Very comfortable for our overnight stay

We had a studio room which included a kitchen. It was spacious and clean, and very much suited our requirements for over night travel. We also had sliding doors leading to an outdoor area overlooking a large pebble style garden with pots. We were able to sit out there at a table with 2 chairs to enjoy our breakfast. There is free parking under the building. The location is excellent. We were able to walk a very short distance in to the main centre for both shopping and restaurants, and a walk along the waterfront.

Enjoyed our stay at the Mantra.

The Mantra provided everything we needed. It was comfortable and clean and we would be happy to recommend to our friends and family. The location was good close to all places we wanted to visit and close to shops and restaurants. Only disappointing g thing was the view of the street would have preferred a room which had a better view.

The view from the balcony was of the street would have preferred a room on level 2 or 3 with a better view on the other side.

Disappointing.

King size bed and pillows were very comfortable. The manageress was helpful explaining how to get the TV remote to work and agreed the microwave was faulty and offered another which we declined as we were leaving next day.

Difficult entry to car park when two cars entering and leaving. Hard right turn on entry meant having two goes due to a concrete pillar. Microwave did not work at all, staff agreed it was broken and needed replacing but as we were leaving soon we used the ceramic stove top provided. Had difficulty using the TV remote-needed to stand close to the front and point directly at it and instructions provided were not compatible with the make. Liquid soap bracket in bathroom too high and hard to get hands under, bottles were not removable - when using, it dripped into bath which made it VERY slippery and the grab rail provided was in the wrong place (or it needs two). Did not like the view as the room faced a noisy street and a large carpark.

Superb hotel.

Lovely heated rooftop swimming pool. Room was great. A studio with cooking facilities. Nice balcony view overlooking the harbour. Parking was included and very safe.

Great for families

Roof top pool was so much fun! As well as the other amenities available. Great little apartment - clean, tidy, well equipped. Great family stay.

If it wasn't for the amenities on offer, I'd say it was a little expensive for a one night stay.

Fantastic staff, very clean hotel

The staff were so accommodating and friendly. The rooms are so clean, the parking was great. The pool is lovely and the perfect temperature

The only issue I had was at night it is so noisy that you have to keep the windows and doors closed.

Personable staff and clean.

Air conditioning broke about an hour into check in an was not fixed until noon the following day.
