Wir kommen wieder.

Sehr freundliches Team, tolle Lage, schönes, sehr sauberes Zimmer mit hochwertigen Details. Besonders schönes Bad und hochwertige Pflegeprodukte. Wir waren zwei Nächte hier. Das Frühstücksangebot haben wir nicht genutzt aber der Kaffee ist sehr gut. Die Dachterrasse bietet keinen Ausblick, ist aber schön sonnig und in der Früh erstaunlich ruhig. HiT liegt perfekt für einen City Trip. Dass auf der Terrasse am Wochenende mit lauter Musik gefeiert wird, wurde uns direkt beim CheckIn gesagt. Gestört hat es uns überhaupt nicht, vor allem, da ab 23 Uhr davon nichts mehr zu hören war. Wer eine solch zentral gelgene Unterkunft bucht, sollte sich ja ohnehin auf eine städtische Geräuschkulisse einstellen.

In unserem Zimmer gab es keinen "richtigen" Kleiderschrank, nur eine Kleiderstange mit Bügeln. Fächer für gelegte Kleidung wären gut gewesen.

A really good and comfortable location in the heart of the city

A great location, right in the heart of the city. Short distances, easy to walk to all the sights in the area. The room is spacious, modern, very clean. . The bed is made and water, coffee, tea are replenished daily. Event the music. Even the music in the bathroom was great

There is not much storage space either in the room or in the bathroom. The light is a bit weak

Super Lage, aber das wars auch schon

Das Zimmer samt unserer restlichen Sachen wurde ausgeräumt und ENTSORGT, obwohl wir noch nicht ausgecheckt hatten. Außerdem kein Toilettendeckel, kein Duschvorhang… das bad steht unter Wasser sobald man duscht.

Great location at a reasonable price by Munich standards.

Great location right near Marienplatz. Front desk was friendly as got us checked in early after an early arriving flight in Munich. Comfortable bed.

Someone opened our door at 10:30pm while we were trying to sleep!

Die Unterkunft war so wie beschrieben. Sehr gute Lage sehr freundliches Personal und schönes sauberes Zimmer. Immer wieder gerne.

Great stay, great staff, clean and attentive.

The location of Haus Im Tal was perfect. 5 minute walk to Marienplatz, 3 minutes to Isator (S-Bahn or U-bahn). Walking distance to so many restaurants, pubs, shopping, beer halls etc. The hotel was a little quirky in that the reception is located on the 5th floor at the bar. The good thing it was so relaxed and friendly and we were greeted with a beer :) The two lifts are a little small but three of us could fit in with 1 bag each. The 5th floor bar is great (was a little noisy on Sat Night), and the turn down service with a delivery of Negroni was a treat. Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was a problem for them. Daily housekeeping was brilliant. Would stay here again.

Only small issues but when we arrived the room had not been set up for three of us. There was no bedding for the fold out bed. No towels and no bottle opener. Minor issues which were rectified immediately and did not detract from our stay, just a little attention to detail was missing on check in. The TV was on the wall facing the bed, not within view of the sofa / lounge area which was odd.

Will book again when we return to Munich!

Property was amazing. The staff, all wonderful, ensured that we had what we needed during our stay. Breakfast was one of the best we had during our two weeks in Europe. Location couldn't have been better, near main plaza allowing easy access to transit, restaurants and sights.

location staff

floor we were on had recently flooded no carpet in hallways drying fans set up rooms taped up. bed on raised timber platform so very awkward and dangerous getting in out of bed. shower floods bathroom floor. no hot water on last morning.

location! next to Marienplatz and market is also very close.(literally less than 5 minutes). The train station is 17 minutes walk away.

very nice, but like others mentioned if they would put a mini-fridge in the room that would be great. The shower glass panel should also be longer, there was a bit of bathroom flooding involved when we took our showers.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. The breakfast is excellent even if the timetable from the brochure shows 7.00am but instead it starts at 7.30am. The hotel is very clean.

The room I got had a very low and very very uncomfortable futon style bed. It would be a good idea to have this information first. The shower has no door and so every time you take a shower the bathroom turns into a swimming pool making everything very uncomfortable and annoying. You wake up at night to go to the bathroom and your feet are soaked. The sink is also tiny and if you just wash your face you get wet everywhere.

Location was excellent. Optional breakfast was super. Would have been nice to have a coffee machine or kettle in the room especially for those there on work, as the cafe does not option till past 7am.

The location to the city center is fantastic. beds were very comfortable. good breakfast. Staff was very very friendly, especially for Germany.

the sink in the bathroom was tiny, more less for hands only. Washing the face was a feet wash as well. Coming from a long hall flight, finding the reception in a well packed and loud bar was a little weird for me. That made me ask immediately for a quiet room.

the hotel was in a great position and I guess that's why they can get away with charging so much.

I booked the cozy room so was expecting a small room, but this was VERY small. No cupboard for clothes, hardly any room to move around the room, no where to sit except bed.
