El hotel es pequeño y sus habitaciones cuidadas pero en si sencillas. Bastante espaciosas. Se encuentra a pie de playa y es comodísimo todo. Hemos ido en una época tranquila y se ha notado en general que se estaba cómodo. Eso si el agua muy fría.
El personal muy muy amable, tanto el equipo de recepción (Valeria y Marga) como el personal de animación (Belén) y los chicos del bar.
Había familias con niños y eso hacía el ambiente muy relajado si llevas niños también.
La playa es espectacular y el hotel tiene una puerta de salida y el bar con vistas. Luego además en la calle principal puedes encontrar de todo.
Un lugar muy recomendable si te gusta playear a tope.
Eche de menos quizá que se dejase un kit de limpieza, había jabón lavaplatos grande (no se si dejado por el hotel o algún cliente anterior) pero no estropajo ni nada para fregar. En otros apartahoteles lo he visto y es muy útil.
También no nos quedo muy claro cada cuanto limpiaban la habitación. En 5 dias pasaron 2 veces. Una vez estabamos dentro y pedimos 10 minutos para salir. Y aunque pasaron 4 horas hasta que volvimos ya no nos la limpiaron ese dia.

Przesympatyczna obsługa, lokalizacja przy samej plaży, ładny czysty basen. Czy pojechałbym tam jeszcze raz? Myślę, że tak.
Hotel ma swoje lata, pokój wyposażony średnio ale łóżka czyste i wygodne, brakowało mi w kuchni choćby czajnika elektrycznego, ręcznika papierowego choćby pieprzu i soli. Wszystko trzeba kupić samemu. łazienka ładna ale SZCZOTKA do WC to jakiś dramat!

Leider ist das Hotel dringend sanierungsbedürftig. Sehr viele Dinge sind alt und abgenutzt, und es wird gefühlt immer nur das nötigste repariert oder erneuert.

Personal tw sehr freundlich (Bar und Kellner, Reinigungsperslnal) aber bis auf eine dame an der Rezeption hat sich fort niemand engagiert gezeigt oder Fragen bzw. Probleme nicht in ihrem Zuständigkeitsbereich gesehen, geschweigedenn an jemanden verwiesen, der zuständig wäre. (Tischreservierung im Garten für das Abendessen, Busverbindung zum Flughafen nach BusPlanÄnderung, Küchenausstattung..

STUDIO mit Kpchenausstatttung ist übertrieben... Küche is minimal klein und minimal Ausgestattet und schimmelig. Der wasserabfluss war nicht angeschlossen und hat geronnen. In jedem Wohnwagen ist mehr Platz, es gibt keine scharfen Messer, also sie sind nicht stumpf sondern es gibt keine! Kein Ofen, nur 2 Heizplatten, keine Abwaschutensilien, etc...

Wir haben eine Unterkunft für 1 Nacht gesucht, um den Playa de Muro zu besuchen.
Das Hotel liegt direkt am langen, flach abfallenden Strand. Parkplatz haben wir auch problemlos gefunden. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber, wir konnten sogar das Meer sehen (seitlich).
Das Frühstück (toller Kaffee!) war reichhaltig und alles wurde umgehend nachgefüllt.
Preis-/Leistung hat gepasst!
Dafür kann das Hotel nichts:
Es waren gefühlt nur große Familien mit Kind und Kegel in diesem Hotel.
Im Restaurant schallte es extrem, so dass die überall rumrennenden oder schreienden Kinder besonders gut zur Geltung kamen. Das nächste Mal nur noch Adults Only (sorry, Eltern)

Das Personal war korrekt, freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Hotel ist nahe am Strand, das war super.
Von unserer Seite her, ist es kein 4 Stern Hotel ein guter 3 Stern.
Das Zimmer war alt und die Betten-Latterrost von 1950, einzigartig war die Aussicht aufs Meer.
Das Essen war nicht für ein 4 Stern Hotel.

Sehr gute Lage, die Betten waren super bequem, die Bettwäsche weich und total angenehm. Sehr grosse Räume, alles was man braucht in der Küche vorhanden. Eher neue Küche, auch das Bad. Die Mitarbeiter im Service (Mohammed & co) waren sehr sehr lieb. Damit meine ich nicht diese gespielten Höflichkeitsfloskeln, ne, die sind alle wirklich nett. Außergewöhnlich kinderfreundlich, fühlt sich willkommen. An der Rezeption waren sie auch nett, vielleicht hatten wir einfach Glück mit dem Personal. Das Essen war sehr gut! Viel besser als in anderen All inklusive Hotels, in denen wir bereits waren.
Das Elternbett sind zwei sep. Bettgestelle zusammengeschoben: Spalt! Sehr unangenehm in der Nacht, mehrfach erwacht (Wenn das nicht wäre, wären die Betten perfekt, siehe oben). Sehr hellhörige Zimmer (wir hatten Glück mit guten Nachbarn bis auf eine einzige Nacht), zum Teil mit Löchern und Abnutzung bei der Frottierwäsche/Wohnzimmersofa/Vorrhänge.
Uns hat es nicht extrem gestört. Denn alles war sauber!
Kids club: kaum vorhanden. Es gab ein paar wenige Spielsachen. Für unser Baby war es sowieso kein Thema, aber für ältere Kinder wäre es uns zu wenig "Unterhaltung".
Beach bar: All inklusive, als Snacks wurden sehr wenige Alternativen angeboten, da hätten wir mehr erwartet. Insbesondere, wenn für Externe & zahlende Kunden viel ein grösseres Angebot vorhanden ist.

