Séjour agréable.

Bien situé à 10 minutes à pied de la gare. Le terminal de bus CTM à 30 minutes. Très propre. Excellent éclairage partout incluant la salle de bain. Très bonne douche fermée et vitrée avec eau chaude en tout temps. Bon lit et oreillers. Chambre spacieuse avec petit balcon. Bon petit déjeuner. Khaoula à la réception fait un travail extraordinaire pour répondre à nos demandes et fournir des informations. Endroit très recommandable.

Petit déjeuner répétitif...pour un matin ou 2 ça peut aller mais pour 4- 5 jours...ça manque de variété. La tête de douche ne tient pas en place ( #37) ,il faut se doucher en la tenant par la main. En plusieurs occasions, j'ai vu des coquerelles dont 2 fois dans ma chambre. Encore une fois, je répète que l'endroit est très propre mais ces petites bestioles sont souvent difficiles à éliminer.

Fez ville nouvelle

The rooms were warm, spacious and quiet, with plenty of hot water. We enjoyed the local crepes for breakfast.

The fixtures were quite dated, the window didn't open and we found quite a few cockroaches. The breakfast was not a buffet as advertised.

機動的なフェズ観光に最適の宿泊

メディナからは遠いが、プチタクシー8DHで気軽に行けるので、不便は無い。駅から大通り沿いを徒歩8分程度、カルフールまで徒歩10分程度なので、機動性と利便性は大変良い。ツアー参加のために、朝食時間も、6:30の希望に柔軟対応してくれるので、助かった。

ハンガーラックが無いので、衣類はカラーボックスのようなラックに棚置きするしかない。食事場所が屋外なので、３月末でも寒く、テーブルや椅子は吹き曝しなので、雑然としている。

Molto bene

Hotel pulito, personale gentile e disponibile, reception h24, acqua calda. Siamo uscite presto al mattino e ci hanno preparato la colazione al sacco. La posizione è strategica se si deve prendere l’indomani un pullman (come abbiamo fatto noi)

N’hésitez pas! Excellent rapport qualité prix

Accueil très sympathique tard dans la soirée. Petit déjeuner agréable dans le patio. Chambre au top, literie parfaite. L’hôtel est situé proche de l’avenue Hassan 2 mais dans une rue au calme.

Irréprochable

Le personnel a l’écoute rien dire, la propreté irréprochable, le petit déjeuner super bon . Mon séjour d’une semaine c’est super bien passé au sein de l’hôtel.

Des lits très confortables, personnel très serviable, bien situé pas très loin du Palais Royal, chambre propre. Environnement calme.

Mal insonorisé entre les chambres et nous n’avons pas trop aimé le petit déjeuner

Comfortable

Breakfast was nice Although its not buffet and served in a dish per person but good size of portions .staff is nice as well .comfortable rooms

On arrival i had no toiletries in my room and i had to ask them for it .Internet is very bad and could be improved .they lock the hotel from inside at night and u have to press a bell to open it but i guess that is for the security reasons

Se encuentra en una zona un poco alejada de la Medina. Nosotros ibamos en coche y no tuvimos problema, pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta. El desayuno un poco justo, mucho pan y poco para acompañar.

Simple, sans fioritures et efficace.

Simple et efficace. Pas de fioritures, juste ce qu'il faut pour passer une nuit. Personnel très accueillant. Petit déjeuner complet.

Le lieu du petit déjeuner est frisquet en janvier. Vous avez le choix soit de petit-déjeuner dehors,soit dans une salle. C'est à vous de mettre le chauffage. le temps de prendre et finir votre petit déjeuner et la salle est chaude. Peut-être faudrait-il la préchauffer avant que les clients arrivent, 17 - 18° ça serait parfait

Bon hôtel, a défaut du personnel.

Nous avons apprécié le fait que ce soit bien situé et que la chambre soit simple ainsi qu’une télé avec Netflix et une bonne connexion internet.

Nous devons courir après le personnel pour avoir un petit déjeuner. Le client est censé être roi. Ce qui pénalise la note attribuée.

