Off Street Parking, Separate Entrances and fully fenced Yard. Bring your dogs. 2 Large Entertaining Decks with Lake Views and BBQ - Dining for 8 to 10 80 meters to Lake, Boat Ramp, Swimming, Kayaking, Fishing, and Frothy Coffee Café, Playground with Swings, Parking including Boat Trailers. Boat Hire available here. 2 Minute Drive to Village Shops, Bowling Club and Restaurant. 8 Minute Drive to Beaches - Blueys, Boomerang and Elizabeth Beaches. 15 minutes to Seal Rocks Light House and Beaches. 20 minutes to the Major Towns of Forster and Tuncurry - Major Retailers Granny Flat down below for only Owners use when needed. All Bedding and Towels are supplied , Queen, Double , 4 Singles and a Cot. Co t(No Linen), Walker and High Chair are also supplied. Extra Large Bathroom with full size Bath, Shower, Hand Basin and Toilet. Ensuite to Master Bedroom - Shower, Toilet and Hand Basin Modern Kitchen with all Electric Appliances including Large Fridge-Freezer and Twin Dishwasher. Electric Oven and Cooktop, Table settings for Ten People Menu Log is also available to deliver to your door Large Dining Area with seating for Eight. Large Lounge Area for at least Ten. Free Unlimited WI Fi for your connection of Netflix, Stan etc. to a Large Smart TV There are many Games, Puzzles and Books etc. also supplied Air Conditioned Balcony One is a very large deck over looking the lake. Dining for ten. Balcony Two is a very large deck out the back, with BBQ Facilities overlooking the garden. The yard is fully fenced and completely separate with a large grassed area. Dogs are more than welcome as long as they are well behaved, don't dig nor bark There is off road parking for two vehicles. There is nothing better than a late morning rise, short stroll to breakfast taking in the beautiful views of the lake and its surrounds, let the children play on the swings or paddle in the shallow water whilst the adults enjoy a superb cup of coffee.

We love this property as it works well for the family and enjoy its close proximity to the lake. Clean and tidy house, lots of bedding, and an excellent yard for our dog. A quiet and peaceful house with large balconies, perfect for relaxing with a view over the lake. Smiths Lake is a great place for relaxing holidays with the family.
Our dog has the best holiday on the lake and the house proximity allows him to enjoy his holiday- more than us.

We booked so that my, adult, family and our dogs were all together to celebrate a special birthday.
The house was well equipped and gave us the opportunity to do everything we wanted to as a family, while having our dogs with us.
There are lots of dog friendly beaches nearby. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house is big enough for 5 adults.
I would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

Overall, it fell short of expectations. Every time I moved, I heard a sound from the bed and the sound of water being used downstairs was too loud

We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas with our family. The cottage is well located and dog friendly. Excellent outdoor areas. It is well located near beaches, cafes and the lake. Jeff is a great host and communicates very well.

Lovely comfortable clean house with everything you need, Jeff is a great host very helpful and friendly with a quick response time. Close to the beautiful lake in walking distance. Great outdoor decks, bbq and shaded garden.

Beautiful part of the world
Great communication with owner, clean and well appointed house with comfy beds. The two alfresco areas were especially lovely for lunch and dinner. Location was ideal for easy lake access, cafe nearby and shops/restaurants a short drive away. We had a lovely stay and hope to be back again soon!

The property was very nice, clean and well equipped. Area is very quite, near the lake and cafe and short drive to small group of shops. Limited dining options and need to drive to them. Overall we had a good experience even though we had bad weather. Good location for a relaxed holiday.

We loved our stay at Smith's Lake. Comfy house with lake views and great balconies for lounging. Close to the lake for swims and canoeing and a short drive to lots of wonderful beaches.

The house was clean and well presented, an in a great location for lake access. It has huge covered deck areas that are perfect for relaxing with a book, and our dog loved roaming the fully fenced yard. We really enjoyed our stay at Jeff’s!

Perfect stay - best location.
The house had a lovely welcoming feel. It was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful view of lake from the deck. Great spot to enjoy and relax . Netflix and wifi was a big hit with the kids in the evening. Definitely will request to stay again.

Nice place, very close to the lake. Good fishing. Not many good restaurants to choose from though.

Great location, easy 1 minute walk for kids to the lake and easy for boat access. Awesome decks for relaxing with really nice view from the front deck. House comfortable and clean, kitchen a little small for our group of 6 adults and 2 kids but didn’t really matter. Loved our stay! Easy checkin and friendly host. Would book again.
