Tragic

Beach access

Restaurants on the property are super slow. Along with this, the entire resort shuts down around 7pm so there isn’t much to do beyond that time. My biggest challenge was that the front desk was very disrespectful and unaccommodating. We had to leave 5 days early because my fiancés father passed away. Despite our sudden early check out and extenuating circumstances — the staff refused to reimburse us for this. This made an already devastating situation even more difficult.

What an Experience you can't make this up.

Staff was friendly. King size bed was so very comfortable. The room was cleaned daily. Housekeeping is honest, I say this because I left the safe open with lots of cash, and they never touched it. Our daughters rooms in another building were updated, a walk-in shower, large closet, and a court yard view. This place was amazing. Even with all the hiccups. It was a great place to stay.

Being hijacked for a sales promotion right after checking in to the hotel. Very inconsiderate, not to mention being inconvenienced. We paid 3k± for what was supposed to be a king oceanfront view. We could only see the ocean if we stepped out on the balcony and turned right. Way to overpriced for what we got. During our stay, the hotel ran out of washcloths and stopped providing free bottled water. When we inquired, we were told they had an influx of guest that had arrived ..... ? We were on day five with four left. There wasn't a cozy lounge for two to sit. Some of the lamps didn't work, and the draw curtains for privacy were broken. Don't expect the refrigerator to get icy cold. It never did. Check your bill when eating at the hotel restaurants. Some waiters will pull a fast one to keep your change, so watch out for that. Car rental service at the hotel was a disappointment. We were a family of seven, five adults and two kids, so we needed a van. Even though we scheduled it a couple day in advance, they couldn't produce one. They gave us two cars, which was not at all what we were expecting, and yes, we still paid, there was no courtesy for their mistake. This happened on two separate occasions. If you're planning to use the gym, make sure your room key has been activated. There is nothing worse than being prepared to work out, and you can't access the gym. There were lots of people walking away. So make sure to have them activate your room key card before getting whisked away. If we don't leave feedback, how else can one improve. In general, it's not as bad as it sounds. Enjoy your stay!

Totally recommend

Everything, views, staff, and 5 pools so never feels crowded! Water pressure in the shower is amazing, and it doesn't feel hard. My skin and hair felt amazing. Staff was so nice from the time you get there to just around the grounds. Staff ready in Golf carts to take you all around if you don't want to walk. Not high pressure Staff for activities, sales etc like at other resorts. Actually, it is very peaceful. Food was affordable for the most part, they have so many options, different restaurants, store on property to buy food so whatever your budget you can find something. Uber to town is about $13 US for a smaller car for 4 one way.

Tequila volleyball is not all tequila, it's watered down with lots of soda which was not very cool. Oh and 4 hot tubs, 2 out of the 4 are usually cold but usually there are at least 2 that are hot. Other than that it was really great!

Definitely staying at this property again it was super clean!

Everyone at the property was really nice. They are dressed you by your name. They watched out for the kids very inviting very nice. Everyone was very nice.

Not very enjoyable

Just ok.

Even though the room was ready they made us wait 2 hrs before giving us the key. No towels or drinking cups or coffee cups or coffee with the coffee machine when we finally got in the room. Buffet food dinner was awful and cold. Could not use the pool area. Not enough of chairs. Back to our room. Should be a limit to how many chairs guests can hold with their towels while people like us have no where to sit. Came back to our lounge chairs on the beach after a walk to find people who were not even staying at the hotel sitting in our chairs. The employee of the hotel told us too bad we should not have taken a walk on the beach and allowed the people who took our chairs to stay there. Also, bartenders at Cortez restaurant stood around talking while we sat waiting for anyone of them to take a drink order. Finally we just got up and left. For all of their advertisement about customer luxury and pleasure it just was not there.

Out vacation was a dream come true! I was celebrating my 60th birthday with my children and gradsons ages 1, 4 and 7. We

We had a fantastic family vacation! it was so beautiful and all of the staff were so helpful and friendly..except for the first 2 days when we needed towels by the pool. They acted like we just needed to accept that there weren’t any. it was the only really frustrating thing about our trip. People need to be warned that they need to ask for towels from the front desk if they arrive in the afternoon and keep them for the next morning. Then you can exchange them as needed when they show up. Sorry to belabor the only negative thing! The place, housekeeping, valet staff, front desk, restaurants were exceptional! The views, beach and so many whales and stingrays were amazing!! Also, getting family pictures was awesome!!

I absolutely love this property.

The property is so beautiful. It’s a very large property but you don’t feel crowded. They have several different food and entertainment options so everyone has something to do. The staff is always so sweet and willing to help with whatever you need. Its very easy to get a ride from this property to other places.

Some of the villas are kinda far away so the walk to the common area can get long and some of the villas don’t have elevators.

we loved the pools, beach and service on this property. while numerous improvements could be made, we’ll most certainly be back.

the shower lacked hot water at certain times a day. the food ranged from very good to very average depending on the restaurant. overall food we given B.

nice room size,setting of the hotel, very nice landscape and well kept,convinient beach and pool area, very quit and of good distance to los cabos

trying to sell u a time share on the very first day pushy and without any handout legaly at the limit, food only average and the dinner buffet at the "tomatos" a desaster, we took mostly uber to eat at los cabos

Fix the elevator, give out more than one key...order them off amazon for goodness sake, spray bugs!

The staff were very pleasant and exceptional

We were on the 3rd floor...elevator did not work the whole 5 days we were there. They were out of room keys so we only got one key and had to go back to open room for each other several times. We booked an ocean view room and you had to crank your neck to see a tiny bit of the water. Our bathroom was infested with flies coming up out of a drain so we had to keep the toilet room door shut the entire time. They continually tried to sell us a time share. Beautiful place...sadly misrepresented on the internet and in desparate need of a maintenance/management change.
