Lovely

Great location Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff at reception very friendly and helpful

No lifts to second floor. Needed to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs. Maybe an issue for elderly people The sliding door onto the verandah very stiff. Needed a lot of force to get in open and closed.

Staff & Location are great

The staff were extremely pleasant and very accommodating to any request. We bought our dog & had an amazing time with her. Close to town, restaurants & beach.

From an above balcony being tipped curry rice water over me. Woken up from the above balconies with extremely loud language at 6am on the weekend. Could not move anywhere, went to the pool for a relaxing swim & children were unsupervised. Let to run rogue whilst upstairs parents took a nap. Some consideration for fellow holidaymakers wouldn't go amiss.

Cheap and great location with lovely staff.

The staff were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The location is great and very close to all local amenities. The pool and view to the water was gorgeous.

The beds were shocking. So uncomfortable and you could feel the springs in the mattress. The traffic was also quite loud (we stayed on the road side).

Excellent stay and only a short walk into town.

On arrival our room was ready and we were upgraded to a water view room. The room was recently renovated with new paint and a lovely bathroom. I'm sure the mattress was new as it was super comfortable. The curtains were excellent for privacy.

Perhaps a set of drawers for unpacking clothes.

Enjoyable overall.

The location was amazing. The food, the pool, the view, all a massive hit.

A convenient location, would recommend booking a pool side room.

Close to town.

Our room backed on to a public car park. It felt uncomfortable to stay with our 2 year old as the back door had no secure lock and there were no alternate rooms available for us.

overall everything was comfortable and enjoyable for a motel

Everything was really comfortable, staff were very friendly and my room was of good size with a great view - overlooking the pool and bay.

The room service said it was available from 5pm however everytime i tried calling no one answered so i called reception and they said because the restaurant was full they were not allowing room service - very inconvenient and should have been handled/noticed better. The walls are thin so you can hear talking etc from the other rooms.

Location was fantastic, Was told breakfast was NOT included, lucky I had a snapshot of my booking. Breakfast was ok but could have been alot warmer. Variety was good

Lovely stay

Location is beautiful, we stay here when driving to Sydney for a stop over. Perfect for watching the sunset over the water and watching the dolphins feed! Nice and clean and beds are comfy

Very disappointed in the condition of my room and I will not stay there again

The big rip in the room curtain Both bedside lamps had their lining all worn and with big cracks The carpet didn’t look clean The shower burnt my back suddenly twice during shower different days Everything in the room was dated and worn especially the bedside tables that had cracked paint on top Noisy if balcony door open The toilet cistern was cracked I tried to get wi fi connection but could not There was a hole in the wall where a switch was supposed to be The cold knob on the bathroom tap was not there The bathroom and shower tiles were dated and hence they didn’t look clean The shower head was dated The shower curtain wasn’t thoroughly clean I had to carry heavy suitcase upstairs as no lift My friend in a wheelchair could not access my room as no lift

Wonderful Location

We stayed overnight on our way driving to Sydney. Would love to return to Port Macquarie to truly enjoy this beautiful location.

There needs to be an elevator for customers to access the upstairs rooms.
