La temperatura y limpieza del agua de la piscina

Falta de limpieza:platos, horno, sábanas (había incluso unos zapatos debajo de una de las camas -en fotografía-. Carencias básicas:nevera incompleta (solo 1 caja en puerta y ningún cajón inferior),extractor inservible, sin exprimidor,cafetera melita -única en la cocina- sin un solo filtro; kit mínimo y básico de limpieza en cocina y baños (jabón lavaplatos y fregadero, papel higiénico, bolsas basura, estropajo…); alfombras de ducha para uso en los 3 baños y kit básico de jabón, gel,champú para primera noche. Falta de cobertura en habitaciones posteriores, wi-fi escasísima.

La tranquilidad de la zona y la villa era muy espaciosa

No había kit de bienvenida para limpiar la vajilla, además de que las tazas guardadas en el armario estaban sucias. No habían dejado ni jabón ni gel en los baños y solo un rollo de papel higiénico por baño, ni bolsas de basura si quiera como si nos hemos encontrado en otros apartamentos. Lo único que había era insecticidas, todo un detalle porque había muchos bichos tipo cucarachas pequeñas que supongo que es normal por estar en el campo pero nada agradable.

Check in and out times , lack of flexibility, bathrooms and kitchen were dated and not great cleanliness. Cleaning products would have been nice / few kitchen staples maybe.

The surprise you get when you walk into the villa. It's so much bigger than it looks from the outside. Nine of us in the group and no one felt pushed for personal space. The pool is the perfect size to enjoy your daily exercise and lounge around in. All of our holiday was spent around it. Whilst I initially worried about the location we soon realised that it was an enjoyable stroll each day down to the old harbour or onto the main beach strip, and for the members of the group that are fitter than the others it was a great daily workout back up the hill. The perfect villa for a group of friends or family to relax and enjoy.

We had an issue with some cockroaches which was resolved very quickly once we contacted the booking agent. Speedy response

The villa is really nice, it’s very large and had plenty of room for our group of 10. The living room has a big TV and the kitchen is well stocked. The private pool is a great size & suited the family well. The villa is in a great & quiet location. It is a nice walking distance to local shops, restaurants and the beach with the main strip about 15/20 mins away walking or less than 5 mins in a taxi.

The table and chairs out front were not fit for purpose. 2 separate guests had chairs collapse under them from just sitting on them which could have really injured them. They really need to be replaced! Also there was no WiFi or signal in most of the bedrooms but it wasn’t a huge deal, just annoying.

Accommodation was large, in good condition and pool was a good size.

We had small children with us and it was quite a long walk into town. But ok for adults.
