2 min walk. Beach was just across the road. Lovely ocean views. Didn't mind the stairs (it was clearly outlined on their Booking.com page). Good size apartment. Free secure parking. Comfy beds and pillows. Clean bed linen.

1. Request to separate recyclable rubbish but only 1 bin was provided in the kitchen. 2. Request to dispose all rubbish into Yellow and Red bins when vacating property was rather unusual. Otherwise there is a fine about $30. 3. A lot of house rules, e.g. make sure to do all washing when vacating property. Had to call staff and clarify, apparently they meant to wash dishes.

Family break with fun in the pool

the heated pool was a hit with the kids.. the apartment was large and spacious.

needed a better clean, dust and cobwebs on blinds ect. (Bathrooms were clean)

Great location, close to a fantastic beach. Accommodation was roomy and comfy.

I felt there were a lot of house rules provided to us via e-mail and when we checked in which didn't worry us but it gave a negative connotation to the overall experience. Always better to provide a positive spin on things if you can.

The filters in the washing machine & the dryer were really dirty & I had to spend quite a lot of time cleaning them also spent my own money on cleaning & disinfectant products The photos below are of the dirt in the machines

Good location

Closeness to Port and very quiet. Overlooking the beach.

The security gate was awkward. We had to walk up three flights of stairs. We had to get rid of our garbage.

very close to where i needed to be, and communication with property was very good, we arrived after hours and instructions to access key were easy to follow.

We had a relaxed time in Port Macquarie, a time to recover and revitalise after Covid.

Location was good

Should have done more research before booking. Three flights of stairs from garage were hard on me, the lounge was too low, I had trouble getting off it. Dirty !! mark on the toilet wall.

Very good

Rooms and living area were lovely and spacious. Comfy lounges. Perfect location for us right near restaurants and the beach. Balcony had nice afternoon sun.

Room 26 - the toilet smelt so bad we had to keep the door shut so it didn’t come out into the whole apartment and if used we were heaving from the stench! Used public toilets to avoid ours :( Possibly the drain on floor?? Needs urgent attention!