Voor herhaling vatbaar

Het personeel is super vriendelijk en spreekt goed Engels. Het ontbijt is echt een pluspunt want ik had totaal niet verwacht dat het zo veel en zo lekker zou zijn. De locatie, vlakbij het station is ideaal. Wel wat verder weg van de medina, zo'n 35 minuten te voet. Alsnog prima te doen en zodoende kom je ook langs het Koninklijk Paleis. De kamers hebben een goede tv waarop je kunt Netflixen en zijn ruim. De badkamer ook dikke prima.

Eigenlijk niets.

Very good hotel except for breakfast experience

Hotel is very clean, warm and comfortable for its price.

They say breakfast is from 8am, however, we missed it a few times because nothing is really ready at 8 and would not come even when we said we have an early train and waited for 15 minutes at a table.

Excellent Value Outside the Fes Medina

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were able to check-in an hour early and our room was spacious and clean. The location is very close to the Fes train station - no more than a 10-15 minute walk - and close to markets, restaurants, the Imam Ali mosque, and the Borj Fes Mall. More importantly, it is a 40-minute walk from the Fes Medina (7-8 minutes by taxi), enabling you to enjoy that experience without having to remain in there throughout your stay. The breakfast is outstanding and the staff were happy to make accommodation for our being vegan. Everything was very clean, if not exactly modern, and the bed was a large and comfortable. All in all, Hotel Royal Urban Concept is excellent value for money and the staff are delightful.

As in many parts of Morocco, wifi was merely adequate and we used our Orange data more than we would have preferred. Also as is common, there is no heat in the room so when the temperature drops into single digits (C) it can be chilly. Hot water in the shower was more warm than hot, but in summer that would not be a problem. Our room had a lovely balcony but the french doors did not lock, which meant we carried all our electronics and valuables with us when we left for the day. Probably not a bad idea in general, but it would have been more reassuring if the doors had locked as the balcony overlooked the street.

Unzufriedenstellend

-Zimmer mit reichlich Platz -Bett war bequem -Dusche mit gutem Druck und wurde schnell warm -Frühstück war ok

Mir ist direkt bei betreten des Zimmers ein riesiger Haarbüschel vor die Füße geflogen. Der Teppich vor dem Bett und auch der Boden im Badezimmer war voller Haare. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde wohl der Zimmerservice noch einmal gerufen. Als wir von unserem Ausflug zurückkamen wurde uns bestätigt, dass nun alles sauber sei. Im Zimmer war dann zwar der Teppich, den wir zuvor zur Seite gelegt hatten wieder ordentlich vor dem Bett, jedoch nach wie vor voller Haare und auch im Badezimmer lagen alle Haare noch da wo sie vorher waren. Danke für nichts. Auch das Toilettenpapier haben wir uns selbst an der Rezeption geholt, da während unseres 3-tägigen Aufenthaltes kein einziges Mal ein Zimmerservice stattgefunden hat. Wir erwarten keine frischen Handtücher bei so einem Kurzaufenthalt, aber ein bisschen Sauberkeit und vor allem nicht verarscht zu werden wäre schön gewesen. Ein paar mehr Möglichkeiten zum Klamotten aufhängen wären zusätzlich noch gut.

Agradable estancia en Fes

Excelente atención de todo el personal La relación precio calidad es muy buena La ubicación es muy buena cerca de todo en el centro de la ciudad Tiene una agradable terraza exterior donde puedes tomar el desayuno o simplemente descansar y también zona fumador

The HR Urban was a wonderful place to stay! I look forward to staying there next time I am in Fes.

The facility was clean and the ready to accommodate us. The staff was helpful and always available to help. I stayed several days and truly enjoyed my stay.

Breakfast was good. I stayed there for several days though, and there was never any change in what was offered. An occasional boiled egg or something would have been better. We had to ask for soap and towels and toilet paper, but the staff promptly got them for us.

Divna avantura

Cette hôtel est excellent !! Autant le personnel, l’emplacement le petit déjeuner et les chambres. Petit déjeuner très copieux ! Réactivité du personnel malgres mon arrivée tardive.. (3h du matin) Je recommande cette hôtel, il est top !!!

Wifi ok, breakfast officially not served until 8:30 am, but they did try to help when I left earlier than that

clean and good breakfast. kind staff. very well located. it also kind of feels like a home, it looks like halfway between a hotel and a normal apartment building which makes it more cozy. also the bed is very comfortable
