Clean, good value for money, not actually close to GVA

Clean, comfortable, good facilities, helpful staff.

Rather far from the airport: public connection is not fast, taxi is basically always needed. Shuttle not available for early flights.

Eigentlich gutes Hotel aber...

Sauberkeit bei Ankunft, Schneller Check in, Größe der Zimmer und der Dusche. Die Anbindung an den Nahverkehr ist spitze

Zimmer wurde am zweiten Tag nicht gereinigt auch die Betten waren noch so wie wir das Zimmer am Morgen verlassen hatten, wir kamen erst spät Abends wieder ins Zimmer weshalb wir nicht reklamiert haben. Lediglich die Handtücher auf dem Boden wurden entfernt. Das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis des Frühstücks, ist halt in der Schweiz wird wohl normal sein.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in.

The staff. They were extremely polite, courteous, helpful, and friendly. One thing I really liked was when I asked if I could get a late check out, they were very genuine in their apology, providing reasons why they can't allow a late check out. And I didn't even ask them why. It was very refreshing. Top notch staff at the front office. They deserve a raise. The room I stayed in was another that i absolutely liked. Esp the bed and the pillows. I felt like I was literally sinking into the sleep as I laid down.

My stay was rather short, so I can really say what I didn't like.

Brand new, modern design , large rooms, easy garage access.

It was good experience as a traveller spending a night on way

Hotel lobby was fabulous, room was neat and clean. Bathroom was good and room size was also good

Room gave a look of budget hotel as had open cupboards and no slippers and too much iron usuals as in cupboard and bed and side table was of iron.

This hotel is so beautiful from the lobby to the rooms. The decor was very modern and perfect. The staff was very helpful and friendly. This hotel is 10/10 I will highly recommend.

Zu weit abseits, Fitnessraum/ SPA kostet extra.

Das Hotel ist total abgelegen. Es gibt nichts in der Nähe, wenn man ohne Auto ist. Auf der Website wird ein Fitnessraum angegeben. Vor Ort ist das jedoch ein normales Fitnessstudio mit einem Eintritt von mehr als 20 CHF.

Nice stay for an airport transfer

Cozy, quiet, big room and very comfortable. It was clean. Very close to the railway station which brings you to Cornevin central station. They offered free airport shuttle. The guy was right on time early in the morning and everything was pretty smooth.

Maybe because I booked basic room but there were no fridge. Also it was not possible to adjust the temperature in the room to a comfortable one for me and outside was very cold. There was a small issue with the shower. It was pierced and water was splashing everywhere. However it wasn’t so uncomfortable.

Great location, clean rooms & excellent breakfast

Excellent breakfast!! Restaurant dinner also good. Location next to train station is great.

Housekeeping did not replace coffee used or toilet paper used. Safe did not work in first room. Moved and second room bedside light flickered after a few minutes. Very uncomfortable soft mattress. In checkout they advised firmer mattress can be requested.

Great location, room lovely - restaurant and bar are ok.

Beautiful property. Great room. Comfortable. Good bed & room facilities.

I found the hospitality staff to be ‘hot & cold’ in manner. I had dinner over 2 nights. The service at the bar area was ‘ iffy’ & the person serving was a bit short of temper & moody. Very little eye contact & brusque manner. Was it short- staffed? She seemed to be very busy. The restaurant has staff who are rushing & under pressure - and it feels so. All is rushed. I think your customers would prefer a more relaxed style & pace. Food was ok. Wine was good quality. Taking wine glasses from you away to refill should stop. I was not sure if my dirty glass was being returned or another. Why do that? Waiting staff could be a bit more attentive but were ok.
