Location I cant complain about I knew where it was it was fine
Not much it met my expectation
10.0
Location, ease of check in and value for money.
The cleanliness of the room - it was very dusty.
6.0
Location. Town centre and numerous restos and shops are very walkable.
1. Pool wasnt heated. My daughter was looking forward to it but was freezing. This was on a Good Friday holiday. Also, the legs of the beach beds on the poolside were crying out to be replaced. Full of rust. Its just a matter of time someone can get tetanus by getting a graze there. Not safe for anyone especially kids.
2. Breakfast was ridiculously expensive, not even a buffet. $32 for an omellete and unlimited toast and juice.
3. No gym/fitness centre.
4. Sofa bed cushioning is not comfortable!
5. At this day and age, EV destination charging should be part of their amenities. Other nearby hotels ie Rydges have them already. Smaller Motor inns and motels have them as well. They have to keep up with the times.

Such an awesome stay.. from the time I pulled in, checked in and got to our room it was seamless, the staff were super friendly and helpful and made the stay such a pleasurable one.
Absolutely nothing, I can't fault it

Excellent customer service, especially during the breakfast. Very clean room and nice food in restaurant.
Everything was great.

The staff were very helpful prior to check-in through to checking out.
Our room was more than enough for the two of us. King Spa room.
The restaurant (Synergy) dinner service has room for improvement.
7.0
Walking distance to Main Street, River precinct and restaurants.
Terrible coffee!! Breakfast very overpriced and Sunday offerings were limited in supply. Ground floor room basic.

Only positive was the chap that delivered the room service. He was lovely and helpful. The rest was disappointing.
Specifically chose this hotel in hope of a high quality night stay after a day of driving. Receptionist stared and was almost judging in her manner when arriving me (I arrived at 5pm after driving and being in the car since 5am) did not give instruction on how to locate my room until asked even though she asked if I’d stayed there before. Parking is on the road so car isn’t secure. Room was standard with a very uncomfortable bed and significant road nose, toilet hadn’t been cleaned before I got to the room. Toiletries attached to the wall were empty (I had my own but for those that relied on this would have been out of luck). Dog in main lobby. Cute and all but a little off putting as was a shedding breed and not a hypo allergenic type. Quite disappointing for a Mecure. will not stay again.

Great location, easy parking and lovely room with great facilities. Would definitely stay again 😊
Silicon in bathroom and bathroom floor drains could use a good clean out
6.0
The hotel is badly designed
Main kitchen/dining opens directly on main foyer /reception ..very small and congested
Stayed at many Mecure hotels this was not up to standard
Both building and staff were not up to standard

Room was good.
Buffet breakfast was worst, not enough options and some items were finished within an hour and never refilled. I would not recommend anyone for buffet breakfast. However, the room was.

Good plenty to choose from
The noise from outside during the night heavy truck movement I presume going too and from shopping centre and the air conditioner was so loud we had to turn it off completely which then made the room stuffy and very hard to sleep

Good place. The swimming pool is nice.
We parked our car in the private parking for 10 dollars.
We didn't take the breakfast, it was too expensive for 4 people...
5.0
Secure parking but with a charge, location acceptable, reception staff friendly.
Some power points did not work properly, shower tray leaked, lavatory seat would not stay up, single lift meant considerable wait times for lift. We were given the impression we were lucky to have our room made up one day.

Met our expectations. In town location.
Need more towels 1 per person especially for two ladies is not adequate, they were old looking.
We were given the wrong configuration for bedding when we went to the room, we had requested twin beds. This was changed but it took about 25 minutes. We had been waiting in reception no one had checked in so the receptionist had time to reprint the key. She didn't so then we had to wait again. Paying for parking in a country town not to good.

Location and bed
The fridge had a hair inside and the towels also had hairs.

Location
Very unfriendly staff, especially the restaurant staff. Had pre-booked a breakfast for family. The staff at restaurant told us they couldn't serve us any hot food for at least 45 min. We were okay with that..but we were again told that even after waiting, there was no guarantee. Asked for the refund of breakfast charges...the reception staff refused and couldn't suggest any alternative. Simply the worst Accor experience of all time. Can't believe the unprofessional attitude of the staff at such a well known group. Not sure how they could charge us for services we never received!
