Come in from a day of adventures to enjoy prepping meals in the kitchenette, then gather around the Netflix-equipped flat screen TV to enjoy movies or a show. What's nearby: This unit is located across from the shores of Moosehead Lake, giving you direct access to water activities at a shared launch, and majestic views of Mount Kineo. You'll be in the community of Rockwood, which has a restaurant, boat rentals, and a marina. Mount Kineo Golf Course and Mount Kineo State Park are just across the water. Things to know: Free WiFi Partial air conditioning No grilling within 75 feet of unit Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Dock details: The common dock can be accessed by crossing route 15 and walking down the dirt road of Rockwood Cottages to the water. Moosehead Condo Association and guests have access to 3 boat slips. Please note spaces are on a first come first serve basis, and can be busy in peak summer weeks. The public boat launch is 1 mile south in Rockwood Village. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Loved the stay in unit 2.was very clean all things need was their except a broom and dust pan...will deffently will be back in spring.

Worst place we ever stayed. Bathroom door would not close. Outlets including GFI‘s did not work in the bathroom or in the kitchenette next to the coffee pot. The rug in the living room needs to either be thoroughly cleaned or replaced. Bedroom closet was locked and no hangers were available for clothing just pegs on the wall. Queen size bed with twin bunk on top was up against one wall making it difficult for a 70 year old couple to get in and out of bed. The kitchenette did not have any type of cooktop and there was a sign that said no cooking devices within 75 feet of the unit. This was not in the advertisement before you book the unit. We did not stay the whole three days and left a day early. The TV also did not work well. Would never use this booking service again clearly false advertising

Clean, beautiful, majestic views; simply the Best, at an affordable price! Throw the futon in the firepit and purchase a real couch. You can't even sit on it, and sleeping mon it, I tried. Worst ever award. Ouch!

For the price it’s hard to beat. They have hot plate, microwave, pressure cooker and a slow cooker so stop at the grocery store on the way and make this place your base for your adventure. I’d go back for sure.

It served the purpose...a place to sleep and shower. Check in was super easy...no keys to lose, you just need the code. Cute set up however the carpets are light colored and look really dirty in the living room area and the unit had a very musty/mildew smell I'm guessing due to the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom. The a/c unit gives off a similar odor when turned on. Luckily the weather was good so we just opened the windows but you could still smell it.

Property is good for somewhere to crash at the end of the day. Only has a microwave, so plan meals accordingly.

We had arrived very late our first night and noticed quite an odor in the home but went straight to bed. The next day I found loose brown substances (not a stain) on the pillow which I took a photograph of and a soiled, dry face cloth left in the shower. I texted house keeping for fresh linens and removal of the dirty ones and the towel and she responded over 24 hrs later saying she wasn't working the day and to text another person. By then we had already ended our stay. Beautiful view but we won't be back.

The condo had everything we needed for a 4 day weekend trip. Very clear with cute decor. It was a short drive to a great restaurant/bar, near snowmobile trails and the lake was right across the street.
