About this house rental
Situated in South Durras, this charming house for $304 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This fully renovated original family cottage is ideal for a family or a group of friends (sleeps 6) who would like a break in a quiet, relaxed, comfortable cottage, within 50 metres of the beach. The Cottage has 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, modern fully equipped kitchen incl dishwasher, airconditioning, Wifi. The space is light with timber and is very clean and comfortable. The Cottage includes: - open-plan living, dining and kitchen space with reverse cycle air conditioning - 3 bedrooms – sleeps 6 people: - 2 Queen bedrooms - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Note: two bedrooms have reverse cycle air conditioning. - 2 bathrooms upstairs and a separate loo - newly renovated bathroom downstairs (shower, loo) with fabulous laundry (washing machine & dryer) - large outdoor deak with BBQ and outdoor dining - cosy front deck - single garage connected to the house - fully enclosed yard - so children can play safely - rear double garage & rear lane access The modern kitchen is very well equipped – with essential items in the pantry. There is a dishwasher, microwave & water is filtered in the kitchen. Linen is supplied but please bring beach gear As such none of South Durras is connected to ‘town’ water and sewerage our water comes from rainwater tanks (please use the water carefully) and there is a septic system. 2 night minimum booking except for the following: - long weekends - 3 night minimum - Christmas/January - 6 nights minimum stay - Easter - 4 night minimum stay over Easter days or if booking starts or finishes on any of the 'Easter' days (ie 'Maundy' Thursday to Easter Monday inclusive). The pricing is based on 6 people staying in the entire cottage. House rules: Please - no vaping or smoking Check in after 2pm Check out after 10am late / later on request Please – no loud parties or excessive noise – this is a quiet area Not suitable for pets. PWhen you leave, please leave the Cottage as you found it - in a good and tidy condition. Thankyou

My family had a great stay at this peaceful little cottage! We were all very comfortable with plenty of bathrooms too and a homely feel, in a lovely area in South Durras right near the beach and walking tracks. The host was very accommodating, I would highly recommend staying here and will be back!

Beautiful and well equipped cottage just a short walk to the beautiful beach. Really loved the facilities and location. Shame we couldn’t stay longer. Would love to return at some point in the near future.

It rained for many days while we were at South Durras but the property well provided for the entertainment of our young family. The place is comfortable, really close to the beach, had lots of space for our kids to spread out and the beds were firm and comfortable (a hard thing to find at rentals). Thank you

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and didn't need to do anything else except get food, and with a well appointed kitchen and BBQ with a comfy back deck everything was easy!
