It is just minutes away from Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, the Ouachita National Forest, and all Hochatown has to offer—without the worries of getting lost. This is a gorgeous 2622 sq. ft. cabin built by Kevin and Krissa Perry, owners of Lost Creek. This cabin offers spacious gravel parking in the front with plenty of room for a boat. Kassy's Place is a one bedroom suite. The front door opens up into a open concept kitchen, dining and living room design with the floors covered in warm post oak hard wood. The spacious living room consist of vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and a sixty-five-inch smartTV with Bluetooth sound bar. This one bedroom master suite is equipped with a king-sized bed covered in luxurious bedding, wall-mounted fifty-eight-inch smartTV as well as its own spacious very romantic En Suite bathroom. In the En Suite bathroom, guest will enjoy beautiful marble counters with dual sinks, luxurious dimming lighting, floor to ceiling glass showers, a soaking tub sitting in front of a glass wall looking out into the spacious outdoor shower, that is only accessible through the En Suite and is surrounded by an eight-foot privacy wall but open to the sky above. This fully equipped kitchen is made up of all black stainless-steel Kitchen Aid appliances and marble counter tops. Other state of the art extras includes a pull-out drawer microwave, a full coffee bar with a small starter kit to get you through your first morning. Just off the kitchen is a full laundry room with provided detergents for guests to use during their stay. This already amazing layout just keeps getting better as you walk out through the master suites glass french doors onto the large covered deck. The deck includes a stainless-steel grill, outdoor couch sitting in front of the gas fire place that has a sixty-five-inch smartTV with Bluetooth compatible sound bar hanging over the mantle —great for a romantic evening watching your favorite movie or just music by the fire. Just off the main deck under the trees is the fire pit area, (firewood supplied) with seating, to enjoy the natural outdoor surroundings with your loved one (firewood supplied). There is also a HochaLife corn hole game that can be used on the spacious deck or out on the property. There are endless things to do without ever leaving your cabin. To top off your evening, take a nice long soak in our four-person hot tub on the main deck, and enjoy the surrounding. All of this will make your stay one you will never want to end! *** Notice *** - We have one Blink Surveillance Camera just to the right of the front door showing the front door and driveway. *** Notice *** - Due to freezing weather, the outdoor shower is only in service from March to about November.

This cabin exceeded our expectations. My husband & I came to celebrate our 1st anniversary. We loved how clean the cabin was & all of the Christmas decorations. We also got a complimentary bottle of wine, popcorn, s’mores station, etc. This is probably one of the best places we have ever stayed. It was beautiful. We definitely want to come back.

This cabin is like none other I have ever stayed in before in this area. Upon entry there is a bottle of wine and a hot tub just waiting for you. The bed was comfy, the outdoor shower was amazing - even in the winter time!! We loved the fully stocked firewood, s’more station, and especially the porch swing! We have stayed in other cabins in this area and it felt like, even though you are in the woods, you’re still in a neighborhood. This property was way different. particular property only has two neighbors. One across the street and one next door (about 50 yards away). Very peaceful!! The only reason why I gave it a four star instead of five (and I really really wanted to give it five), was because of a few minor, minor details. The outdoor TV never worked and the indoor TV would cut in and out several times while watching (internet connectivity problems). The hot tub lost water and the washing machine leaked detergent - these were taken care of immediately by the property manager and it’s definitely not something to make or break your stay. The ambiance of this place itself makes it all worth staying again!!! Oh!!! And not to mention the fully stocked kitchen!!! Every utensil, pot, pan, measuring cup, CROCKPOT, food processor! You think it - they got it!! Even salt, pepper, ground cinnamon, Garlic powder, and onion powder!! Oh and olive oil and a cheese knives to Make a nice little charcuterie board. Very impressive.

Everything we needed was provided and all the special touches were well thought out. We loved the location and the outdoor area. Will definitely stay again . I rented this place to celebrate my wife’s 30th birthday. We just wanted to relax and this place didn’t disappoint. It rained while we were there but that didn’t stop us from relaxing in the hot tub while watching a movie. This place is great and we will definitely be back. The only issue that we had was the bathtub didn’t hold water. It didn’t stop us from enjoying the place and we let them know once we checked out. Great communication and directions to the place. Don’t use google maps lol

We stayed at this cabin for a long weekend and a belated 17th wedding anniversary. It was perfect. The weather was ugly but the cabin completely made up for it. Nothing more relaxing then sitting on the back porch or in the hot tub and watching our favorite show while the rain came down. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our breakfast we brought with us and the bathroom has a dream shower and tub! The one thing we couldn't get to work was the outside fireplace but honestly that could have just been us so we didnt worry about it. We were making plans to return before we walked out the door! Thank you so much for sharing this cabin with us, we cant wait to come back!

My husband and I were looking for a quiet romantic getaway before our weekends were consumed with holiday festivities….we found a GEM with Kassy’s Place!! No expense spared on the amenities…it’s private and peaceful and they decked the halls with beautiful Christmas decorations and lights! Throw in our rainy weekend and it made for the dreamiest of stays!! In our 29+ years of marriage this place is our new favorite! We will be back for sure!