Teljes mértékben elégedettek vagyunk, egy tengerparti nyaralásra a szállás tökéletes. A szállás nagyon jó helyen van, egyik oldalt a tengerpart, másik oldalt pedig a hosszú pálmafás sétány, ahol rengeteg bolt, étterem van, így minden karnyújtásnyira van. Parkoló helyet is mindig könnyen találtunk. A Stúdió szoba tágas, pontosan olyan mint a képeken, mindennek megvan a helye, fürdőszobában is van pakoló rész, kint a teraszon és bent is van étkező asztal. Kint a teraszon van egy kis ruha szárító. Minden nap alapos takarítást kaptunk, cserélték a törölközőket, finom friss illatosak voltak. A konyhában kis és nagy lábos, serpenyő, tésztaszűrű, mikro, főzőlap is van, így kisebb főzésekre is alkalmas, hűtőben van mélyhűtő rész is, jégkockatartóval. A hotel bár nagy, a medencénél mégis mindig volt szabad napozó ágy, nem volt tömeg. Minden nap volt aqua fitness, baba disco.
Egyetlen egy dolgot tudnék megemlíteni, amiről szerintem nem a szálloda tehet, hogy egész Playa de Muro területén olykor kellemetlen csatorna szag érezhető - ezzel gondolom a városnak lenne tennivalója, hogy kiderítsék ennek okát és tegyenek ellene.

Vollkommen familienfreundliche Unterkunft an super Lage direkt am Strand. Kleiner, aber guter Kinderpool. Zweimal in der Woche wurden Bälle und Netze zum Kinderpool gebracht, was für die Kinder super war!
Lage ist auch super da der öffentliche Flughafenbus direkt beim Hotel hält!
Anlage ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht mehr ganz. Badzimmer ist alt, Schranktüren klemmen, es gibt keine Haken für Badtücher (wir haben sie deshalb jeden Tag ausgewechselt..) und keine Zahnputzbecher. Unser Zimmer war ausserdem direkt an der Strasse, Aussicht vom Balkon entsprechend nicht schön.
Eher negativ zu bewerten ist auch das Abendbuffet, es gibt sozusagen jeden Abend das Gleiche. Essen an sich ist ok, aber sehr eintönig. Frühstücksbuffet hingegen war gut!

Super war die direkte Strandlage, das flachabfallende Meer und der tolle Pool.
Auch toll war die Waschmaschine und Tumbler im Selfservice...da konnte man schnell die Badesachen und Kinderkleider einmal durchwaschen.
Hatten ohne Essen gebucht, da wir gerne nach Lust und Laune essen gehen..
Haben es 2x zum Abendessen genutzt... Preis war pro Person 22.- inklusive Getränke was ich sehr fair fand! ;-)

Location was good, right by the beach plus plenty of shops and restaurants in easy walking distance.
We came down to the pool around 10:30 on both days of our stay. At least 90 per cent of the sun beds were ‘reserved’ with towels and not occupied. It remained like that until early afternoon, people had reserved beds by the pool and then spent most of the day by the beach. This was allowed to happen, despite the hotels ‘no reserve’ policy.

The apartment we were staying was spacious, 2 bedrooms and a living room, we had sea/pool view from the balcony. Beds were comfortable and rooms were cleaned every day. Kitchen was fully equipped, the only thing that was not there was a kettle, but we didn't cook so didn't mind it. Entertainment during the day in the pool area for adults and kids, aqua aerobics, kids club, pool games and evening entertainment with mini disco and a show.
Would be great to have tea/coffee facilities in the room like cattle or coffee machine, as hotel's dining facilities worked at certain hours of the day like breakfast until 10:30. The food wise in the buffet was not much selection and tasted average, we did not have food included and payed for buffet separately, would be very disappointing if we had all inclusive cause we preferred to dine somewhere else.

Location was perfect near the bus stop. And the room had a very nice sea view. The room was clean and had all facilities.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Entertainment team made a nice program for kids and adults.
The food was very tasty and there lots of varieties.
We spent 3 nights and we wished we could stay more.
There was a problem in the air-condition at our first night.

The apartment was comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff was really nice and super helpful.
The location was next to a lovely beach but there were no other attractions. If you are looking for a small hotel with nice accommodation on a nice beach with an all inclusive option then its great. If you are looking for local attractions and good local restaurants then this may not be the place.
